    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my Jio Fiber on 11th Oct , I didn’t get response, on 16th Oct they raised an SR , than just now i again called him , They are again raise a SR.. I mean wht wrong ? Customer service and complaints team ,Reliance Jio very poor service ..

    @JioCare Internet speed in my area is very poor all cell phone with jio network having the slowest internet speed and not any @reliancejio and @JioCare is listening to us . And they are also not registering complaints .

    @JioCare I am messaging again and again but no one is responding . Today i had recharged with Rs101/- 12 gb data addon but its not working . Internet is working very slow .

    @JioCare @reliancejio So not only me while many people is facing this problem. You can see in screenshot 81 % packet loss in this area. I will DM my details kindly do something to improve it otherwise we have to go with another operators

    @JioCare My jio number 9771718996 It is almost 7 days since the internet went down and there is no way to know why the internet is down. Could not even contact customer care through toll free.

    @JioCare My internet is still down…the engineer can’t fix it. Escalate I am a working professional and I have meeting today and the internet on my phone is also from Jio. Please get it fixed and I will move to Airtel like your engineer suggested
