    @JioCare the internet is DOWN. Got disconnected while working. It would be stupid to let my team know that the internet is down on the eve of diwali. Already pissed that I have to work on this day. This has only added fuel to the fire. Please fix.

    @JioCare Network problem from past 2 weeks. Unable to make call or receive, num shows switch off even though network is there on the phone, able to use internet but no calling network. Work around i have to reboot the phone than the network is able to make & recieve calls.

    @JioCare C this is just a way of saying. I just want my complete refund and I will install Airtel. I do t have any problem in that. In 24 hours if the service is such why should I struggle.

    @reliancejio I just want the full refund and don’t want to use it since the problem came in a just 12 hours. And there are no sentiments I can feel attached for the customers by Reliance/Jio brand. They just play with peoples money.

    @JioCare Customer support is very worst. They can’t even transfer the call to superior or manager to discuss this issue, and it feels like I’m talking to robots. Why are you guys ignoring my requests?

    @JioCare I need an immediate resolution please. Else this account will not be recharged going further and i am going to switch over to other networks coz its the worst ever technical support compared to other services like act & airtel. They are really prompt
