    @JioCare I guess time from 15th june to 18th evening is well, enough for a resolution. The whole residential society might migrate to other service providers if jio provides such pathetic services.

    @JioCare It's been 3 days and I'm without internet. That's how you should not treat your valuable customers. We expect faster resolution for the amount of money we pay. Remember, There are other competitors waiting for customer like us to join hands with them.

    @JioCare Thank you for the response Vidhi....first thing i will do is to port from this network...asking to come to India to get a sim after spending lakhs on flight....Meanwhile i shd be stranded in Europe with by bank acnts blocked due to otp.....

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI You are worst telecom operator.Inevatibely i placed SIM card request on myjio app.I mentioned the same on first call recd from the exec & requested to cancel. After that it's a mayhem. I have rec'd 7 calls and best part is ur exec have started abusing.

    @JioCare What is the ETA to fix internet issue? What a pathetic service your team is providing. Will never refer to anyone for Fiber services, local service providers are much better.
