    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @JioCare @TRAI @RelianceJioCare I called several times to jio fiber helpline number but call gets disconnected after making my call to hold..Is this is way jio is working..It is not jio it is kahaoo or pioo company... Very bad experience.

    @JioCare I got cheated the sales rep said I will get 2 months free service but I got only 1 month. And am using it now with purchases

    Hi @JioCare ,Panemangalore is a town with population of more than 50k Near Bantwal in Karnataka. We had substantial users of Jio here. But jio Network are very slow here which not allow us to use even 200mb in our data pack. It means our mnthly unlmd pack is useless. Pls sort out

    @JioCare Dear @JioCare did your team really understanding the concern. Aur they are sitting just to waste the time of customer and image of @reliancejio. Here I’m asking for Date of initiate of refund(installation charge) which is pending from last 1 month. Horrible service & (1/2)

    @reliancejio +@JioCare it been 2 days I am scheduling time to install the JiO setupbox. Forget about the delay there is no acknowledgment to my request, feedback’s and escalation. I doubt the intent of providing service
