    @JioCare very bad service provider is called jio around 1 year to complaint to care number of tweet and mail send to customer care and higher authority but this company is totally lazy no one is help us my family every person use the jio sim but internet speed like 2G.

    @reliancejio I am deeply regretting that I got ported from airtel to jio. Service has completely fallen. The speed is not the same as before. Internet runs very slow. How good was the service 2 years ago. I am very much shocked. And for sure I port again to Airtel.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    @JioCare the most foolish services provided worst network no indoor coverage at all#they will show off with 2 gb/ day but why not fake it when you know that you won’t provide speed to complete 2gb everyday

    @RelianceJio What's wrong with your network? From last 2 days am getting very bad network coverage in my area and suffering from problems like Sudden Call drop down & Slow Internet. Even i am not getting more than 1MBPS download and Upload speed. Please fix the issue @JioCare

    @reliancejio would like to suggest you to kindly improve data service as internet speed is very slow. I daily feel lots of trouble while browsing. Hence, there isn't more problem facing while calling. Hopefully you should slove my issue asap. Thank you.

    @JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

    @JioCare raised a complaint of jio fiber in no working state SR00001CRKQA on 7/8/2022 . Writing with great disappointment on 8th day request is not attended.Customer is in big loss no internet means away from work on the other end paying huge rents which is never compensated.

    @JioCare why is it your customer slot showing 3 days ahead to rectify the issues No Internet from morning 15th Aug 2022 and your jio service slot says 19th Aug 2022 is available to visit home to check the issues. Jio will u compensate the service by extending the additional days.

    @CMOfficeWB I want to free our society by frauds being carried out #JioFiber they give wifi on trial basis and since their service is so poor that ppl usually return it within trial period but to avoid paying the refund they purposefully delay the process @JioCare doesn’t care

    I booked #JioFiber connection but the service I am getting is horrible. Unexpected from @reliancejio @JioCare. The technician arrived 4days after schedule date and asked for Rs 1000 for extra cable and gave a FAKE bill from a local shop. Is the expected? @JioCare #Shameless
