  @JioCare I’d ordered an additional set top box (STB) on 24th June and no engineer turned up on the day of installation and the appointment was rescheduled twice automatically and till date there is no response for my emails or jio care enquires, really disappointed!! Pls help!!

  @JioCare Thats what the problem is. I never requested to put on hold. Ur technicians are doing so on their own. I have made my complain and thats it. All other rescheduling and holding is been done by ur technicians to take more time.

  @JioCare 10 days. Zero action. @Jio keeps lying with the same line: "Engineer will visit tomorrow." No engineer. No resolution. My child can't study, I can't work, 10 families in Raheja Complex, Sundaram A1 are affected. the most irresponsible customer service. Shameful.

  @JioCare Again appointments are scheduled and getting canceled on its own. Nobody is calling, nothing is happening. Jio has engaged bots as customer support who are themselves clueless. Despite complaining so much nothing is moving ahead. No refunds also.

  @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY Day 3 of NO internet. Complaint raised July 8, but @JioCare has done absolutely nothing. No engineer assigned despite ground teams working nearby. This is a severe deficiency of service. I need this escalated and resolved right now.
