    @JioCare @reliancejio Absolutely pathetic services, I did a grave mistake of converting from prepaid to #postpaid , after activation my sim is not getting registered to network. Call center guy useless so resolution and closed ticket #badcustomerserice

    @reliancejio... I would say fraudJio as you guys are involved in unethical business. You give free trial for your Jio fiber and when customer wants to raise disconnection request you charge for disconnection. What a cheap way of doing business.. 1/1

    @JioCare Thanks .... Appreciate that Your effort fails to restore normal services. I make a complaint which is pending since 2016... Hope It will be resolved within next Election 2024.

    Dear @airtelindia network at my residence is very poor.. Its buffering for minutes.. While i am working unable to do works properly.. Please resolve the issue as per as possible.. Otherwise i will port to @reliancejio would have strong network

    @JioCare Same repeated reply Prashant @reliancejio the way u replying seems like airtel you’ll provide same service and disappointment is expected . Coz at this stage ur making false promise from past 6 months of still rolling of services in the area can’t imagine.
