    @JioCare That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @JioCare Out internet has been down for 7 DAYS. SR0002LR4XQ ON HOLD, RESCHEULED. No visit, no resolution , no information. Have tried calling jiocare , usual pre canned responses, mailed , no response. Pathetic. Unresponsive . No care jio care Respond here . Care.....

    It's been over 1 month since I placed my JioFiber order (LR00001DH34N) and paid ₹807. Your team even called and took an OTP, but after that there has been no installation, no update, and no resolution. How can a customer wait this long for a connection? Please explain. @JioCare

    @JioCare Very very slow 5g network, you charge so much for recharges but your service is pathetic,.

    From 2 p.m. JioFiber services are down, called customer care they mentioned the issue is happening PAN India. It's been 5 hrs ! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Dm doesnt specify what is the issue. Please acknowledge what ur technicians are informimg that jio is impacted with pan india outage

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I just talk with technician and he told me that internet is completely down of Jio all over India. Is that things correct?? Tell me ..... I have recording also of technician, what type.of service you were providing, also I don't get 5g internet in mobile

    @JioCare So if no refund will be provided no extension will be provided why we are doing so much delay in fixing the services, when we recharge we recharge for a month but service disruption happens than we will not exten or refund?
