What ridiculousness is this? All youโve been doing is passing the ball with template copypaste responses! Seeking your intervention in this case @DuttsSunil because your customer care has left us no choice. Itโs frustrating but pushed in a corner, we WILL climb all the way up the escalation tree...including TRAI, should it come to that. Trust this is sorted in hours and not days.
