    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    My jio wifi has not been working since morning and there is no way I can talk to the support team. None of the number gives an option to talk to an executive. This is so helpless and awful, how can wifi not work for the entire day?. @JioCare @jio_fiber @JIOAIRFIBERIN

    @JioCare Shradha, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 ? Y not use this equation of, Phone(support team + jio social media team + customer with issue > 1 month) = Any issue resolved can b used? How about using it to fix my issue

    @JioCare Hello @JioCare what the hell is going on with you guys. I have active data plan but due to weak signal not able to 100mb in more than 14days and you want me to top-up with All in plans are you out of your mind or what. I need prper resltion not ur false claim dat it'll be fixed.

    Hi @JioCare, I still haven't received my refund for Request ID: LR00001DH34N. I no longer want the refund—I want the JioFiber Wi-Fi connection instead. Please arrange the installation at the earliest and resolve this issue.

    Dear @jiocare @Reliancejio , For the last 4 hours, there has been no network in our area. This issue keeps happening repeatedly and is causing serious inconvenience. Your service quality is extremely disappointing, with neither calls nor internet working properly.

    @JioCare I have been unable to reach a single customer service executive. This is seriously affecting my work. Kindly treat this as an urgent issue and restore the network immediately, or I will have no choice but to switch to another service provider.
