    Any news from @airtelindia for 5G in Karnataka?? I can see it’s available only at Blore, Mlore & Dharwad How about rest of Cities? As @reliancejio covered most of Karnataka !! This is really important to @airtelindia as many #postpaid customer #portsim to Jio

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio We are paying for complete month in recharge...few mins or max few hours outage can be considered...but if the outage is more than days it not at all acceptable...you guys will not extend for a single hour without payment of monthly recharge.

    @JioCare Leave it, I don't think you are trying to solve the issue, otherwise I don't have to explain you same issue. It's better to port out. That will be easier for me, you took 90 days and still asking me what is the issue? First issue is customer support? First improve it.

    @JioCare Don't send me a message in DM saying my problem is resolved. It is not. When it is resolved, I will tweet saying 'OMG at last.....' AS OF NOW AT 21:33 on 1st July, it is not resolved.

    @JioCare It asks me to call the IVRS number and the call doesn't provide any options to reach my problem. Who even designed this horrible system? You pay your engineers for this?

    Shameful customer service by @JioCare & @reliancejio. Full 6-month payment made in advance. JioFiber disconnected over β‚Ή91.13. Two emails + Appellate Authority escalation, yet no acknowledgement or response. Is this how Jio treats its customers? #JioFiber #CustomerRights

    @JioCare There is no point in sharing the same message again n again if you can't resolve the issue for NRIs. Why are you asking the details? What's the point? And btw I have shared the info before but no resolution. Do you consider my problems I'm going to face with banks?
