Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.

After clearing all bills, I have been requesting termination of the services over email since yesterday. Yet to receive any communication.
