    Dear @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has had no internet for the last **25 days** despite submitting a relocation request. I have made multiple follow-ups, but there has been no resolution or proper response. This level of service is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio City: Ajmer | Year: 2026 | Problem: Internet down. Your engineer said my connection will only work when I return because I’m “out of town.” It’s now Day 2, and no other engineer has even been assigned yet. Support keeps saying, “Wait 3 more hours.” Unacceptable.

    @jio_fiber @reliancejio @JioCare last 12 day I am facing d problem of relocation. As u people not available to give service in my new place I have requested u to remove service n return my security as soon as possible, it’s 12 days nothing has done yet very bad experience

    Utterly disappointed with the JioAirFiber service. It's been 9 days since I raised the request for connection relocation and they made me pay 1200rs. Still the date I received no response instead they are rescheduling everyday but no one is showing up. @JioCare need an answer!!!
