@JioCare addin further 2 ur Zero Customer Service focus,u opend a service tkt SR00001BDHCS, wherein no service was provided, in fact u askd me 2 go 2 the store. But then no communication was given 2 the store for refund and u closd the tkt with confirming closure with me..contd

Hey everyone, Requesting you all to not buy jio fiber. I'm facing internet issue since last 2 days. And An engineer was supposed to come but no one came and the status was updated to issue resolved. I again raise the request. and it keep on delaying 🫠 @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare HI! I've been complaining since 2017 for internet and call issues in my area and still there is issues. We paid the same rates like others do and these is the service we get. Please do your fcking job sincerely and we'll fcking do the recharge or pay the postpaid bill.

Worst part is @JioCare asks me 2 go physicaly 2 the JioPoint store attachd 2 that sales executive 2 collect refund. Is this a joke, r u living in 1950s. Ur sales agent came to my home for SIM activation, i made an online payment & for refund u asking me to go to the store.. contd
