@reliancejio now a days JIO network is very poor.. people r expenses their money for recharge but that is not beneficial for people..some villeges r jio tower less..data frequency r also poor so recharge money is worthless..hope this pbm r clear in future days...🙏

@JioCare,@reliancejio, From 15 Jul'21 taken connection of Jio Fibre. Now repenting why switched to Jio. Such a poor performance. Customer care is also not providing any support. There is a term that within 30 days jio can be surrendered but the plan provided can't be. Misguided

@JioCare There's NO INTERNET 4d last 5 days & i'll b real stupid 2 carry on paying 4 such Pathetic service. In d last 5 days my complaint has been reopened 5 times & d status changed 2 'Resolved' 5 times. Bt it NEVER GOT RESOLVED. I'm experiencing Deja u every day thanks 2 jio
