    Dear @JioCare, We used Jio since the launch of @reliancejio. Now we don't have network here.and we feel cheated by Jio. Location- Kothrimal,near gharghoda, Raigarh district, Chattisgarh.

    @reliancejio Internet is very slow, since years together, at chair chhak, M.Rampur 766102. Improve or say that you can't Improve, so that I can see alternative!!!

    Relocated AirFiber 2 months ago, but your KYC agent assigned an old ODU instead of a UPC unit. Now speeds are capped to 100Mbps & drop in peak hours. Technicians say only fix is to cancel & pay ₹1200 for a new connection. Why should I pay for YOUR mistake? Fix it! @JioCare

    With respect to the conversation with @jiocare I have shared all the credentials including Location of the store which was demanding Rs 350 for activation. My number got inactive and as far I know Jio Doesn't charge for activation but customer has to only recharge amount

    Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia even after upgrading to postpaid such worst connection after complainjng you solve it by yourself and report solved no response nothing porting to @JioCare is better i think so and why the hell you arecharging if you cant provide basic

    @JioCare It's been 17 days since I booked Jio AirFiber, and the installation is still pending. Despite multiple follow ups, there has been no proper update. Very disappointed with the service. Please escalate this issue and provide an immediate resolution....
