    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    No use of Jio sim at all. Forget internet but unable to call indifficult times as waterlogging .Why do we have to pay hefty price if no service is ever provided. This is not for today or this month. Whenever light goes Jio services get nullified. @reliancejio #Jio #Nalasoparaeast

    @jiocare after lots of complaint more than 100 I am frustrated and decided to port my number. Poor network in india due to government in support jio not coustomer, bad experience with jio I really suggest don't go with jio because we pay high and getting just like 3g service

    @JioCare I already DM’d my JioFiber ID and registered mobile number yesterday as requested by Tanushka, but it’s been over 24 hours with no response or update. My 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days now. Kindly escalate and arrange an engineer visit ASAP. Please update me

    @JioCare @Real_Divyanshi I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps
