@JioCare It's been long time and we did not get any result . I would request you to please do something so that we can also use the better network connection. World is causing 5G and we are here not able to use even 4G network.

Dear @JioCare I'm facing Lot's of problems with Jio network both mobile and Jio-Fi. I have earlier complaints but never resolve yet. Very poor service.

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare your services are simply pathetic. Today marks the 7th day of my complaint and none of your employees have even bothered to give me a call. I want a refund and an instant surrender of my connection. You guys are not the only service providers in the country.
