@JioCare I have been hearing the same assurance from the past 2 months now and yet no body even bother to contact me back on this issue. This is very frustrating for a customer who have been trusting Jio ! Can you please escalate this to the higher authority so that atleast I get a call ?

@JioCare - Jio Internet is still down and no engineer visited. Now another ticket raised SR0000374BLP and visit for tomorrow. This is poor service. FYI - previous ticket closed without fixing or visiting site Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request number SR0000373BVJ
