    @JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

    @JioCare (continuation for my previous tweet) So due to low data balance I am not able to watch any content. They suggested me to use all remaining data immediately and recharge a higher plan. Can you please help to fix the problem ASAP#JioFiber

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio The technician called and confirmed it’s a backend issue affecting many people nearby in my areas- apps not loading and buffering. Since it’s still unresolved, I need a clear response on what will be done, please escalate this to a senior authority.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no JioFiber installation despite multiple calls and even visiting Jio Store Vastrapur. Payment done on 25th April (Order No. NO0001D2IGYK), but no engineer has shown up yet. Extremely frustrating service. Please resolve ASAP.

    Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio

    @JioCare It’s been days and my rebate SR (SR0000348COB) is still “in progress” with no update or credit. How long should a customer wait for a simple rebate? This unnecessary delay is unacceptable. Kindly escalate immediately and process my full rebate for ~13 days downtime on priority
