It’s been more than 5 years that you @reliancejio #JioFiber expanding your network. But still JioFiber isn’t available in my area. I was the one who pre-registered for JioFiber rollout but even after 5 years of launch. No expansions at all. @JioCare

@JioCare Hopeless network. It's 3 days and still internet is damn slow. Better shut down if you can't expand the network. If we don't pay then u immediately shut down our services. If so after we pay then y can't we get services we paid for. Hypocrisy @MukeshAmba

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio - my issue is resolved. But from my experience just a normal connector change caused more than 24 hours. Due to this internet was down.was told that it would take 48 hours to resolve. would suggest to resolve the availability issue of engineer at earliest.

So here's d difference between the boasted @JioCare nd @Airtel_Presence is dt i hv been complaining network issue at my location since past 1 or more. Year bt jio doesn't give a damn abt it on the other hand airtel just installed a booster tower at my location #cont.

@reliancejio @JioCare Still no Jio 5G signal on my Moto Edge 30. The device got the 5G update a month back. I am using a Postpaid plan and the network preferred type is set to 5G.

@JioCare If it is not feasible then why you are suggesting for reordering? Two times already cancelled It is duplex, two connection already installed. Then no meanings of wiring not possible. It is problem of your jio team.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceMobile My jio number got deactivated last month. Is there any way I can reactivate that number or get new number of my own choice. Airtel has this feature, does Jio also have this support?
