    @JioCare Little help here! I tried converting my physical sim to e-sim by sending message from my number. Unfortunately, I missed the verification call. Now I cannot process it even in Jio Store.

    @ozziesaldanha @JioCare It is surprising to know that Jio Network is as good as non existing in Delhi airport and at Aerocity. Thank god I had Vodafone as a backup.

    @JioCare How much time will you all take to resolve this issue.. please check the date of first complaint... Every day a new person massaged me sorry for the inconvenience nobody is going to actually resolve the issue...

    @JioCare It’s 3 days now and the services are still not working. This is 3 days without internet during the times of work from home and online school! And after repeated calls the problem is far from being resolved!
