@JioCare @reliancejio your salesmen are compelling to discontinue old connection in case of relocation and buy new connection. There is a nexus bet relocation & new connection team. The relocation guy does not arrive for one week and the customer is compelled to buy new conn.

@JioCare @reliancejio Finally, after 50 hours of my enormous struggle, my BB service restored. You CC guys need improvement as " Promises without Commitment" will not fly and you have to learn "engagement with customer" which may manage most of the issues. Thanks
