    @JioCare We are unable to call or use Jio internet in my apartment. We have been using Jio service for last few years and it’s been told to us that you guys are working on the infrastructure, this might take 6 months or more to fix this issue.

    @JioCare Yup called your customer care n after pressing 1,3,9 n dont know how many digits, finally when I was able to reach out to your executive she asked me which green light is showing on my modem, olive green, table green n whatever n didn't help.This is the harassment that i m facing

    I had a complaint of my watch unable to pair because of network issue of @airtelindia on 17th of October and it has been 14 days but my issue has not been resolved yet. Worst customer service ever. If they can't solve such a small issue imagine the bigger issues. @reliancejio
