I booked a jio fibre connection, initially at the time of payment the team is replying very sincerely, but at the time of installation, the service and way of talking of the agents are very poor and harsh. Even the office representative is not responding.@reliancejio @JioCare

I got 7 airtel sim cards at my home coz as a customer we thought @airtelindia was the best company we got since last 12 years but we were wrong thats why i m porting all the sim cards from airtel to other network like @reliancejio so you can understand the power of customer

If I will be in the middle of ₹749 plan (4G) and I enable 5G in Setting/Network, then you are saying the 4G speed will be changed to 5G speed. Is it? Or do I have to wait for the 4G plan to end and then recharge a 5G plan?
