    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @JioCare Why is the jio appellate no. not reachable from past 6 months. After selecting all the options and at last when the call is about to connect with support, everytime the call drops.

    @JioCare Jaise aap mujhse 10 days maang rahe ho waise hi mera plan expire hone ke baad aap mujhe 10 din de paoge next recharge ke liye bina service deactivate kiye?? If no.. Then why do i give you time???

    @JioCare Discussed with your technician today over phone,he said there is an issue going on Jio, will take a week time to resolve.then only you will be able to access your internet properly. Pathetic, even technicians don't know how to resolve the issue and denied over phone to my come.

    @JioCare I never got any calls.. The issue has been persistent for long and no resolutions yet.. Bills are the only thing that works well in Jio

    @JioCare my Internet is not working and they are saying technician can be sent only for may 1st. Can you pls do this sooner

    One of the worst service from @reliancejio @JioCare . I have ordered a new sim over a week back and still it's not got delivered. Everyday the same message from jio. The sim delivery has been initiated and the delivery executive number is always switched off.

    Frustrated with the poor service from @reliancejio My WiFi has been down since yesterday and despite multiple complaints, there’s no resolution yet. This is seriously affecting my work and daily routine. Request immediate action and a proper update. @jio
