    @JioCare Continuously trying to contact jio customer care executive , done almost all the possibilities contacted through my jio , whatsap , customer care call number but my problem still not resolved . I want it to get resolved as soon as possible

    @JioCare @reliancejio I cancelled my Jio Fiber on 11th Oct , I didn’t get response, on 16th Oct they raised an SR , than just now i again called him , They are again raise a SR.. I mean wht wrong ? Customer service and complaints team ,Reliance Jio very poor service ..

    @JioCare It's been 2 months since my last request (total of 4 months of time) for jio fibre connection. You guys are still not able to provide a connection in primary location of my town where jio service is already available. #Jio care= slow pace government service.

    I'm using @reliancejio from begnning bt now I'm getting irritate with @reliancejio worst network whenever I call on customer service, I get the response like "sorry for inconvenience, this is a temporary problem and we are working for it" Always, For how long we will hear that .

    @JioCare I request to everyone dont take jio Fibernet... They simply came to your house fix the connection without proper net like in a day the 10 hours speed is in kbps two days I have taken holiday they don't care no proper solution my jio fiber no. is - 3813562463

    @JioCare Dear @reliancejio I'd love to try your service at first but unfortunately your service is not reachable at our village-Palej (Ta & Dist Bharuch - Gujarat) I believe if you bring your service here you've lots of customer, here 80+ villages around and they all need broadband.

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Asked to shift connection on 9th if July, still not yet resolved. People on phone keep telling it will be done and are bluffing customers. Time to shift to another ISP may be @reliancejio if this is the case.

    @JioCare #JioFiber down for 4 days. Service reqst created. Appointment gets rescheduled again and again. No technician visited till now. PATHETIC SERVICE. HOW CAN I TRUST THIS POOR SERVICE PROVIDER FOR CRITICAL WORK? Thankfully I also have @airtelindia #XstreamFiber
