    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you are not able to resolve our issue please let us know we will port our number to another operator. Really it's worst service by JIO from last 1 year network issue has been not resolved.

    @reliancejio I am porting out of jio. Reason: I can not hear "आपके प्लान की वैद्यता ....." before each call for 3-4 days whenever the plan is abt to expire. Emergency me to bahut गालियाँ खाते है आप इस वज़ह से Let see what @airtelindia has to offer.

    @JioCare your my fiber connection for +91-3613566521 is not working for than 3 hours. I saw an engineer working on junction box, and asked him how much time will take. His answer was go and complain. So raising one after all we are helpless as already paid in advance. Let's see

    @reliancejio Reliance network speed is 1Mbps at my home.Issue is happening for 3 months. Plan, data balance checked, no issues.Tower is within 250 mtrs from my home.Your network team says there is no issue at tower. Is this the customer care you provide? @TRAI

    @JioCare hi team.. Need an urgent help By mistakenly recharged in the jio number : 3617965395 instead of 3617965935 (adventour holidays) of rs. 1412.46 Please make the correction or reverse the amount... Already amount deducted from our a/c.. plan is already expired.

    It's hilarious when the support team only know limited words- such as 'we have noted this as high priority' 'resolving through back end' 'regret for the inconvenience'. So much just to fix one wire! Utter waste of time. @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare I am yet to receive my security money that I paid to port my number from jio postpaid to prepaid. It has been more than two months and I am yet to get that refund. Your customer care have no clue of what is happening. Can I get some assistance here.@reliancejio
