    @airtelindia I have tried to call the customer care and enquired on the App but it has been of absolutely no help. I don’t se aa reason why I should not switch to @reliancejio air fiber. This month will be my last as your customer.

    @JioCare This level of service is extremely disappointing. We trusted Jio for reliable connectivity, but being without internet for nearly a week with no support is unacceptable. Requesting immediate attention and resolution from the Jio team. Please arrange a service visit

    @reliancejio I called @JioCare to resolve an issue, and right after that, someone activated a 'Call Bomber' on my number! Never expected such a pathetic and harassing experience from your customer support. How did Jio's service degrade to this level? Investigate and resolve this immediately!

    JIO MAJOR DATA BREACH! You just installed an un-wiped, used JioFiber STB in my mother's home that still has a stranger's full profile and active OTT accounts logged in. Exposing customer data like this is an absolute security disaster. (1/3) @jiocare @reliancejio @TRAI
