  @reliancejio @reliancejio Complaint ID: SR00003DVY3B . Thanks for the service, but I’ve decided to discontinue my JioFiber connection. The engineers assigned to my issue are not answering calls and switching off their phones. Even the 4th scheduled engineer visit was skipped.

  @JioCare @JioCare great, it scheduled today 2pm-3pm, I called the technician 3 times but no update. I requested multiple times but still no resolution. Do you guys even care about your customer? Now my assessment also gone, I don't want to use bad words but You guys are just bastards.
