    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioService Dear Team  Trying to get my JIO fiber Uninstalled , but no customer service agent is coming to pickup the Device . Even after scheduling pickups mutliple times. I wont be paying charges for delay in pickup as this is fully Jios responsibility.

    To the unable to fix it any find my answer response to the team of your service please assist. I have only received generic responses from @JioCare , without any attempts to resolve the issue, and the problem fixed it . Pathetic service by #JioFiber @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio Cheat cases normal from JioFiber sales executives. They keep on deceiting customers and frauds are normal for them. JioFiber support team and @JioCare are completely useless.

    Dei @JioCare my call audio reception totally shut down last four days . My another network is working fine with the same device. If receive or make a call there is no audio reception. Enna thanda unga prachana 🥲🥲

    Hello @JioCare , It’s been 4 days since I am trying to relocate my Jio Broadband in Mumbai. The system allocated a slot. The engineers simply postpone this several times. The call center is helpless. Only use big words like raised complaint, escalate and limited system access.
