@reliancejio has been giving me slow speed for six months. Their service engineers came to my home last Saturday and couldn't solve the problem. They said they would resolve the problem,but they didn't. When I called customer service, they had no clue about anything. @TRAI

I have shared all the details with you. Your customer cre says to connect with Airtel and Airtel cus care says to connect with jio. Why am I being made to run in circles?? @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys can’t sort out such a small issue !!

@TRAI please cancel @reliancejio internet service provider license as they have not been able to resolve my slow speed problem, despite dozens of complaints and many visits by their service engineers( last visit on 15th April)
