    @JioCare Further ur technicians had asked me 2 subscribe for a 12month package, but in the 1st month itself i am facing so much trouble then in 12 months i would have gone crazy. Never expected this kind of pain. Ur internet speeds might b incredible but your technicians r causing trouble

    Never faced such poor service with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Whenever we customers face issues, Airtel atleast gives a positive response and get the issue resolved within tat. Airtel keeps cust informed if tat increases due to unforeseen things. @JioCare pls improve

    @JioCare You have tested my paitence for 15days. How many more days of patience you want me to keep. The kind of experience i am facing coz of ur technicians rude behaviour is very pathetic in nature. I am not asking anything for free & i have already paid the requisite amount.

    @JioCare @JioCare stop giving same rubbish templates I want a call immediately on the status and want to know where is my refund stuck & when it will be received also its actually shamefull on this company where the service is horrible and pathetic without resolution just nabbing time

    @JioCare Sent you a DM, now please help out. ur agent promised 48 hrs installation time after which i agreed & paid 1500 on 11th, after which he is not picking the call or call back. cust care is also poor as agent put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. u need recording?

    (2/2) @JioCare do you kw this app doesn’t truely connect faster as it’s mentioned?? And it’s UI design is very poor! And the jio apps which are given as free subscription with call plans are like “unwanted children of jio” u never update them! Badly disappointed 😓

    @JioCare Now it's 3rd of May and still haven't received refund for the connection which was disconnected on March 4th and nobody called me till date won't you guys feel ashamed of working in this company which is non customer oriented & cheating customer also they ask money to pick device

    @JioCare Hang on. I am not the only one who faced this issue. Every single person who used jio cinema yesterday faced this issue. So rather than suggesting me what to do, ask the concerned persons from Jio to spend time and try fixing the buffering issue before the next match kicks in.
