    @JioCare yaha jio ka network bahut kharab h speed 2G se bhi kharab ,pahale bhi twits kar chuke h....No one care about my twits.... Ab iske liye bhi Namo app par complaint karna parega... 4G ke naam par customer ko cheating kiya ja raha h... Plzzzzz care about it ,in my location.

    @reliancejio Third class service in Patna. 2 years of complaint about two locations, 1 in Patna, another in Delhi. No resolution yet. Bananas seems cheaper.

    @reliancejio Sir, my whole family is very upset with the poor network of Jio. Data works so poorly that even a site is not open,we are unable to recharge and use it. Sir, my whole family is going to get their number ported from Jio to Airtel.Goodbye Jio..

    @JioCare @DoT_India @drvsharma99 Now a days every customer numbers is not reachable by jio..... The service provider is telling there is fault in service they are providing a big round of applause for this acceptance. @JioCare Check out my profile i too had same complaint.

    @JioCare Internet speed in my area is very poor all cell phone with jio network having the slowest internet speed and not any @reliancejio and @JioCare is listening to us . And they are also not registering complaints .

    In my location above six months internet speed is very low. When I call customer care they always told that already we doing a work on network issue in your area. And last they told that in 3 month your problem solved My mobile no. 952523004@reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @DoT_India

    @Airtel_Presence I am also thinking of the same... My jio plan is about to expire and if they people is not going to improve customer satisfaction. I will surely switch on to you people. @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @reliancejio

    @MahaleAmey @Airtel_Presence @imhdrana @airtelindia Bro don't switch to jio.. They are going to disappoint you much more then airtel.. At least @Airtel_Presence is responding to your post but @JioCare @reliancejio will completely ignore the complaint. Think before you do. Spare some time to @Airtel_Presence to help you out there.

    @reliancejio when you are unable to provide service in the ruler areas, then why do you take recharge money, neither internet works here nor calls, and the money for such service is full. Have you considered the people of the village stupid? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio 5G launched but service of jio fiber is at the speed of 1G. complaint raised on 7th Oct but till 11th Oct eve issue has not been resolved. Complaint no. - SR00001EF619 SR00001EGHP8

    another time slot for 15th oct. @JioCare who swears to solve our issues within 24 hrs is making me wait full 7 days i.e 168 hrs for internet. My whole business is on hold while they live without a care in this world. Solve my issue till tomorrow or you can come get your wifi back
