Froud @ViCustomerCare Wrost network ever, I've choosen wrong network by paying 500rs at mini Vi Store. Same on me. @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare is far better option, atleast there are no call drops, good network with fast internet service, not additional charges with postpaid.

@TheMukeshAmbani @JioCare @Akash_Ambani Joined Jio Fiber family the day before yesterday with a lot of expectation and pride. Unfortunately, they did not deliver as expected. Jio Fiber could not give uninterrupted service for even 2 days. Since 7 am today the net is down today.

i have given complaint as internet down..customer care rep assigned an engineer on 26th sep..what to do till then..does it really require 48hrs to resolve while it is being advertised as no.1 provider?Whyyou cant handle customer complains immediaaltely#jiofibre @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare You guys still not able to improve network in Parei Raipur of District Sitapur. I am unable to talk to my parents as they hold jio sim cards..forget 5g improve your connectivity 1st that's basic.
