    @reliancejio I was done payment for jio fibre on 20-10-2020 with order no. NO0000J2JGW5 . Still I waiting for installation . Continue appointment schedule is change , I have visited at jio centre Rishikesh but no positive response . So unprofessional customer service.

    @payalchaurasiya @JioCare @reliancejio In our area speed is like 10-20 kb and I am calling many times on customer care but no resolution till now this is amazing service and support staff not resolving internet problems how I say amazing service one of the wrong service I ever seen.

    @reliancejio @JioCare When i go to jio store they will start showing attitude like they own this company.I'm tired of loosing money and time, one last number to port.I still have morethan 1yr validity(2gb/day plan) but still I want to move to some other network,I cant take this mental torture anymore.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare When I contacted customer care, they are saying that they can't help and delete them manually. Why unknowingly your company should spam my email on daily basis. I can't just keep them deleting. Can you please help me in unlinking them? (2/3)

    Worst customer service ever. After following all that was advised on DM ,went back to the store and came back disappointed again. By the way my phone was a 2 sim phone and @ViCustomerCare had replaced it in 1 hour . @JioCare there is something for your team to learn from others
