    @reliancejio What the hail is wrong with your services? Extremely call drop? Not even connecting to your toll free no. STB issue, internet slow issue OTT app issue. Resolve immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My service request ID is SR000038C09X. Your service is extremely disappointing. I raised a service request yesterday regarding an internet issue, but no technician has visited yet. Should I consider switching to another internet service provider?

    The engineer never called back to check on my Jio AirFiber issue. I waited, and finally had to call him on the evening of June 12th to request a visit. But today is June 14th, and he hasn't shown up or even called! @JioCare #jio

    @JioCare Mam as far as i know India has innumerable hills and mountains, does that mean your network is weak Indoor all over India ? Improve the network coverage and speed , install a new tower , increase the frequency, the problem is persisting for years now

    My work has been impacted and my time has been wasted. If this is the level of service Airtel provides, I will be disconnecting my fiber connection and moving to @reliancejio or @BSNLCorporate. Extremely disappointed.

    @saurabhgoswami7 @reliancejio for last 2-3 days Net is very slow,I too facing the same issue, disappointed with jio network.
