@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare you have been making notes only since 2019. Are you preparing for UPSC or what?? Yogesh i am suggesting you to leave JIO and join some other company. I know you are also facing the same issue as we are.

@TRAI @reliancejio On 29th Jan 2021 I have raised a issue for internet speed issue. Till yet its not resolved. Can u pls confirm how long it will take or I have to arrange an alternative. After 50% usage nothing is working. And can't contact customer care team.
