    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare Please look at your network service in village area. I am a villager of Itandra Mertiyan, Tehshil Rani, District Pali, Rajasthan 306119. We are facing network issue since last 8 month. Apart from that there is no such Jio Mobile Network Tower in my village.

    Very poor service of JioFiber. No internet connectivity even after four days of complaining at @JioCare .

    @JioCare the worst service ever from 5 not refunding at all just wasting my time from last 5 days refund it I have to apply for new fiber connection
