    @JioCare Very poor service by Jio. Not able to take calls since last 3 days, a lot of call drops too.

    Day 6 The problem isn't the time they are taking. The problem is, in last 5 days, I saw several teams like airtel and siti etc. working BUT I didn't see a single worker from team jio. @reliancejio @JioCare The sms says, "our team is working continuously" "भाई कुछ शर्म है!!!"

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare 5/8 And despite all this, Jio's response is still: “Limited network connectivity in this location.” And apparently, Jio will “try to improve it in the future.” SERIOUSLY? What exactly is a customer supposed to do with a connection showing 100% packet loss and 0.0 Mbps upload?

    Using JioFiber for almost 3 years. Same router, same placement, same walls no issues for years. Now the range suddenly drops, and apparently the answer is “buy a booster.” Seriously? Paying extra to fix a problem that never existed before is incredibly frustrating. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Day by day Jio is getting worst and fraud network. My data exhaust before a half day with just a normal browsing and scrolling which and it does purposefully so that public should recharge more than 349/- plan. It was not happening earlier

    @JioCare Have DM you my registered mobile number and jio fibre number both. Have not received any call neither I am able to connect to a customer care number.

    @JioCare Can you please tell me the number of times the issue needs to repeat for you to take corrective action? Issue happening 4 times a month is not sufficient enough for you to look for a permanent solution? Why there is no work done to satisfy a customer concerns, this is ridiculous

    Dead network signal (> -120 dBm) on my COCP corporate line since 2022. Data frozen at MBs. Fix this infrastructure failure within 15 days @reliancejio @JioCare or I will seek judicial intervention. #JioDigitalAzaadi
