    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare I purchased a jio fiber connection paid 3600 for three month plan with ott subscription including Amazon prime, but from day one Amazon prime is not subscribed yet, your local team is not receiving my calls, it more than 15 days now without prime service, why shoul i pay

    @JioCare Internet services has gone a new low in last 2 weeks in my PIN- 835204 ( Rahe, Ranchi, JH). Resolve it Asap or it might be the right time to port out. I have given all the details, do don't bother me my asking for mob/full/address/faced issues etc. etc.
