SMS failed to send and receive. Call drops more. @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani kindly solve the problems which have been going on since the days.

I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse.

Raised the request SR000037PHN3 on 6th Aug, and the service engineers are not committing on the assigned dates, and the dates keep moving. With such service, we are definitely losing on our patience.
