    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    whenever someone tries to call me it shows mobile is switched off until i reboot my phone. Even not getting any messages until i reboot my phone. Facing this issue from past 15 days and @JioCare is unable to solve this issue. It's better to switch to some other network.

    @JioCare pathetic service...wifi is down from last 3 days...my SR getting cancel automatically...ur advisor on call just repeat...same stmt..2 hrs it will resolve....and u just dnt care about ur customer

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had complained for STB remote not working My ticket nos are SR000015ICV4 27/06/2021 SR000015FXVX. 23/06/2021, 7 days I am without TV are you going to credit me these days. Your customer Care promises next day you shall get the remote. Hopeless service.
