  @ViCustomerCare Thanks for your hopeless help and support, do check my revert. 3rd class services of Vi, @reliancejio is way better. Atlease they do not merge the recharge benifits even though user recharge twice or until agree to activate both plans simultaneously.

  @JioCare This issue is still not resolved. Is there anyone who genuinely cares to help? I also visited the Jio office at Sarvodaya Mall, 2nd Floor, Kalyan West, but the staff there were unwilling to assist or provide any meaningful support.

  Day 7 of total Jio Fiber blackout in Vile Parle East. @JioCare hiding behind scripts while businesses bleed. As per TRAI rules,demand immediate rebate for lost days. Need a definitive resumption date now or this escalates to the Nodal Officer & Consumer Forum. @reliancejio @TRAI
