    @JioCare Very poor service by Jio. Not able to take calls since last 3 days, a lot of call drops too.

    @JioCare My service request SR00002LDH6Q has been marked as resolved in your system, which is completely false and misleading. Without even a single callback or confirmation from my side, JioFiber has simply closed the complaint on paper. #JioFiber #JioPoorService

    @reliancejio Very disappointed with the international roaming service. My friend is stuck in qatar and his Jio number is completely inactive. He's unable to receive any calls or messages. Need an immediate resolution. Please look into this! @JioCare

    @JioCare 🚨 48+ Hours & Still Waiting! My service disruption complaint was raised on 28 May, 9:29 AM. More than 2 days have passed and the status is still Assigning an Engineer. No internet. No engineer. No resolution. No ETA. Is this the level of service customers should expect

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with JioFiber serv. I raised relocation req & it was rescheduled today. No technician visited, bt request was cancelled remark "Cust Nt Interested." It is unacceptable. I'm waiting for the installation. Plz immdt help of req. #JioFiber

    @JioCare It took you more than 50 days to provide a proper response to my complaint. However, when there was a delay of just one day from my side, you immediately threatened to close the case. This approach is completely unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence Pls provide an update on this thread. As the order was booked on 16th April. Your sales Narudin shaikh is not being responsible and is not cancelling the order. How can he book an order when he knows that service is not available in that building yet? Isn't it fraud? @JioCare
