@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare Does jio have the minimum shame? While consuming user's money they have no difficulty, but when there is no connection for days they say " there are many users in your area, so you are facing issues"....what about the money we paid? give it back
