Complaining from last 2 years. Home is hardly 300 meters away from the tower but network is extremely poor. Internet is working like 2G. Pathetic service.

Bad service, frequent internet disconnections, false commitments, no technicians turns up even after raising a complaint, no internet coverage in a 1bhk. I guess all these reasons are enough.

I can't even get my basic office work done because it takes 10 to 15 minutes just to open a simple email inbox! How are professionals supposed to function with this third-rate internet speed? You have the audacity to unapologetically hike your recharge prices by 20-30% every 6 months, but what exactly are we paying for? A 20-30% downgrade in network quality? My family collectively spends a massive ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 on your recharges. Despite paying this premium amount, your failing network is forcing us to buy EXTRA data booster packs out of pocket just to get a functional connection. You are double-charging us for a service you are failing to provide. Is this the world-class 5G experience you endlessly advertise? Logon ko chumt!ya banana band karo
