@JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

If that is the case why there was no proper service engineer assigned till I raised request to collect the device on #twitter
