  @JioCare scheduled the appointment for the first slot available 12-1 pm. Record says that no engineer visits even after appointment.Hoping for the resolution by today, or else will switch to other service provider. Monopolistic attitude of yours is causing real harm mental & economical.

  @JioCare Past 3 days jio fiber is not working. Only regret sms coming. No confirm timing for restoration. Plan money is being charged inspite of services being down

  @JioCare Why till now didn't get the call back within 30 days even if your timeline was within 7 working days? If you're not able to provide services on time please refund payment within 2 days in the same payment method. I will go to another service provider.

  @JioCare Jio number 7827104714. This is also in my name. Location is same as above shared handset iqoo 12. The problem we are facing is very old not new. At a particular room in my house jio works absolutely fine but if we change location jio service is dead.

  @JioCare My JioFiber is not working for 1 month. Raised multiple complaints but they are auto-closed without resolution. No engineer visit & engineer is asking for money. This is harassment. Need immediate fix + refund/validity extension. #JioFiber #PoorService
