    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @JioCare I hve 3 jio connections. its really frustrating how to reach customer care. I tried many times all their published contact points and surprisingly nothing can be accessible. I wonder are we Fools making filling their coffers or do we have any right for service also?

    @JioCare Are you fool or stupid? I am repeatedly saying that I don’t have original documents with me as I am travelling to Kolkata during winter holidays! All documents are there in Bangalore & I bring it!!

    @JioCare @TRAI As mentioned before, I am unable to report telemarketing call on DND app for my jio number So reporting on DM. Please check and lodge a complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio very poor network customer care also telling you have good network coverage but practically there is very poor network only 1 network bar , poor service by #JIO ##JioPOORService

    @reliancejio one of the worst service ever, put a request for STB but still no positive response from Jio from last 3 days. Planning to disconnect, service request number is SR000013HESS.

    @reliancejio @JioCare applied for JioFiber broadband. Doc. & Money collected on time, but no word on installation. Yesterday, got msg dat Installation would be done at 15.45 yesterday. Nobody came, no word yet. So, busi. Model is: once money is collected, to hell with customer.
