    @openspeedtest @airtelindia @reliancejio Just took speed test on my mobile with 4g volte from few days Airtel network is the worst network. Issue like call drops, blank calls, calls not getting connected and even customer care not getting connected.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 7 days I am raising DNP Requests for device pickup and no one is coming to collect the device and issue me refund. Customer service is unhelpful and not doing anything. They don’t even know how much refund will come. What to do now?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio Your Jio Fibre team is a mess, I had an installation appointment on 7th, nobody turned up, rescheduled it for 8th and than for today in the afternoon slot, and no one came. Your customer service is absolutely unhelpful!! Bad, bad customer service!

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with the Jio refund service it’s been around 4 months and till now company has not refunded my money and each time I request them but the same answer team is working on it. Clearly tell me are you going to refund me or not
