A creative, customer-friendly plan could help them win back their customer base. Right now, @JioCare and @airtelindia are simply exploiting customers with expensive plans.

And they put a note to be hostile towards us and next agent also will just dismiss. I have 4 airfibers and 5 postpaid mobile. Cancelled and moved to Airtel and arvance security paid towards security deposit vanished
