    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @JioCare I can't be on a customer executive call every other hour and still not have engineer visit. There has been a bigger level escalation in my corporate and your service is pathetic. 12 calls in a row since 3 days and still no engineer. @jagograhakjago please look into this disgrace

    The internet speed is becoming pathetic day by day. Can't even make a call sometimes. Watching a video above 360p is beyond imagination. Please fix the issue @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio' Ive recharged my number yesterday around 5Pm,bt I've received any messages nor I'm able to call n use internet.I've contacted the retailer,he said d recharge have been n even showed me d message which said"Success".Tried calling the customer care, none work
