    Any news from @airtelindia for 5G in Karnataka?? I can see it’s available only at Blore, Mlore & Dharwad How about rest of Cities? As @reliancejio covered most of Karnataka !! This is really important to @airtelindia as many #postpaid customer #portsim to Jio

    @JioCare Got same expected answer we are working and does it take 72 hrs to diagonize the problem. Not sure @AkashMAmbani this isnthe standard of jiocare...very negligence no ownership.... unfortunately. No one even contacted.

    Out of all the OTT services I have used, @OfficialJioTV @reliancejio @JioCare has got to be the worst user discovery experience. Tried to watch F1 Qualifying in Barcelona but cannot seem to find it. Their search shows random results. Literally unusable.

    @JioCare, I have emailed Jiofibrecare about activating Prime Video. Please read that, the activation is pending due to a glitch in the MyJio app. When payment has been made, why should I wait for activation? Please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare why the hell you are charging for 5g plan when you are giving no internet on 5g mobile? I have to use airtel sim net. Even I can't open my jio app using your 5G internet. Your customer care is telling me 5g minimum speed is 5mbps to 30mbps. That should be 2G speed.

    For days, @reliancejio’s network has been practically non-existent. Taking minutes just to load a single page is unacceptable in 2026. @JioCare, we are paying for high-speed connectivity, not for this daily frustration.

    @JioCare found out that jio Wifi service doesn't have engineers and technicians because of poor payment policy no one wishes to stay where as we consumer are being forced to pay for no service they have no reply only pacify with stupid talks we are suffering
