    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @reliancejio I am facing network issue from last 1 month at my home in Kothrud, Pune. Raised many complaints but every time I got same reply, it is temporary problem and will get resolve in next few hrs. Which never get resolved. How come 1 month issue is temp?

    @Airtel_Presence Customer care called. Seems like I have to get my Jio sim organised to make any changes to my black account. @reliancejio will you issue me the same number which has been inactive for 6 months.

    Don't go for @RelianceJio2 Worst service Provider. Refuse to relocate the existing connection due to address miss match. But they are ready to provide new connection with same documents. @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    It's been 1 month since I paid for the installation of Jio fiber. The installation still hasn't been completed. It says installation is delayed due to technical reasons. Pathetic service from @JioCare. I haven't seen any broadband provider taking this much time. Shame on Jio.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please let me unbundle my black plan. Looks like I have to be a airtel user forever or can't even change my subscription plans if @reliancejio doesn't issue me the old sim.
