That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio very pathetic & harrassing customer service.Ordered on 13th it showed delivered on 17th Mar 22 without having to be delivered. Raised complaint many times but closed without resolution it's 27 still refund pending.

@JioCare I am not able to receive any calls on my number 9999563973. IVRS menu at 197 & 198 is pathetic and landing to no solution. Customer support interrupted and went away with no solution. Let me know if it will reamin like this or Jio has any channel to talk?

@JioCare @reliancejio read it again, I need a call back from from someone TECHNICAL SENIOR MANAGER with an hour otherwise tomorrow I am going to visit the JIO office and if this still will not get reliance I'll switch #airtelfiber and will throw the @reliancejio router. Bullshit service

Today, there was no network coverage in my area from 10 am to almost 2 pm that too without any prior information. I missed an important meeting b'coz of this. This is disgusting @reliancejio @JioCare
