    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar For the third ticket, the engineer visit has been rescheduled three times, but no one has come to fix the issue. I do not understand the purpose of customer service if customer issues are not being addressed properly.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare. Paying for a 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but getting only 5–10 Mbps. No way to speak to a customer care executive as calls end with automated recordings. Resolve this within 2days or provide an immediate refund,else I’ll approach consumercase

    **@JioCare** Paid full amount for JioAirFiber MAX on Saturday after KYC, promised installation today — nothing happened. Customer care number gives recorded msg only. KYC executive hasn't answered calls since yesterday. Complete installation or refund now. Order ID: NO0001E18B6Q

    @JioCare 3 days, new Jio SIM, still no 5G. Customer care is unreachable, chat support keeps giving a new date every day, and no ticket has been raised. This is what happens when one company gets too dominant. We need real competition in telecom.
