That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@reliancejio your customer care is pathetic. i am struggling with jio fiber as well as jio mobile services. no response from jio care. better to switch to another service provider for any serious use

So in October I had a problem with jio fiber so got it disconnected. They told I will get a full refund in 15 days and since then I have been mailing and contacting them but no response.Havent expected from such a big company this type of bad service @reliancejio @JioCare
