  @JioCare Received a call from customer care today. They rescheduled the visit and promised to give resolution. Engineer was assigned and then the engineer closed the ticket and mentioned that the issue was resolved. What kind of service is this?

  @JioCare I have been trying to connect to support for 1 hour. tried chat support but keep getting **** AI replies and the helpline number 1800 896 9999 keeps me waiting for 5-7 mins and then drops the call. Pathetic service why not consider shutting down support channels entirely

  Further, there is no option to register a complaint via any app, website, or IVR number with Jio @reliancejio @JioCare against connection not being fulfilled or salesperson not responding. Are you only here to collect money & run off? What kind of fraud business are you running?
