    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2:00 PM this morning, my Jio Air Fiber (1203255990)have suddenly been blinking red and not working. I've called customer service several times. They say it will be fixed, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for this poor service.

    @JioCare Please stop limiting the support to repeated settings checks and conversations. This appears to be a local network/tower-related issue. Please send your technical/network team to physically inspect the site, check signal strength, coverage, capacity and the tower/network

    Unacceptable service @reliancejio @reliancejio Missed my scheduled visit yesterday with zero updates. Today, the technician promised to return in 15 mins and ghosted me. Support doesn't care, and I've been without internet for 2 days. Resolve this immediately!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I Have Faced Worst Experience with The Service And Customer Care Of Jio I Made Wrong Plan And with The Number And I Recharged Wrongly The Data Plan instead Of Voice Plan. And I Concerned The Team With 1.5Hours.But They Misguided And Tells Your Time is Over
