    @JioCare Hello, I had requested fr Jio fiber and set top box connection on 25th April.Till date installation is nt completed. Daily I am getting false commitment frm jio helpline no. that installation wll b completed by today. Having worst experience ever. Order no. NO0000LCCHFP

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Bastards I have raised so many complaints for disconnection issues and no engineer visits my place. They simply close the ticket in few days the last ticket was today and the previous ticket closed without any visit was SR00001AL2XN ,,, #spit_on_jio

    @JioCare This is not only my problem. This is problem with many people and many places. So better do focus on the all problems to rectify instead of doing copy paste reply of DM. I must share "Now People are getting very irritated with Jio".

    @JioCare I have requested for disconnection of my JioFiber connection. The service is discontinued. But no one have come to pickup the router. Please can you let me know about it?

    If you convert from Jio prepaid to Jio postpaid then they again charge you with the Jio Prime membership .... Aren't you taking double charges from the same customer, when he had already paid for the membership once @reliancejio

    @JioCare These days there is no reason to continue with jio network. I will switch all my family jio network to @airtelindia. Fed up with no jio network in city like Delhi.
