    @JioCare Not even getting an option to scan the qr code which was being shown earlier, kindly resolve the issue, i contacted on customer care still not got any resolution

    Every day, I am told that an engineer will visit "today" and that this is the "last chance" to resolve the issue, but no one has fixed the problem. @JioCare @reliancejio if possible, please assist me with getting a new broadband connection as soon as possible.
