My internet has been unstable for 5 days and your “relevant team” seems to exist only in messages. If no one is going to act, at least share the Darbhanga local team’s contact number so I can deal with this directly.

Emailed customer care 5 times. No engineer has visited till date. No updates. No service. Can the service standards be any more poor?

Anyway I am proceeding to cancel this substandard service of jio. And shall continue to put out tweets against using this service.
