Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Even after multiple emails/DMs/phone calls to & from Jio-no resolution.2.5mths & counting.This is bordering on harassment now. & pls I do not have a STB only a router to return.Tired of narrating the entire sequence of events to several Jio executives
