Keeps saying the same thing like he memorized it. Insists that address is not clear and he doesn’t know where to come to. What’s the problem with delivering without troubling the customer? Yesterday he gave me a list of multiple OTPs that I need to send. Why? Why is he involved in the activation process? What sinister game have the reliance mercenaries cooked up this time?

vishal mani (@vishal1933) reported@JioCare For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician.
