    @JioCare what’s wrong with ur company? forced people to take internet connection at home and now when switched there is no proper service. Its been 4 days net is not working and service Staff is rude to senior citizen and not ready to inform or fix the issue @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, I spoke with my local Jio AirFiber executive today, and I was informed that they do not have the required equipment/material available for installation. My question is simple: If Jio does not have the necessary equipment to provide the connection, then why are your staff collecting booking amounts, completing KYC, and activating orders? I paid β‚Ή2200, completed all formalities, and my app shows the connection as installed, but no installation has been done at my home. This is misleading and unacceptable. Please provide a clear explanation and resolve this issue immediately. #JioAirFiber #JioCare #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare @reliance Absolute fraud by the local team in Vayalpad, AP. JioAirFiber down for 4 days. SR00002N9QOK was falsely closed as "RESOLVED" at 9:38AM without any technician visiting my house or fixing the issue! Internet is STILL DOWN. NCH complaint filed. Fix this now!

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare Check your phones bandwidth specification. Do some reaearch on it... Its not the network operators always. Different environments have different bandwidth, if your phone doesnt support it.. You will face issue no matter whichever network operator.

    @JioCare I am facing huge network issue in my location in ahmedabad area. 5G network but still internet now working properly in mobile phones also call connectivity also bad. Can you help or portability is better solution.

    @JioCare ya fine but when? there is issue with wifi router ,it kicked device out of connection frequently even in close proximity so it needs to be corrected at site
