    @JioCare I booked JioFiber twice. My first booking issue, so the installation was cancelled by the technician. Then made a second booking, but refund for my FIRST booking has still not received. Please check this and process my refund immediately. This is extremely disappointing.

    @JioCare @jiocare please give me ETA as internally you guys are escalating towards this sevice area. Kindly refund my deposit ASAP. Share me the forms to discontinue the services with immediate effect. This will resolve both jio and my problems

    @reliancejio what the hell is your network bandwidth man ! Neither in the urban or in rural areas there is no proper internet or the cellular network the display shows kind of full coverage on the top right of mobile but there is no proper signal, This Not worth of charging 349!

    So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.
