    That's it, I waited long enough for @reliancejio @JioCare to rectify my areas speed/tower issue, they don't seem to care & am done, iam switching back one of my Jio number to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ASAP.

    @reliancejio Please increase the coverage , you are not able to cover 5km to provide service, so if you have 10-20 connection then only your team think about it. If one person needs it then you won’t think about it???

    @JioCare @reliancejio i want to port number but my plan expired and jio support says for port number i need to recharge first and then i get port number. What a jio network system ,. Wow #customercare #jio

    @JioCare - Internet/Call service is bad not even getting calls. Called 198, unfortunately call got dropped. An message asking for feedback. (Is this fair ?). 2nd, if there are such issues, advance communication is expected to customers. 3rd, I am using VI hotspot to post this.

    @airtelindia xstream is much better than @reliancejio fiber. Service provided by @reliancejio is not so good. #airtelxstream #JioFiber

    @JioCare We have taken a jio fiber connection and it's not wrking from last two days. Jio guys convinced us initially to connect our whole house with jio fiber. But today they are not even trying to help us. My parents, phone TV nothing is wrking because of its connected with jio

    Time to junk my @reliancejio broadband and switch to @HathwayBrdband . 5 days and @JioCare just gives comforting words with no action. Setting new standards in customer care!!

    @reliancejio experienced the worst ever platform. No speed like broadband. No commitments changed the plan of ott without any intimation and confirmation.
