Very poor internet service by @reliancejio with even poorer excuse that lot of users are currently using causing slow internet. It seems Jio has much more subscribers than it can handle. Maybe its time to move on. @JioCare @consumerforum_

@JioCare why is it so difficult to file a simple complaint? Have spent the whole day answering your questions. When the customer is saying that speeds are 2-3 mbps instead of the 100 mbps that u claim to provide why can’t u send your technician instead of harassing the customer?
