@JioCare @reliancejio Service Request: SR00001D1XDB is pending with you for more than week now. I was assured via your email dated 20th August 2022 that my issue will be resolved by 23:53 PM on 26th August 2022. But the issue has not been resolved yet. Please get it resolved.

@JioCare My Fiber number is +91-4435630907. My outstanding bill is Rs.824.81 and due by 30-Aug. I have a Service Request SR00001D3APX open for more than a week. I won't pay the bill until my Service Request is resolved. Please expedite so that I can continue using Jio.

@JioCare I havent received any update yet. Jio is literally playing like a fraud here. If there is no port available as mentioned by engineer what resolution should I expect? It has been more than 3 days now without internet.
