    WTF is wrong with @reliancejio . 4g works like 2g after I cross 50% mark evn bfor it smtimes.This has been going on for months!In Delhi as well as in Patna (Im here since march). So don't give that bullshit excuse that it must be my area!cuz its happening in 2 diff states!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my Jio Fiber on 11th Oct , I didn’t get response, on 16th Oct they raised an SR , than just now i again called him , They are again raise a SR.. I mean wht wrong ? Customer service and complaints team ,Reliance Jio very poor service ..

    In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare It's been 2 months since my last request (total of 4 months of time) for jio fibre connection. You guys are still not able to provide a connection in primary location of my town where jio service is already available. #Jio care= slow pace government service.

    @JioCare your service guy came and took full payment from me for a new tv and internet connection. And he hasnt been responding to calls for 2 days now. No response from him. No one has visited my home to complete the installation.
