    Ive purchased a jio stb from app and scheduled for installation on sept 05 2021, till now no one contacted from jio and I'd say jio has a worst customer care service. Posting this because someone could fix the issue at the earliest! @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio @JioCare This is the worst experience a customer can get. Could you please take care of this service request SR000016INEI. I am without internet connection for last 10 hours. The field engineers whom the ticket has been assigned have switched off their phones.

    @JioCare My parents are trying to get some issue resolved for jio fiber but customer care does not want to log complain. They are trying to give instruction over phone which my parents can’t follow (new technology for them). This is not what was promised during installation.
