    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @reliancejio We bought it last month jio fiber highest speed 200mbps working well for Two weeks after that internet speed is very slow😢 some sites not working on and we have a landline phone but Not working since the purchase. I have complained many times still not responsive.

    @JioCare jio number was used for years but deactivated on 25th Jul for zero usage, Mr.Manjunath customer care manager not responded positively & asking proofsof, @JioCare @reliancejio bad customer service, I believe Jio will sort out the issue immediately.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare Hw mny yrs do I need to wait for my refund of ₹ 1,000? Its been around 8 months in total and 2 months since I raised complaint on twitter. Is this the pace you guys work? Will you again ask me to wait for the Resolution while you guys do nothing on this??

    Worst maintenance and repair service. The guy made a fool out of my mom since i was not available at home. The guy came for repair and did nothing took the otp and closed the service request. I have again made a new service request but still no response. @JioFibre @reliancejio
