@JioCare @rachnadesai6 I had given all the details, you guys arranged the date and time to deliver the Sim, called up 4 times, then sent a message saying "delivery was attempted but customer asked to reschedule", which is untrue, delivery was never attempted.. you guys are lier.

@JioCare Worst customer service from jio. I got my Jio GigaFiber disconnected on 27/11/2020 but got no refund of my security deposit till now. I have been mailing, calling and even messages from last three months but always bullshit excuses. Jio is the biggest scammer in country.

@JioCare I accidentally changed my ivr preferred language to bangla today from marathi. Now I want to change it but there isn't any option for that now. Also called customer care they also said we can't change it. Kindly help. Else I need to change the sim otherwise.
