    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , I bought a new Jio SIM, but when I logged into @JioHotstar it showed another person's profile and watch history. Also, this new number is already linked to someone else's Instagram account. This is a serious privacy issue.

    @JioCare Your WiFi mobile services are in pits In Shimla and in Sector 37 in Noida. I have paid for 5 G services and can't even make payments through Paytm. A very sad experience. I have repeatedly said so in the past but no resolution of my complaint.

    @PratibhaGalaxy @JioCare @JioCare nowadays basically a scam service. They took the money in advance. After they didn’t install the connection. When you request for cancellation the amount you never get back. Never give any money before service to Jio.

    @JioCare JioFiber has been down for the last 13 days. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved. My complaint (SR00003AQ95D) was closed without fixing the problem after the engineer asked me to share the OTP. This is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Totally fraud fraud. My Airfiber stopped working past 10days and service engineer visits and took mu outdoor unit and told it's faulty and they will replace it with another unit. starting they said there is no stock and now they won't picking my call. Harrasment at peak

    @JioCare It has been more than 24 hours since I requested a service engineer visit for the replacement of the Jio AirFiber unit, as it suddenly caught fire, but no engineer has been assigned till now. I am unable to use the internet. My service request no. is SR00003AUA93

    @JioCare I have raised request to resolve my JioFiber issue, called customer care around 10-15 times every time they say we will do it but no resolution yet. Even have put my request on hold without any solution.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already shared all the requested details multiple times via DM. Instead of asking for the same information again and again, please focus on resolving the issue. I’m tired of receiving only generic replies while the problem still persists. Kindly fix it immediately
