    @JioCare Last 1yr I am a using Jio. On 25th Dec, my mobile number blocked and I was not able to make any outgoing calls, messages and not receiving incoming calls. I contacted 199 and the representative raised a query and told me that the issue will get resolved in 48 hrs. 1/n

    @airtelindia थोड़ा रहम कर दो I have used only 198 MB data but my daily limit of 1.5 GB is over. I’m using Airtel Dongle. Till yesterday I was using @reliancejio and there is no issue like that.

    In today itself, this happened to me for more than 4 times and I almost spent 3hrs, but still I haven't got an answer for my questions. Is this how @JioCare handles the customer? Will you block the number if you receive some anonymous complaint without any investigation? 5/n

    @JioCare I bet on anything , If i am saying any lie here or failed even in one conversation out of some 6-7 I have made from Jan - May 2021 to Jio customer care . I am Ready to do whatever u want..

    @JioCare Relocation isn't needed now Atleast you should have read the whole email My router is blinking with red light from yesterday morning and internet isn't working No one is coming to resolve the issue

    @JioCare Reactivate my number ASAP or at least provide the info about the complaint you received and what investigation Jio did against that complaint and under what basis Jio suspended my number. With this information I can approach the Consumer Court to get the resolution.
