@reliancejio @JioCare Really disappointed in the Jio Fiber service. Have faced a complete inaccessibility of internet for ~3 days in the last 2 months of subscription. In an industry where 0.05% downtime is the norm, JioFiber has been down for close to 5% (100 times as bad). 1/3

@JioCare @JioCare Hi Kiran Can you please define “some time” and “earliest”? Because even though the 24 hour resolution time is bad in itself, the last time I had raised the issue, even that commitment was not honoured by the Jio team.
