@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@reliancejio Worst network I ever had experience with jio. They never care about customer service only they care about is customer money. I had done mistake by taking jio sim. Airtel is best and smooth. Thumbs down👎 for jio and it's whole group

@JioCare That’s the issue your technicians do visit and says that there is power issue and it will be sorted by other team and on the next day some new guys appears and says the same thing but no resolution, today it’s 5th day without internet, totally unacceptable
