@JioCare @reliancejio Just imagine yourself in my place, from 2 years for every 2-3 months calling customer care( Doesn't solve the issue, calling local jio manager for 1 month and requesting to solve this. After a month they come to site and fix it. To be continued...

Part (3) @JioCare @reliancejio I'm from Andhra pradesh, Titupati district, Sullurpeta Pincode (524121). I'm reminding you once again I'm facing it from last 2 years every 2-3 months i would get the same issue. I've to call them each and everyday for a month. How irresponsible!!!
