@JioCare I tried calling customer care to report call drop but even that call dropped before choosing IVRS Option 1 "EXASPERATED" @reliancejio

@JioCare You dint understand any. I gave complaint for DND services. It was full active but I get promotional calls almost every next day from tata capital past 6 months. I made many complaints both to Jio and tata capital still no action.

@JioCare Same reply I got last time but no result. I don't know what kind of procedure you got to disconnect connection. You guys start new connection in 1 day but for disconnection already took more than 20 days n 5 complaints but still no solution

@reliancejio my home village is facing network issues from begging of Jio,call drop and slow internet common.Though I have complained about it no action was taken. Currently jio knows how to collect money from people after end of the recharge by calling frequently by their agents to recharge.
