@Airtel_Presence I ported from Jio to Airtel a week ago. But Airtel connectivity is worst even Video Call stucked. Audio Call quality also not satisfied. I have complained many times but nothing comes up. Jio is the best and it will be. @JioCare I think i made wrong decision.

@JioCare I very well know when data is exhausted. These excuses does not solve the problem. Internet speed is slow, data or no data. @jiocare doesn't care. Why would they care about an ordinary employee.

@reliancejio @JioCare Do you have a support system for Jio fibre? I have been trying to call at 1800-896-9999 and the only option I get is to buy a new connection. This is not a kind of support I'd expected from Jio!

@im_nkkashyap @reliancejio If one defines @reliancejio service in one word then most appropriate word will be Pathetic I have used a most descent possible word.but believe me it hardly matters to them whatever u write. They care a damn.they don't earn through customers..govt policies are there for them.
