  Issue related to OTT Pass recharge. contacted Jio CC, the executive wasn't trained to handle the issue, the id of previous recharge seems stuck not allowing new subscription. Asked CCE to connect to senior, transferred but call got dc. Need resolution. Thx. @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio Support, I booked a new JioHome connection and completed the required KYC and payment. However, it has been 2 days, and the installation has still not been completed. I have also not received any call or communication from the installation team.

  @JioCare pathetic service of Jio Fiber. Recently installed it in my relative’s home and took the 30Mbps plan. The internet is not working and the installation/concerned person is not receiving the call to address the issue
