    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @reliancejio Third class service by jio fiber Service.I want to uninstall my jio fiber connection and i request to customer care 4-5 times but they cancelled my request and said that you called us for system resume.I didn't call for system resume.I want uninstallation and refund

    @JioCare Request ID-SR000015YNZ8 : So all you can say after 29 hours is that you haven’t assign engineer to attend the problem. If this is your version of winning customer trust, it ain’t working. @JioCare Big mistake taking #JioFiber and trusting @reliancejio
