    @JioCare When I sent an email to JIO Care, response is very poor. They ask me to chat or call customer care number. As you know, your customer care number is WORST in the world. There is no option to put forward the issue. This is very unfair, unethical and unprofessional form JIO fiber.

    @JioCare @destinyless "Post" "Paid" means paying after the service is provided. "Pre" "paid" is paying before the service is provided. Advance rental means EXACTLY prepaid. Stop fooling the customers.

    @JioCare UNPROFESSIONAL JIO.. ARE YOU THERE ! I am an unfortunate customer to take JIO Fiber plan ‘JioFiber_1M_1499’, ‘Platform Services - JioFiber_1M_1499’ It was a shocking to know that, some of the TV channels pulled out now without any info. Channels like ETV – Telugu etc

    @JioCare How can i provide you the service id when he has just vanished after taking the documents, if required i can share the manager and the sales executives number. Your sales executive is asking me not to take the connection and recharge my ongoing @airtelindia connection
