    @JioCare jio fiber connection is closed for +91-2079619502 but still security deposit is not refunded even after 60 days as per policy. Any problem or jio wants money even from security deposit?

    @reliancejio I regret to say that whenever plan is about to finish, You people sound a message when we use to make a call even we are in emergency. Plz send message to remind your customer instead of playing sound at the time of making a call.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio my internet is down for last 7 days. I made over 50 calls. Tech visit has been rescheduled over 10 times. No one calls or shows up. I escalated the matter. Now helpless. My last service number was SR00001EVK94. Can’t believe Jio will be so hopeless. Shame!

    @JioCare This is an update on Service Request no. SR00001EWU7H that you had raised related to connectivity issues. A Jio site has been planned in your area & is expected to be functional in the next 90 days. Why 90days?
