    JIO Has Undoubtedly Worst experience of My Life I couldn't use proper even when i pad 399 just for 4g Still i can not use my data cos of poor server and if i call customer they misbehave with me&said we won't fix this problem. And said do whatever you can😑 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare I’ve already shared all details via DM multiple times. This is just delaying the issue asked me to recharge, confirmed refund after pickup, device is picked up yet refund is denied. Please stop repeating templates nd give a clear resolution + refund timeline immediately.

    @JioCare I purchased a jio bharat v4 offline today. Received the jio companion app after the update but when I enter the otp from jio bharat phone in my smartphone on the jio things app. Nothing happens. Its stuck at that page. Unable to track location. Help please

    @JioCare I am already using Jio, but sadly I am facing network issues at the moment. If @airtelindia makes incoming calls free, I will port out all my 3 Jio SIMs.

    @JioCare @JioCare The app showed β€œ2 months @ β‚Ή707” with no mention of any 150-day condition. I recharged based on that. Revealing eligibility only after payment is misleading. Please honor the offer or issue a refund, or I will escalate to the National Consumer Helpline.
