    @JioCare Pathetic customer service with no action on complaint raised on 7th August.They keep postponing the date of engineers visit stating customer rescheduled without even checking with customer. @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Request I’d- SR00001CRA8D.

    @Aggarwal1954 Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio what’s the use of taking customer consent when all your engg do is shift it as per their own convenience. You tout yourself as a company enabling work from home but my internet stays down on a working day

    @JioCare Refund still not processed inspite of sending all details from my side🥲. With Jio the problem is that once you are encounter any issue there is no solution but to explain the issue to every new person who will fall from sky.
