kaif sheeraj (@KaifSheeraj) reported@JioCare My Jio number 9368155688 stopped working, so I visited a Jio Point in Kakrala, Badaun (PIN 243637) to get a replacement SIM. The representative asked me to pay โน250, stating that โน50 was a service charge and โน200 was for an OTT recharge.

Customer care phone number just tells me to use the app, app has a booked relocation request (with completed payment) with scheduled date in the past! No customer support over the app too.
