@reliancejio I recently applied for a hio fiber connection with a promise that it will be installed with in 48 hours i trusted the vendor and after area inspection he asked me to do the payments after three days they are saying area is not service ? Please take strict actions

@JioCare Mobile area in my home is pathetic. The worst part is, it will show full signal on phone , but when called it will say out of network. Imagine how devastating it will be in emergency situation 😡

Shame on you @reliancejio @JioCare complaint many times on network issues but no solution yet. If you can't understand the customer's problem and can't do something on the complaints you should close your jio and uproot the mobile towers. @TRAI

@JioCare Hi I m facing network issue with my area tower I m unable to call without wifi calling and if in my area Power lost then I m unable to call or I can't use data also since it is happening from 5days I have called to care also but from there is no response at.
