    @JioCare such horrible services. First the delivery boy comes without helmet. Then cancels the order without informing. No helmet . No driving license. That's how you work!!! Disgusting. #jiomarttezpur

    @JioCare roaming backend instability, not able to make WiFi calls over IR in the US. iR Plan is active and another one is in queue. I was able to make calls on WiFi until 12th May, 2026. It stopped suddenly. Raised the issue, escalation done by customer executive. I was promised contact or resolution in 4 hours. Nothing has happened. Will @reliancejio @JioCare extend my WiFi plan for the days it did not work? When will get resolution?

    @ali_rahat_ @JioCare Time to switch to local service provider in your city both jio and Airtel are lot of ego and attitude. Please switch to local internet providers or BSNL Fiber at least you can talk directly or scold them. Don’t wait for jio to fix it.

    Everytime when power cut suddenly jio network is not working till power resumed... Often it as long as 12-24 hours... No internet, no network, no phone calls... It might be better to switch another network @jiocare

    @JioCare ??????????????????????? ZERO Accountability ... Internet issues are still unresolved and nobody is taking responsibility. This is not the kind of service customers pay for. Request ID: SR000035N2XX Need immediate action and technician visit TODAY.

    @JioCare I cannot request for relocation it's asking me to pay for previous month, but the thing is I have raised request on 1st may and its been 12 days I have not been able to use the service because you did nothing about my relocation request. Now if i pay it's loss for me 1/n
