If I have clearly requested disconnection, why is an engineer visit being scheduled instead of simply processing the disconnection? My request is being labelled as a “Browsing Issue,” which is completely irrelevant to my actual request. Why am I being forced to go through troubleshooting/engineer visits when I have already decided to discontinue the service? This unnecessary delay and repeated follow-up feels like harassment. Please stop delaying the process and disconnect my Jio service immediately. I do not want an engineer visit or further troubleshooting. Just process my disconnection request and confirm it. sandeep patwari (@coolpatwari) reported@JioCare It's a issue which happens every other week, still jiofiber is not answering why they cannot replace the wire or provide a new connection box as a permanent solution. For the last 3 weeks, every week issue is happening but seems JioFiber team is not interested in resolving it.
