@JioCare Your fiber network has been terrible for the last two days. Area affected is Goregaon East, Mumbai. Have sent a DM with details. Please don't get complacent as there are a lot of competitors knocking on our doors. Many residents are unhappy with the frequent downtime.

It is more than 24hrs & we r still to get any resolution for our issues raised at customer care through call, email and Twitter... Your executive accepted that issue is at your end but still no resolution and customer is suffering since last 24 hrs Pathetic services. @JioCare

@JioCare I understand those circumstances.. it’s the same thing Mr Jagadish was telling for last one week and didn’t take the installation request. Your team has installed the box stating it will Help In connection faster, but it’s not. I will wait for the updates.
