    @JioCare Dear Jio, vi is providing me better speed with just 3g technology, I am not happy with your customer service. No action taken since 1 year. Same answer from customer care with no improvement in service. I regretting for purchasing one year plan.

    2014. disconnected Airtel fibre & resolved to never patronise it due to its exploitative practices. 2022. Jio hasn’t @reliancejio @JioCare bothered to resolve my issues. Local service guy is pathetic. Need to go back to @airtelindia .. feeling caged by two monsters.

    @reliancejio 1) On 1st June I made payment for Jio Fiber. I explained the sales guy and he agreed that there is a apartment condition, “if any damage caused in Apartment while wiring Jio team will have to bear it” as they have previously caused a damage.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio Hi Team, I have taken airtel Xstream fiber connection on 1st June but no one came yet for installation and now it is 48 hours this is very pathetic service i am facing with airtel. Kindly let me know what is the solution of this issue.

    @JioCare Today is the 4th day, I got messages in daily basis but engineer didn't come. And request is reschedule to next day. Today your customer care executive gave me a engineer number but he says he haven't any information about my service request. Engineer number 7980854060

    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet is not working since last 24 hours, I registered complaint yesterday, got the time 1500-1600. But no one came for house visit. Called customer care, they gave false promise that engineer will visit 1900-2000, again no one came
