    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @JioCare It’s been 4 days since I ordered my Jio SIM card, and it still hasn't been delivered! 😤 This kind of delay is highly frustrating for a new connection. If you can't handle the service, why do you make a fool out of your customers with false promises? STOP you third class service

    @JioCare No Fiber internet since 1 week despite paying full charges in advance. Customer care extremely unhelpful and everyone left on their own.

    @JioCare @Xypher16122024 No the internet services are still down even the mobile data internet is sketchy. And you're engineers are not visiting the home to fix the jio fiber jio down for more than 48 hrs

    @JioCare Jio has not provided any solution so far; I have shared all the details with Jio customer care, but they are merely making excuses. The response from the Jio team has been very poor. @reliancejio @JioCare
