    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, internet is dead since 6:00 AM in Noida (AirFiber). Not “slow” — dead. And your technical team? Nowhere. Stop fooling customers with ads if you can’t keep basic connectivity alive. Either fix it immediately or be honest about your incompetence. @TRAI

    @JioCare I can share such scheduling messages from 2nd July onwards. Today is 8th July. Customer service agents are shamelessly promising every day that it will be done on the same day when I am calling.

    My internet connection hs been completely down since yesterday evening. I immediately raised a service request through the MyJio app, but there has been no resolution or update so far. Request ID: SR00002ME31A Pls look into it immediately & let concern team to resolv @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio i have done the booking since 4 days for new connection when the installation is only being postponed every single day… pathetic customer support by your guys who booked my connection as well only false timing and promises are given by Jio.
