    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @Ramanand06X @JioCare The duopoly is not letting the benefits to be correctly transferred to customers and the staff generally shows the typical attitude - what options do you have man? Govt needs to make BSNL stronger with more support to Vodaphone Idea.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia keep doing this and you will lose all the customers first you discontinued the value for money packs now this type of service? I think the people around my area is already planning to post to @reliancejio. And i want to port too but i don't have good network of jio.

    @JioCare The same “temporary issue” reply has been repeated for 5+ months. Asara, Baghpat (250623) still has virtually ZERO Jio network, affecting nearly 40000 users. This is a prolonged outage, not a temporary issue. Plz stop repeating the same response and give a clear restoration date.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I got my connection relocated in January 2026 and my relocation vouchers worth INR 10,500 HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ISSUED TILL DATE! Customer service calls are cut WITHOUT the option to talk to a representative! THIS IS OUTRIGHT ROBBERY! 😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare do your customer care and even appellate authorities looks at service request carefully before responding to request?? Why there is no correlation between what request is all about and what has been answered?

    @JioCare @JioCare due to an issue with your server/service, you are not extending the validity for the downtime. In that case, why is my issue not being resolved? I am paying for a service that I am currently unable to use.
