@JioCare @JioCare Please follow up with your team with the provided order numbers and fix the issue asap. Jio must take the responsibility and take the proper action working with concerned team instead of suggesting the customer repeat the same mistake and be fooled around.

@JioCare From Kolkata, Moved to Jio Fibre with 300Mbps speed. Unplayable performance on gaming with very high ping. No online support team. Download speeds are capped to 20MBps. No resolution to the problem. Customer executives have no idea about the resolution of the issue.
