    @JioCare @reliancejio Strange, I said I am facing this issue in all areas that I visit and that all people in my know from multiple areas including 7 members in my family face the same issue - & still you want address instead of simply escalating the issue to be investigated & resolved.🫣

    @reliancejio @JioCare poor service from Jio Fibre tech, I had issue with less jio coverage at my home but engg came and left me with no internet access.lied that it will work in sometime and left.This is for Dwarka Delhi sec 12 pocket 8

    Later Due to my education abroad I have not been able to use the Sim card for almost 2 years which lead to deactivation, but I have been trying to reactivate, so I reached out @JioCare, and then they pointed us towards Airtel Customer Care.

    I will recommend everyone not to use @reliancejio @JioCare. You can’t never finish your call it will always disconnect the call by saying call failed. @TRAI I don’t know what are the rules to scale a company to be in the market.
