@RelianceJio What's wrong with your network? From last 2 days am getting very bad network coverage in my area and suffering from problems like Sudden Call drop down & Slow Internet. Even i am not getting more than 1MBPS download and Upload speed. Please fix the issue @JioCare

@airtelindia I recharged my mother’s phone for an international roaming for 1 GB data. There was no network. While she was coming back I recharged her phone again for 5 days of free incoming calls. Again…no network. Thats why people are switching to @reliancejio

@JioCare This is on-going since yesterday. I was intially told that the engineer will visit at 13.00 then at 17.15. Then today morning at 11.30 then 13.00. None of the visits have taken place where can I escalate this, this is terrible service who is buying a new connection.
