Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

@reliancejio What a pathetic service of Jio in Sector 15 and around in Chandigarh..No payment apps work here. No social media..now even basic WhatsApp is also failing to respond. Put some network towers in this area at the earliest. Do something in this regard!! #needofthehour

@reliancejio @JioCare jio true 5g is the worst 5G service. @airtelindia is far btr than it. Every time there is switch from LTE to 5G in Jio, the net stops. I have now kept the network as LTE/4G foe mobile network on Jio. On the other hand airtel is switching seamlessly.

@k_quirkyinsane @reliancejio jio at worst if you using 5g network on i phone… change it to 4g/LTE call would reduce.

Data Fraud- With slow speed of internet jio/Airtel you can use only 25% of 2GB/Day data. What it can be if not a fraud with consumers? Why can't we be charged for data which we have used, and why to pay money for data which we never used? @reliancejio @airtelindia

@JioCare But no one visit in our area in my bldg 4 or 5 have same issue if you not solve we move to airtel
