I had an extremely important meeting today, and I missed it because of your pathetic network. You have absolutely no shame charging people full price for a service that barely works when it actually matters. If your network is this unreliable, what exactly are you charging us for? And then you have the audacity to send agents around asking people to port their numbers to your network. Fix your own pathetic service first before trying to steal customers from other providers. This isn’t just poor service. It is embarrassing, unacceptable, and a complete waste of customers’ money. Do you people even have any idea how badly your network can affect someone’s work and important commitments? Take your “5G” marketing somewhere else and first learn how to provide the service you are already charging people for. Absolutely disgraceful.
