    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @JioCare I have been trying to cancel Jio service and stop automatic payment but jio refuses to cancel it. I have been repeatedly asked to contact jio banking team by jio care and jio care team by jio banking team. Service request number SR00003F17T7.

    @JioCare STOP lying on social media platforms for your so called reputation and take some action irl. Reslove the actual issue. Despite multiple complaints, your team continues to automated responses like "temporary issue," which is inaccurate given the weeks-long duration of this issue.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Got a replacement Jio SIM today from the Rohini store for my missing SIM, but it’s still not active despite recharging. Customer Care isn’t providing a proper response, and the store didn’t inform me beforehand. Please resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare it was scheduled today as well but neither your technician visited nor he picked my calls. you guys just don't understand customer's problem. It's been more than 48 hrs my wifi is not working but you don't care.

    @reliancejio Jio’s network has been very weak for several days. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, but there’s still no improvement. Please take action, or I may have to switch to another network. @reliancejio Care, please look into this urgently.

    @JioCare @djdiglipur This is not a single-customer issue, entire Diglipur is facing this issue. Resolve it at the earliest. Or, as an alternative, perhaps package validity can simply be extended for the period of service disruption. After all we shouldn’t have to pay for service we are unable to use.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio. Raised a service request on Aug 27 . It’s been over 48 hours—no technician visit, no calls, despite multiple customer care follow-ups. Daily work is completely disrupted. Please assign an engineer

    "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 28th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done.I have sent a cancellation email cancel don .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days.Please refund assoon as possible. @JioCare
