@JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Applied for jio fiber connection. Sale team came and collect the money and gave commitment tht connection will be done same day. Next day technical guy came. He told 15 days will take. Either you cancel the connection or wait. 1/2

@reliancejio jio has worst customer service inter communication within department is pathetic largely TRAI is not looking at the customer aspect rather its pro business. Made 400 against 243 still call is blocked by 12 hours and more. You guys are pathetic. I will eturn fiber
