    Jio fiber since 10 days. Your cc kept on telling technician visit by tomorrow, since the day of complaint. Today is 7th day since the complaint raised, called your customer care more than 5 times. No action and no technician visit till date. Worst customer service. @JioCare

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Red blink issue for 3 days. Service ticket keeps getting delayed daily. Your engineer visited, said it's "unfixable" & told me to buy a new connection. I still have 6 months of advance recharge left! Resolve this ASAP.

    Very disappointed with the behavior of a lady staff from @JioCare, Sundargarh. She called me from 7008249396 on 06.08.2026 at 5:40 PM, spoke rudely, didn't allow me to explain my issue, and disconnected the call. Please investigate and take appropriate action.

    @JioCare Nelson, pls make sure this issue to be resolved ASAP even if rather complete refund they can take a cut 10-20% if required I need this issue to be settled today or by these weekend no matter what

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am currently using a Jio SIM that is not registered in my name. When I acquired the SIM, the shopkeeper sold the SIM in bulk under someone else's name.Currently, I am unable to complete the re-verification process please help me
