@JioCare, I am not able to watch any content on Hotstar, Prime Video through my Jio Fiber connection. But I watch through my Airtel 4G mobile network. The same problem informed to the customer care executive, they told me that I have only 36gb left in my account.

@JioCare please upgrade your network connectivity because call drops problems increased. Incoming and outgoing call connect after many time dial. I have recharge with 239 pack.

@excitel_rocks worst customer service, even aftef calling more than 10 times. No proper response from these guys. I dont understand why they are doing the business. @reliancejio why dont you cover all parts of hyderabad.
