The network quality of @JioCare in SAFEDABADABarabanki has been deteriorated to such an extent that it has become impossible to make a call. Forget abt opening a webpage. 1000 of jio customers in this area have no option other than switching to @Airtel_Presence or @VodafoneGroup

@JioCare We had requested for a surrender of connection and it’s been 3 weeks and no one has turned up to collect the modem. Meanwhile the service request number SR000017KJHP was closed even without any action being taken. We have now been asked to make a new request.

@reliancejio @JioCare I have been facing connectivity issues from your side in jio fiber so frequently. Your team is not efficient to resolve it permanently. Almst like monthly recharge, I have to raise complaints for poor connection/ no internet. Can you provide quality service?

@JioCare It has been 37+ hrs still my issue is not resolved. I don't know what this tech giant doing from so many hours. Requesting my all others Indian brothers and sisters not to have a connection of jio fiber because what you will get after paying them is just 'inconvenience'
