    @JioCare Mr. Siddhesh kindly go through the screen shot images which I have attached. Please be serious about this. I have active plan as well additional internet pack. If you guys can't resolve with in a week I will not hesitate to port to Jio to other network.

    Ever since I have Port my BSNL number in Jio, since then I am seeing that the internet speed is very bad. It is so bad that I am not even able to use WhatsApp and can make calls etc. Ok. There is no problem in calling but internet speed is very slow @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio I still haven’t got my 5g network. I had put a tweet about this 4 days back and still you guys haven’t done anything about this issue. I have all the requirements for availing jio 5g but still it’s not getting started

    @JioCare 2 weeks since switching from prepaid to postpaid on your trial plan, 2 service requests and countless interactions with your customer service later, I fixed the problem I was facing on my own by switching to a non trial/paid plan. 1/2

    @JioCare I ported to Jio today and I was made to recharge ₹240 pack. I was told it is mandatory valid for 28 days or so and from next month onwards I'm free to choose any plan. Is it compulsory for a new customer to recharge for ₹240 after completing the MNP process to activate the sim?

    @reliancejio Hi Jio True5G Claimer, I am in Bengaluru , Balladur Area and haven't ever seen 5G signal at my phone till the time writing this. Can you please let us know, what are the places in Bengaluru , where 5G signal is available.

    @reliancejio dear jio, I am using Jiofiber from last one year and I am facing frequent disconnection from last 15 days , I have raised complaint multiple times but without resolution complaint are getting closed . Kindly request your support in this regard

    @reliancejio @JioCare Since morning I and all my Jio mobile network colleagues are facing a problem in making calls and answering calls. No voice or text msg happening. After contacting customer care. They tried calling me on my Jio number but couldn't hear both of us.

    @JioCare since morning, jio air fiber network is not connecting to internet. I have been repeatedly calling the customer service, but the call gets dropped off in the middle. Tried all the service lines and diagnostic measures. None worked. Please help me out.

    Very disappointing experience with Jio. Despite informing them repeatedly my previous USA international plan was active, they didn’t cancel the new ₹2550 USA plan. Customer care and store support were unhelpful. After 8 years with Jio, I’ve ported to Airtel. #Jio #JioCare
