@JioCare I tried to contact but your customer service guy told me to wait for 120-180 days as you guys are working seamlessly. And I can't wait 2-3 months just for good network ,right? No point sending private messages.

@JioCare As usual i didn't receive any refund . When enquired they raised new SR000017MU0J. I have been waiting from past 3months for refund there is no proper response. Pathetic service by #jio #jioCare . Will i get this issue resolved ??

@airtelindia so now u have started charging 1860xxxxxxx numbers even when the customer is on Unlimited plan. While other operators @reliancejio don't charge these 1860 numbers from main account balance. Smart way of cheating customers? @airtelcare

@reliancejio Hi, i want to port from airtel Andhra pradesh to Jio gujarat as @airtelindia dont want loyal customer like me in prepaid . They are asking to compulsorily take postpaid in gujarat if i want to port from one circle to other circle
