totaly fed up of @Airtel_Presence... took about a minute to load twitter... playstore said no connection.. and on top of this they descrease there daily limit to 1gb .... the only reason i cant change my connection is that even @reliancejio is bad..bc chutiya bna dia hai @CDhwaj

Dear @JioCare your service centre procedure is pathetic. Let them accept phones for repair, check it then call, no issues. But, here they make us wait, they take a handset of 1 person, take his own sweet time to check, then next person, repeat..there is no log either or q system

@reliancejio got a new JioFiber in Mar’22 only bcz executive said it is prepaid. Now, it turns out this is a postpaid connection. Your executive lied only to get customers. Unethical and lack of honesty on Jio’s part. I want to cancel the connection.

@JioCare After 20 days followup through jio customer care and 4 days of continuous followup in twitter, still @JioCare you can't tell any update or date of pickup. Worst service you are giving. No words !! How many days you need to give to tell date of pickup & close one customer ticket.
