    @JioCare If by favourable location you mean signal strength.thn Im geting full signal.U can see that in the screenshot.Also I have 2 houses in 2 completely diff colonies here. So maybe your service is poor overall or it's my fault to live in 2 areas u can't provide good service to!

    In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @reliancejio I have recharged my jiofi twice but data not reflected on my account. It says my plan expires on 12 June. Then plans will be auto- activated post current plan expiry. I want it immediately. There is no solution on 18008969999, 18008893333, 18008893999, my jio app(1)

    @JioCare There is a tower of live in my village, but it has been closed for a long time and we are having a lot of problems. The number of SIMs used in our village is above 5000. Tower is closed from 25/092020 Address: -Baligaon (Bhojpur) Pin Code 802203

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my Jio Fiber on 11th Oct , I didn’t get response, on 16th Oct they raised an SR , than just now i again called him , They are again raise a SR.. I mean wht wrong ? Customer service and complaints team ,Reliance Jio very poor service ..

    @JioCare my Jio fibre connection is facing frequent connectivity issues. My comp. which was attended today morning, had stopped working again an hour later. I raised a new complaint ID SR00003BAUYF supposed to be attend by 4pm, didn’t happen. Pls fix this urgently!

    @JioCare @JioCare Creating SR00003BD74L doesn’t resolve your failure to honour my 14 Jul appointment. I reject the 22 Jul timeline. Escalate this to the Field Service Manager and ensure my JioFiber relocation (Order: CO0001TGHLAJ) is completed tomorrow. Unacceptable service. #FalsePromise

    @tymofii @JioCare @GoogleIndia It does not seem a cache issue as the subscription was deactivated after sometime. So, reactivating it says it has already been activated. Google Support says it is a Jio Issue and Vice-versa.

    @mahadikrahul @JioCare @GoogleIndia Yeah, that loop is annoying. Try clearing your Play Store cache and then redeeming again through the Jio app. If that fails, Google One chat support can reset it manually. Good luck!
