Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

It is a physical damage caused due to electricity dept work. Services are just pathetic, despite booking an appointment, the complaint is still not being resolved.

I simply want the billing amount to be corrected as per the actual usage and the info provided by your representative. If the billing issue is resolved and the incorrect charges are removed, I have no intention of cancelling the service.
