5 months, 100 plus calls, numerous emails and tweets later @JioMart @JioCare @JioMart_Support still haven't gotten a single update and your are still trying to pickup products that have been picked up already. Get the refund out of your asses and help here.

@amazonIN @reliancejio I have taken 1499/- connection from jio. Amazon prime is not working. On calling customer care jio person tells me to call Amazon. Money is taken by Jio but I have to follow up with Amazon. On calling Amazon message was given that they will call back.

Our village people not accepted from @reliancejio this types of services too much network and internet connectivity problem we facing since starting we given many times complaint since 2018-19 but there is no action till now just told us all time we understand your problem

@JioCare Jio customer care services are just wastage of time. Such arrogant staff. I have been facing an issue with my jio fibre for the last 10 days. Despite repeated complaints registered on there customer care services, they have literally provided no help.
