Mukesh Ambani's @reliancejio claims to provide fastest 4G data, but in reality Jio data speed is horrible slow in my locality since months. Earlier 2G speed was better & faster than jio 4g. And as usal @JioCare is useless to solve users problem. @TRAI

@irfankh68709000 @reliancejio @JioCare This happens when, no other service providers are present in the locality. These people need competition, while now fiber is not important to them. Now they are focusing on Jio 5G. Ignoring the current demand of customers.

@JioCare And second thing when i have done the rc 999 so that time company provided me 1 year subscription So it is my wish that when should I recharge.I had a talk with your executive to close my account and refund my money back to me.i will never ever use your service.
