    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ALERT- Never choose JIO if you need internet services for work purpose. You will loose job only bcoz JIO will force you 2 do so by nt providing any services in time as & when you need it most.We are forced 2 be on leave since 4 days, brink of loosing job.

    @JioCare 3 months of issues and all I’m getting is instructions on how to track the technician instead of an actual permanent fix. I don’t need more copy-paste guidance — I need stable internet service that I’m paying for.
