But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

When asked for an update, you say “we are working on i” and then simply ask for the details again. This shows that the cancellation process was never started it’s just a waste of time.

Ironically, the only thing working fine is TV channels, which I don’t even watch most of the time. #JioAirFiber #CustomerExperience
