Now I regret it—Airtel was far better. 😡 Both Jio Fiber & Jio no have issues, and support is just “reboot/restart” with no real resolution. Zero accountability, zero proper support. @reliancejio

Customer care is telling engineer will be coming for last 2 days. Worst Fiber service and customer care. Its better not to use jio fiber at all

The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls.

In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.
