@JioCare sir I am facing network issue ,which is fluctuations in network speed and ping. My network suddenly stop for 5 to 10 minutes and this behaviour disturbing me a lot.the jio tower is 50 metre far from me then also this issue take place.

@reliancejio I have raised a complaint on 25th jan, still its not solved and I am helpless. The customer care doesn't even have a solution to it. Everytime I call customer care they assign an engineer but they never come to resolve the issues. Its pathetic.

@JioCare Pathetic customer care. I have called at least 10 times & no one has solved my query or given me a timeline by when will the issue get resolved. I want an urgent resolution as my Sim has been suspended. @reliancejio I will port out to Airtel immediately otherwise.
