@reliancejio I visit jio store Subhash chowk Jaipur to migrate my prepaid connection to postpaid but there jio store executive demand me 349/- cash in advance while jio customer support executive refuse me to pay cash when I told him he refused me to migrate.

Hello @reliancejio @JioCare My internet not working properly from last 2-3 days. Tried Every possible settings but it didn't work. May be it happens because of blockage of Phonepe Host. State = UttarPradesh.

@reliancejio Dear Team, After having a 25-30 mails long conversation and 10 chat ups on my jio app with your team still no proper resolution is given only predefined messages are forwarded. Though I am porting from jio but this customer service is highly unprofessional.
