    I thought @airtelindia was bad until I got @reliancejio Fiber. These guys are so ******* pathetic. They promised a 100 mbps connection but I never get speed more than 40 mbps. And the support is like they will suck blood out of you but won’t help you with the problem.

    @reliancejio shame on you people. I have three jio connections. None of them are running from last two days in my residence. What kind of service is this. Disghusting. The whole North durganagar,pincode-700065 is under blackout. Thousands of jio customers are facing trouble.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is Mukesh Ambani on twitter ? I am tired of unresolved service request for the last 2 weeks. STB not delivered but the service request gets closed automatically. I call customer care every day, send DM to via twitter but nothing working.

    DON'T OPT FOR JIO FIBER. It's the WORST deal ever. They lure you in with all these tempting offers, install everything rapidly & after 6 months (when the offer has expired), boom, you get a bill of Rs. 2000 for a month's usage. Canceling is another HELL altogether. @reliancejio
