@reliancejio @JioCare I had installed jio fiber at home and 2 days after installation it stopped working. No response from customer support for 3 days.After 5th day I cancelled the connection. To my surprise I was charged 600 rupees for all the hassle. #Poorservice

@JioCare That’s what I am hearing from all the people I have talked too from JIO. What’s the point taking premium plans if we do not get any service on time. Engineers are focused to get new connections referrals but no one wants to provide good service!!

Had to bear a loss of rupees 1000 today too because of @reliancejio @JioCare 's network issue. Seems like it was a waste porting from airtel to jio. Don't know when home tutors will be able to take online classes again. @HomeTutorsD #indianhometutors
