  From world best network to world worst network award goes too @JioCare after taking so many followed up still network is same i don't even use 1 mb from 1000mb since last 5 days does jio ll give me my 5gb again?No follow up now need problem solve best service is poor now @JioCare

  @JioCare Messaged the details asked by u. Hope this doesn't get the same recorded reply of jio "we are working to upgrade the network pls wait" but we don't know how long you will have to wait.

  @JioCare I wanted a new jio fibre connection but the problem is that the jio fibre cable is 200 meter away from my house.I am requesting for a connection from past 2-3 months. Please provide me fibre as I need a good broadband connection for work from home and study purpose.

  @JioCare I have a issue. I purchased a jio phone when it was launched but the phone is dead now. Therefore I am unable to use that sim card and the sim is stop working. Kindly request to reply quickly and solve my issue. I will mention my jio number when you reply.

  @iDeshnoor @JioCare Yes after a month Jio shows connectivity issues while other networks gives consistency. Jio doesn’t even sends anyone to fix the problem will make you wait and then will close the ticket while their executives behave rudely and deny services to fix the connection. Thank you Jio

  @JioCare Since March in my location we faced continue network issues, sometimes it's gone nill,sometimes gone in a regular interval of 5-10 mins. There is nothing improve till now,I mailed lots of time but still facing the same.Location is RAMANI SAGAR RAOD KARIMGANJ ASSAM 788711
