    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @pranav_ashtikar I really Appreciate your decision of Port out. They really do care about their customers they would have solved our problems earlier but they didn't solve our problem. I would suggest try Jio once you won't disappoint at all. @JioCare help him out.

    @JioCare Haha.....what a reply....Madam same reply i have already recieved yesterday. Please say something new. What techincal issue ,as per my information your installation staff told shortage of cable/wire yesterday and still you are unable to resolve the same. Already I have paid 1500.

    Jio network coverage in our locality is very bad..we have complained to the customer care about it for several times but no proper action taken till now It been long time now we r deprived of proper connectivity. So pls look into the matter Asap.@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
