@JioCare But tell me why i am not getting it ?? As i am using a 5G compatible device (Realme GT Neo 2) with the latest software update. Even though i got 5G in Airtel. Seems Airtel is far better than Jio as compared to customer service and better network distribution

Never ever buying jio fiber again in this life. Called customer service multiple times but still the problem is not solved. Even messaged them via twitter dm after they responded to my first tweet about jio fiber issues and still no response till now. 🥱🥱 @JioCare @reliancejio

It's been 5 days since I've requested installation of set top box . Sales agent arrived on day 1 and took the payment. Customer support is also not helpful, calls are made everyday and they say "we will get it done". Horrible experience with #Jio @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
