    @JioCare 1- Why Engineer did that? I didn't ask to hold the request. 2- Did Jio verified if customer asked as it's like 3- Why Engineer isn't picking the phone? 4- Why isn't he calling me back since morning?

    @JioCare This is funny that Jio is not able to understand basic issue. Engineer said lie that SR is on hold as per customer but I never asked to hold. Now engineer isn't even picking phone, customer care didn't fix it in 15 mins which they committed @reliancejio

    @JioCare disappointed that you changed your 399 postpaid plans. You excluded Netflix prime and Hotstar. Now i want to cancel Netflix subscription. How to cancel only Netflix.Don't know. Help me with that

    @JioCare Also I called Jio customer care and I'd been informed that I'll get a call within 15 mins and issue will be fixed. Both didn't happen. @reliancejio
