  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber complaint (SR ID: SR00003CGZOL) has had its engineer visit rescheduled 3 times since 28-Jul with no resolution. First told "cancelled", then "in progress" — no clarity, no fix. Please escalate and resolve on priority.

  @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst support, going to switch to another provider like airtel, youbroad or gtpl once my 6 months plan completes. No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

  🚨 3+ days and still no resolution! 🚨 Very poor support. There is no option to speak to a customer care executive. After multiple complaints and tweets, still no resolution. Even local internet vendors restored their services 2 days ago, but Jio AirFiber is still down.@JioCare

  @JioCare Why does the Jio network go offline whenever there is a power outage in Andarai, Sabarang, Bhadrak (PIN 756123)? A telecom tower should have backup power. This is causing major inconvenience, especially during emergencies. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

  @JioCare I am using Jio mobile network, I don't understand one thing that when our plan is going to expire they keep playing the voice 2 days in advance when we make a call, n keep msging us. When our plan expire will they let us make a call, no, so why they keep reminding us.

  @JioCare Again with in a month an outage detected in my jio air fiber connection. Can't able to bear this. How can we tolerate with this inability of providing proper connection. When will the connections will be recovered?
