    @OoredooQatar @reliancejio my jio sim always works perfectly on roaming in Qatar via Ooredoo but after Ooredoo service was down, my sim is still showing no service.

    @JioCare Requested Jiofibre ID-299745841104 & have been told by sales team that it'll be up and running by Wed,9Mar but no movement till this moment. Now it has been rescheduled without any reason to 13Mar. At least respond here & help me to connect with your customer care team.

    @JioCare not able to do my office work due to poor internet speed besides I still have 40gb left. Now I have to search for other option. Porting to other service provider.

    @JioCare After multiple follow up, noone visited till date & today I have rcvd msg from JioFiber vide service ID SR0000195RZ9 that “Your JioFiber account is now permanently disconnected and we will not be able to process any refund for this account.” Is ds d way customer complaint resolve
