    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioSaavn @JioCare @reliancejio I mistakenly Stop my Value added services (VAS). Now I need to start my services to set jio tune but I can't do this. I asked the same problem to customer care. They said THERE IS NO OPTION TO START VAS. I think I need to port my sim to other sim

    @JioCare Ever since Jiofiber people started laying cable in my colony I am facing a lot of problems. The download speed is 6.98mbps and upload is just 1.83Mbps. Is it a ploy for people to switch over to Jio fiber by sudden drop in Internet speed. After all we did no pay for this

    @JioCare Your JIO FIBER service is horrible! Your executive taken 2 orders and both of them cancelled due to your system issues. It’s been close to 3 months now and NO REPAYMENT MADE.

    @JioCare i am getting very poor internet speed and when I talked to customer support 1 of the executive talked very rudely and engaged in argument . Very poor customer interaction highly disappointed

    @JioCare The message we get is that " the number is out of coverage area". My outgoing has no issues, I can do a regular call for more than 60 minutes without any disruption. If it is out of coverage area, then it should affect my outgoing too, ain't it?
