    @JioCare Despite a valid and successful recharge, both mobile network and internet services remain completely non-functional in Viman Nagar, Pune. No signal, no data, continuous network failure. This is causing serious disruption. Request immediate technical intervention and restoration of services in the Viman Nagar area without further delay. Kindly acknowledge and resolve on priority.

    @JioCare What exactly is your customer care for? 6 days without JioFiber, 2 engineer no-shows, appointments rescheduled without consent, and it’s impossible to reach a human because the bot disconnects the call. Paying for a service you don’t provide is unacceptable.

    . @TRAI it has been almost 24hrs but still no support from jio fibre team. Unable to speak with human agent also. They are providing worst customer service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If you can see that service request is already raised than you should also check Due date of resolution which was 30th July. It's almost 1.5 months and my issue is not resolved. Your intention is to cheat and earn money by not providing services.

    For the past three days, Jio network service in Greater Noida, Gamma 1 has been extremely poor. Mobile data is barely working, and we have to repeatedly toggle Airplane Mode just to regain network connectivity. The issue is not limited to a single device; @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare till now my issue has not been resolved and SR has been closed from your end. Yesterday I raised a new SR and engineer was expected to come on today 5 aug. Which got scheduled automatically for tomorrow. I need visit today SR number :SR00003D6SY5

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear @nch1915 It has been over 1 month since I filed my complaint but I have still not received any meaningful update or resolution I request ur urgent intervention to help expedite this case and ensure my refund is processed at the earliest Complaint is still pending Please help

    @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.
