Any news from @airtelindia for 5G in Karnataka?? I can see it’s available only at Blore, Mlore & Dharwad How about rest of Cities? As @reliancejio covered most of Karnataka !! This is really important to @airtelindia as many #postpaid customer #portsim to Jio

@reliancejio @JioCare It has been over 24 hours now and broadband is still down. Did not expect such poor customer service from such a reputed company. I had used Airtel in the past and resolution has been provided within 4 hours. But with Jio it has been over 24 hours now.

@JioCare This is the issue Varun. It's been more than a year and fibre is not available in most of the Mumbai Suburban area like Borivali.

@JioCare @DisneyPlusHS Dear Jio, It's not a jio subscription plan related issue. I have my own individual plans from amazon Netflix and Hotstar which i use on jio set top box. It's some other issue. The Hotstar app which was working fine till yesterday is not loading today.

@reliancejio @JioCare I was scheduled for Jio Fibre installation on 3rd July in Indore. Have already made a payment of INR1,000 to the concerned manager. Ref no. NO0000HUAI39. No one has shown up to set up the service, neither is the agent answering any calls. Very poor service.
