sir I am very sad to say that since few days my whole village is troubled due to network. There is a lot of trouble even after a mini Jio tower in the village, Sir it does not work at all in the evening. Tired of complaining to jio officials but there is no hearing.@JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare it’s been more than 24hrs, internet is down and still no engineer visits and Jio customer service says it will take another 24hrs and disconnected my call by customer care agentWhat a excellent service, I would recommend to my all friends don’t ever buy Jio.

@JioCare @TRAI the new society that I moved into does not have jiofibre service. My first request is for relocation/disconnect which is bluntly closed without proper feedback or communication. I had to and call customercare to find out that it got closed.

@JioCare Jiofibre not working since yesterday night ,engineer visit scheduled at ,9 am but no contact,call center line kept on hold for 15 minutes no response. Worst service

@JioCare @Utkarsh18004830 Still no response.. I keep receiving this message from Jio - @reliancejio "Appointment for Service of your JioFiber connection has been scheduled at your premises. Thank you, Team JioFiber" But nobody has come even after so many follow ups.
