    @reliancejio Pichle 4month se connection ke liye request bhej raha hu abhi tak to connection aaya nai @reliancejio jab ki out area me connection aa gya h or me mean city me rehta hu to bhi connection nai aaya or bolte ho 13 ott apps or giga fast internet. Kya fayda esi service ka

    @JioCare If you guys cannot fix this then just disconnect and issue a refund. What am I paying for? A delay of 1-2 days is understood given the current situation but it's been 5 days! Are you going to push my payment date ahead to compensate for the days the internet hasn't been working?
