    @reliancejio @JioCare #Jiofibre Jio fibre isn’t working. Red led blinking Service request raised but Engineer sent a false/bogus email- access to premises unavailable Can’t reach customer care through phone or live chat assistant. Pls respond or fix ASAP. Compensation needed.

    @JioCare I paid ₹2500 for new jio fibre connection 2 weeks before but i am still waiting for it to be installed... I get notification saying technical issue in my area. You should check technical specs in the locality prior asking for payment.. Its frustrating now for me

    Called customer service thrice and they are just rescheduling it and they are not capable of taking any action. Only options left is to tweet or throw away the jio fibre equipments. Again, pathetic service @JioCare @reliancejio Rename the handle to Jio Doesnt Care
