    @JioCare Now who is held responsible for the backend issue. It's not my issue only. While the nearby area is impacted. I need to get this sorted at earliest otherwise I don't have any other option except disconnection.

    @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

    @JioCare This response was expected any way as your customer care says the same. But once I recharge the internet will not work for sure because I have been in this trap 3 times. Once you pay money nothing works. Just close the connection. Humble request 🙏

    @JioCare I am on a 300 Mbps JioFiber plan, but getting only 40-60 Mbps over WiFi and LAN. Complaint SR00002KP0EY, raised on 24 April, remains unresolved. The technician rescheduled multiple times and did not show up today. Very poor service. Please resolve urgently.
