    @reliancejio @JioCare has to be the worst service provider since it's inception. After complaining about internet issues and frequent network drops between calls through 198 they take me for ride every time. They always come up with "it's a temporary issue, we're working on it."+

    Waiting on @reliancejio @jio_fiber @JioCare to install JioFiber has turned into an endless waiting game. Promised quick setup, but all I’m getting is endless delay and no clear updates. Unacceptable service! Fix this ASAP. #JioFiber #JioCare #CustomerService

    @reliancejio Please cancel my Jio number 8700862731 against Order No. NO00015IZXL5. The SIM has not been delivered, and I no longer wish to proceed Please cancel the order and initiate a full refund of the amount paid. Kindly confirm the cancellation and refund status. @JioCare

    @JioCare Engineer came and cancelled the connection. Still no communication about the refund @reliancejio @JioCare what is this service. Please ask you representative to call me. This service is just pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago Recently applied for relocation of my Jio Fibre. Got a call from service center, they told I have to pay 1200 on the app and it’ll be later adjusted in my account. Few days later a person turns up at our home.

    @JioCare I called customer care. They have raised yet another ticket with number SR00003DX8RF without resolving the last one. Unfortubately, I will have to cancel my port to JIO and also report to Gujarat Appellate and CPGRAMS.
