Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

I called jio customer care for offer details on recharge i made he was not not answering correctly and he was just saying if you have done this then you are eligible and then he muted my call and the call got disconnected very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFibre

@reliancejio Worst network I ever had experience with jio. They never care about customer service only they care about is customer money. I had done mistake by taking jio sim. Airtel is best and smooth. Thumbs down👎 for jio and it's whole group
