    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @reliancejio Hey it has been more than 5 years since the issue is same no network coverage at all. Every time 6 month of time period and when I came back to jio I m ****** now I have to wait 90 days to get rid of poor jio

    Paying ₹2900/month (~₹100/day) for JioFiber and it’s been down for days. Technician appointment gets rescheduled EVERY single day with no resolution. This is beyond frustrating. Pathetic service and zero accountability. @JioCare @jio_fiber @jagograhakjago
