    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

What kind of behaviour is this? Do you realy want to behave like this with customer?

    @reliancejio looking to get a #JioFiber connection at Kolkata but not getting the service activated. The server seems to be down and there is no way to contact a Human in the helpline number to speak too !! That's a terrible customer experience !

    @reliancejio @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment Order Number NO0000N03JUA is scheduled on 2022-09-30:14:00.Waiting since 2-3 hours and repeatedly calling the booking agent to get the installation done. No installation done. WAS WRONG TO CHOOSE JIO, PATHETIC SERVICE
