@JioCare there r ppl who work from home, u r giving only assurances. Vn opp bldg in the same society is enjoying jio fiber & v r not means issue is in the bldg wiring or local fault wch tech person should hv identified, shld not tk 3 days trouble shoot it’s managerial issue

@JioCare I lost my internet connection and when contacted the support team they assured me that the engineer will resolve the issue by EOD but now the engineer visit is postponed to tomorrow noon.. For a connectivity issue customers has to wait for 24hrs? ref SR00001EJTQ9
