Despite that, the complaints are automatically closed as "resolved" without any action. Please take this seriously, escalate the issue.

Airtel,VI gives 5g coverage here,but not Jio.But I'm not getting 5g network here. Please provide this service at earliest. Not getting 5g here is unbelievable.
