@DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio I have been using jio, but data speed is pathetic, you cannot even open a twitter post. The company has not been upgrading its server and spectrum strength, simply looting the customers. It has been a year, still the problem exist. No Solution.

@JioCare very very disappointing and pathetic service. I complained yesterday 10.17 a.m.and till now only thing i heard 24 hr resolution time and today it will be over at 10.17 a.m. should I expect resolution in 2 hrs when u did not even bothered for whole day yesterday. PATHETIC
