    @JioCare @reliancejio It's Has been a Terrible and Embarassing Experience with Jio . Internet never works. Worst Network ever. You just hungry for money. It's fcking worse network in Kota. ( mahaveer nagar first). Do something or I'm gonna leave.

    @JioCare Look Justin I don't want to create any stupid atmosphere. I just want to install fiber connectivity doesn't matter which company is this. If you can install it in Kota Rajasthan then do it on priority in 2 days otherwise send me money from your pocket. Be specific

    I got 7 airtel sim cards at my home coz as a customer we thought @airtelindia was the best company we got since last 12 years but we were wrong thats why i m porting all the sim cards from airtel to other network like @reliancejio so you can understand the power of customer

    Jio network disconnect again This is the problem every day. As soon as the power goes out, the Jio tower in the area is also shut down. The network disappears completely, the internet shuts down and calls are not even made. Today it is the same again. After all, when people are paying full recharge money, why such a bad service? Is it normal to close the tower as soon as the power is cut? In today's time, the network has become not just a need for entertainment but also for studies, online work, banking, OTP, emergency calls and everyday. But people here are facing a lot of problems every day. The biggest thing is that this is not a one-day problem, but it has become a daily drama. It seems that the correct backup has not been kept in the tower. If the tower is closed as soon as the electricity goes out, then what is the use of having such a big company? Please pay attention to this problem immediately. The concerned team should inspect the tower in the area and find a permanent solution so that people do not have to face this problem again and again. People are upset. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    Shocking way to treat customers, @JioCare! I paid ₹4,788 (+GST) upfront for the JioFiber Annual 30 Mbps plan in May 2025 because it promised 390 days validity (360 days + 30 days FREE). Now that 360 days are over, I'm being asked to pay for the so-called "free" 30 days.

    dissappointed by jio air-fiber @reliancejio @JioCare i bought the 100mbps plan and now it not even delivering 10% of it, i ever let their technician visit offered him tea lol and it is still fluctuating, this slow internet is fkn pissing me off never had this worse of a experience with a wifi

    @JioCare I paid the full annual amount based on the advertised offer, and now I am being charged after 360 days. Where is the promised free 30-day validity? If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution today.
