    @JioCare 9 days & still no engineer visit in 2022 for Fibre Disconnection problem is just the worst experience ever from an Internet provider even after multiple calls of distress. Ticket ID: SR00001BYJK1

    @JioCare I am facing issue to access some company site and vpn while we are on jio fiber and I have been keep calling jio Fiber customer support executive and the same answer as temple no issue from our side. it’s perfectly working fine with Airtel connection. A/N +91-8035851817

    @JioCare i have done a recharge as per the list on get add ons but instead of the add ons the amount has been credited to my bill payment account... i need help on this and i need my money to be reversed

    @JioCare Idiots or stupid or simply frauds why should I purchase Amazon subscription separately when I already paid Rs.999 it should come with it as per your plan ?Why don't you answer despite me paying 999 why I didn't receive Amazon prime ?
