    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare Your customer care service is so pathetic. I want to upgrade my existing recharge plan but your customer care executive has asked me to again buy a new plan. Not expected from Jio. So disappointed. Please look into it.

    @JioCare Service Request number SR00001952SQ This is very sad that I come to the conclusion that I should discontinue JIO services right from today due to network issue.I was informed on 05March that wait for 30days to solve the network issue as our networking team working on it.
