    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    ONLY ONE STAFF MEMBER working. She waited for 1.5 hours. She then asked a lady, Why? The excuse? "Today is a field day, staff are on field work." 🤯 Hey @reliancejio,@JioCare shouldn't you be clearing existing customer complaints before chasing new ones on the field????

    @JioCare (1/3) @JioCare Thank you for responding. The assigned engineer is unreachable as his phone is switched off. I contacted the local team directly and they initially committed to visiting today to resolve the issue.

    @JioCare 5 days since I submitted my port request to Jio, but it’s still pending. Haven’t recharged my current SIM and have been without calling services. Please help resolve this.

    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare With respect to the Jio Fiber at my house, the Internet is not working since Friday. Service Request (SR000037RO7J) was raised on Saturday (The earliest appointment available was Tuesday). Till date there is no internet connectivity in our Building. (1/3)

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI 12-06-2026 2. Device/ODU pickup before 13th 3. Issue closure NOC. 4. Credit for remaining days downtime. I will not pay for days with no service. If not resolved in 48hrs, filing complaint with TRAI & CPGRAMS. #JioCare 1/3
