    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    tried whole month struggling with worst customer service of jio over my network problem but nothing changed ....my recharge will exhaust after 3 days......if things countinued like this in these coming 3 days ...I'm definitely going to port my sim to some other network.@JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare worst local service....no support...reason given as inadequate staff.., company rivalary....no call back or follow up about complaint from local satff. Talking about nashik city

    @JioCare's #JioFiber is a way behind real world. They take usually 1 day to assign engineer and as my recent experience 4 days to resolve a internet browsing issue. I had #ION for 3 years, i wanted to continue with it. They resolve issue in maximum 2 hours.

    @worldlets_tweet @JioCare JIO have all the ability to recharge but they are not able to improve the network connectivity. They didn't do anything, don't waste your time in JIO. Just port out from JIO.

    @Kadam_Nitin27 @reliancejio @MukeshAmbani06 Dail-up connection is faster than this speed. Jio is not able to resolve the speed issue, facing by the customers.

    @JioCare I have been trying to a get broadband connection in Bangalore for my office. No one in Jio seems to be interested in giving the connection. None of your customer care number works and there is specific number to raise the concern.

    Fed up with @reliancejio . Worst network in recent times. Dont know what is the issue. It's like 2G. Why then label it as 4G. Gonna switch back to @airtelindia

    @JioCare its above 30hrs and my phone has no network . Hopeless . restore my network +919654422001
