    @JioCare You’re saying there are “many users,” but this is a small village. The network works fine as soon as I move onto the main road. The problem is only near my home and in my lane, where the signal is so poor that even talking on a call is difficult. Please don’t give generic excuse.

    @reliancejio Ambani Sir, Order 17555260170490764A-01 and 17725443711102412A-01 Today, it has been 363 days since I placed these orders, and I still have not received them. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory resolution from the Jiomart team.

    @JioCare - Escalation ticket deadline also met but SE not visited site and issue has not been resolved even after many calls and follow-ups in past 3 days. Very very poor service from your side. Looks like raising complaint with consumer affairs is only solution. @jagograhakjago
