    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @JioCare @reliancejio if you can't give a service properly then don't do fake promise to customer it is clear that you are robbing customer because I have surrendered my Jio fine on 7th of August 2021 31 days have passed but till now I haven't got the refund of that

    @JioCare @reliancejio worthless service. No video call. No streaming. Extreme buffer in video. Still data decreasing in only 12 to 15 hours.

    @JioCare I have done this several times in these 2.5 years, but I get the same response 'too many users trying to use internet at the same time'. Besides your appellate team is also useless, how come you cannot solve this problem in 2.5 years! There's nothing that you should celebrate!!

    @DoT_India I am still waiting for justice, @reliancejio are cheating not just me but many like me. Internet down since 148 hours now, complained registered since 1st sept. No one came to fix it. @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Jio fiber has not been able to provide a resolution or provide me invoice which is my right as per Indian govt laws . @JioCare Do u have better plans @Airtel_Presence ?? As jio doesn't respect thier customers at all , Probably consider to switch.
