@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@Airtel_Presence I know it will be resolved but this is regular. I've incurred cost for no service for months now. What will @airtelindia do about that? Can this be resolved too? Else the only recourse I have is to change my connection to @JioCare

@JioCare Check when was my last tweet For network related complaints your customer care executives call every time saying that this is a permanent problem in 3 to 4 hours or it will be fixed it has been 10 days saying that.

@JioCare I got my jiofibre connection yesterday installed around 2pm. It worked for 15 mins nd is yet to work again. No engineer yet. I'm waiting, called so many times. This is the support you promise to your customers. Waiting for more than 24+ hours. Help?
