  @JioCare Absolute pathetic service. The Jio internet at my home is down more often than not. For payments, you send n-reminders daily and threaten to shut off services. Now that internet is not working for more than half the month, how will you refund me for it? 1/n

  @JioCare I am yet to apply. Getting these type of customer support and harrasment I think I should go with @Airtelxstream4 or others available service providers. You are taking payment on time, but after that not properly responding to the customers request. Nonsense service provider.

  @JioCare mistakenly recharged the wrong plan on my Jio number. Please help cancel/revert it and restore the correct package if possible. I have already emailed support but haven’t received a response yet. Kindly look into this urgently and advise the next steps. @jiocare

  @JioCare Stop this nonsense. It’s been from May 2024 to August 18, 2026. I never got 5G, and the 4G service is pathetic. All i get is endless excuses 3 days, 7 days, 3 months, 4 months. Heavy user, temporary issue, busy hours. Everything except actually fixing the network.😡
