    1/3 I'm glad to say that @JioCare held their part and actually sent a technician by Monday morning this week. Since technician's visit, there hasn't been any problems with the router. But, a customer complaining on social media shouldn't be the way to get things done.

    @reliancejio @JioCare all your stores are looting first they ask only aadhar. Secondly for reissue of lost sim they are charging rs.25-50. All stores charging differently. Whereas your my jio app says its free. #Fraud unable to connect 198 with customer care. Great loot #jio

    @JioCare : Took fiber connection 1203612848. Requested relocation, but you said it may take 7 days, Instead take new connection. I did. Now from last 10 days I am requesting cancellation (SR000017GXAQ), but not processed yet. Never seen a customer care worse than yours!!
