Jio Fiber is down since 4 PM yesterday (SR00001B7TSC) and frequent disconnection minimum 5 times a week. Jio Fiber is becoming unreliable internet connection in our area. No proper solution. Check on this @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare 2 days after the engineer visited, the issue has popped up again. I don't understand it. Can you not provide a permanent solution to it??! Stop testing a consumer's patience level. Resolve it in today's date with a permanent solution. Reply!!

@JioCare I am waiting for a simple installation of fiber. I am getting this reply over phone calls from JIO that you are working on a technical issue for 2 weeks. This is getting into a stage of harassment for getting a internet connection
