I CONVERTED MY JIO POSTPAID NUMBER TO JIO PREPAID AND AT THE TIME OF PURCHASING POSTPAID NUMBER IT WAS INFORMED ONCE YOU CONVERT IT IN PREPAID YOU WILL GET YOU SECURITY REFUNDED ITS BEING MORE THAN 2 months NO UPDATE ON REFUND,WORST CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT.@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Dont be robotic. Send the engineer here(same location) mentioned earlier,thn u will know.taking my time to complaining, U just simply saying that u getting better service. Engineer will estimate how worst @reliancejio. Fake promises.Provide UPC code b4 90days.#MNP #Trai @TRAI
