    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @reliancejio Can you please confirm when the jio fiber device will be picked up by your agent. I've to move to other city on 30 July. Its urgent that's why I am asking you to do so otherwise I won't have any issues using this. service request numbers are SR000015PIF6 & SR000015UTGP

    @Airtel_Presence why in every few days the internet has to go down at my place, using broadband i.e. no fiber cuz its not available here. How can i WFH? @reliancejio thanks for mobile data service lifesaver!! I support airtel but airtel does not. Resolve pls:'(
