  Hi @JioCare, my JioFiber speed has become very slow. I recharged for 3 months, but data is being shown month-wise, which wasn't mentioned during recharge. I never opted for postpaid, yet the app shows postpaid. Also, please reinstall the connection properly. Kindly resolve ASAP.

  @JioCare REF request no LR00001ENYQB. After payment Jio is ignoring my calls . No way to connect as only IVRS WHERE NO OPTION FOR HELP AND COMPLAINT . IF JIO NOT INTRESTED THAN PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY due to extremely poor service

  @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve called customer care 3 times. Every representative has been completely clueless and unable to resolve this or escalate it properly. Email support is completely unresponsive. Clean up the orphan order stuck in your system so I can migrate.
