    I am thoroughly disgusted with the service levels of Jiofiber....24 hrs we don't have internet and then I get a msg saying internet is restored only to find that only the red light is blinking....ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC JIOCARE @JioCare

    Pathetic service by #JioFiber Internet service. Since last evening internet service is not coming . On calling customer care and engineer no resolution provided. Now engineer is here in 2 sec he vanished now he is not picking up the call. @jiocare

    @JioCare Geat to know that your company had closed the complaint without resolution. The engineer said you any no of complaint wire will not be replaced. It is useleses effort to make complaint multiple times. He asked to take new connection. What the hell service is this?

    Hello Team Jio AirFiber, I am very disappointed with your service. We are facing a lot of inconvenience because the internet keeps going down repeatedly. This is not the first time—such issues occur again and again with Jio AirFiber. Kindly resolve this problem @JioCare

    @JioCare Shrikant i think we had the conversation and u put me on hold for 3 mins yesterday and confirmed that the service disconnection request has been processed. So why am i getting service call visit etc requests incessantly?

    @JioCare Need engineer support now at home Devices are down from 24 hours and wifi connection issue since 18 days . Provide support or refund my money with interest now.
