The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

The engineer acknowledged there’s no proper 4G or 5G signal inside our homes and keeps saying he’ll “check with the team.” Still no tower, no resolution. The service request was raised at 07.38am on 18th August 2026. No response on any platform. If I call the customer care on 18008969999 with my registered mobile number, then the system identifies it and only give the automated reply “YOUR REQUEST FOR ENGINEER VISIT IS ALREADY IN PROGRESS AND A TECHNICIAN WILL BE ASSIGNED SHORTLY”. The phone hangs automatically after that. I have no way of talking to a human customer representative. I called from another number with a hope that the system won’t identify it and put me in touch with an actual human customer rep. I called today morning, approx. 24 hours after the service request was raised. And finally, I could talk to a human customer rep. I was assured of quick resolution, but it is approx. 6 hours since that call, and no response on any channels. I have no idea what the problem is. Is this what you call customer service????
