@JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@JioCare sir you network system is based on electricity. Whenever there is electricity network available, if light cut then network gone. What is happening..you are company of richest man of india. Please buy a generator...i am a CS student and you know my need of internet work.

Same goes with you @ViCustomerCare. both of you claim to have the fastest 4g and the speed never goes beyond 1or2 mbps(which is very very rare). The issue has not been resolved even after raising internet speed issue multiple times. @reliancejio @JioCare

How can your team report my number as lost and suspend my service without my consent, who has given the call boy such power to suspend my number if i refused to talk to him...are our time not important..take action @JioCare @TRAI

@JioCare Your services are pathetic. My JioFibre is down since a week and nobody has resolved the issue ! Customer care executives have been telling me it will get resolved in 2 hrs. since a week !
