@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

Disgusting network by AIRTEL. I can't see videos, movies and can't make calls properly. And what a big surprise u know Airtel tower already in my villege but useless. We don't have jio tower near us but it's 1000 times better than Airtel. @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare Inspite of giving so many complaints not even a single engineer showed up to check the internet issue. An engineer visit was scheduled yesterday and its rescheduled to tomorrow again. Very pathetic service. I’m very much unhappy with your service!

@JioCare Really not expected from jio at the time of installation they said device fee is refundable when gets disconnected but after disconnecting gets no refund.totally harassing the customer with fake commitments.Want my refund..

@reliancejio Jio has no option to talk to any customer care executive. 199, 198, 1991, 18008899999 all numbers have recordings only. Chat option also connects to only chatbot. Jio is just wasting time and energy of customers.
