    @JioCare Dear @JioCare Instead of cooking such kids stories better to upgrade your services. They are w0rst nowadays. It takes you 3-4 days to attend a simple service call in Delhi

    Complaint No- SR000035G1MV Have been trying to get my jio fibre connectivity issue resolved since 3 days now. The response to the complaint is absolutely pathetic. There is no option to directly speak to anyone if the technician does not visit. 1/2 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is now 5 days gone without wifi. How much time you will need to fix the problem. You all are lazy because you get a salary just for typing on twitter and don't realise the actual problem of the customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Most worst service I had ever faced Worse than Airtel After 8 days suffering now jio says your installation of Jio fibre is on hold and someone will initiate refund (don't know who) Local Man Kedar Rabari 9213018402 and his Idiot Boss Ansari 8780444461

    @reliancejio I have booked additional set top box, one month before and paid money but there is botheration , no call , no service. Jio care is useless
