    @JioCare Sir....why don't you address the above issue... Your call centre is of no help... You are not addressing the problem... Instead beating around the bush... What kind of customer care is the when customer is not even cared for.

    @JioCare jio network was good and I was able to access faster internet from all places of my house so thinking it will be the same recharged for 3 months plan and now it's worst, basic google page also not loading. Cannot switch to other network as recharged recently.

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio my VI recharge has gone in vain, internet speed is highly slow, they don't resolve the concern, they just say sorry and do nothing

    What the hell is the problem with your network @JioCare @reliancejio? It has been down round the clock for the last couple of days. My internet is having speed like a damn 2G connection, at times even worse. Will you do something about it?

    "will get resolved within 24 hr". In short I am paying @reliancejio for nothing for these days. Really frustrated with the service. It is like @reliancejio is doing scam/ fraud with the customer. Really broke trust on such a large indian org. I will not be able to trust again.

    @JioMart @JioCare @reliancejio what the hell r u upto why i have not received the pending payment yet. Do you guyz really wanna workout or not. Really such a pathetic service from such a brand not even a single employee is willing to resolve customer query.

    @JioCare Please clarify following : 1. Why doesn't your portal indicate what channels will be available on a particular plan. Sales team told that all channels will be available. 2. If a customer subscribes to a plan unknowingly then he has to wait till next cycle to rectify.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took jiofiber connection on 23rd may. Unfortunately on the same day wire broke from the poll. I raised the service request on the same day. It been 5 day now. Haven't got this issue resolved. Whenever I call @JioCare get same response
