    @JioCare Do you have any eta for this service request resolution.Because another support person said a service request is raised on Sunday.But still nothing is happening.. if you can't provide proper service.Please cancel my order and do a refund. I will go to a better service provider

    @JioCare Jiofiber has been down for more than 24 hours,Support says it will take another 24 hours. 3 different pair of jio engineers have visited, tested the signal and said that there is a problem that they cant solve and requires escalation. No visibility.
