@JioCare Not required anymore. I got another broadband installed and surprisingly I got the connection within 2 hours. with Jio it is still pending even after one month. Hopeless service from Jio. Thanks

@reliancejio @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani My number is shared to the local vendors by the technician who cancelled my connection saying ports r not available. getting random calls. This is a compromise in my privacy & a big security issues for me and my family. Take strong action.

@JioCare I hv recharged my no 9868469900 on 30 Nov 2022 for Rs 2121 it is valid upto 1 Nov 2022 but my data internet is not working since yesterday but calls are going on. When asked from customer care they Saya my.plan is over. How it can be when jio app is showing upto 1 Nov22

@JioCare jio fiber has got such a pathetic customer support. From 3 days only thing they do is rescheduling engg visit time. And they gve engg visit time night 9oclock how surprising! Worst customer support ever seen
