@JioCare It started working but every month same issue comes. The guy who came for repair asked me extra money for new connection and said that would be the solution. But I don't know how that would help. Is this one of the way to take extra money from your customers.

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup As per the commitment I did not get any refund in my account. And after 15 days I tried to connect to Jio team but not able to get any resolution for the same. And I called several time to Jio customer care but I did not get any resolution.

@JioCare @reliancejio hi. Facing accute interruption. I am having one year plan even though my net is not showing 4G. How come #Jio is so pathetic. Due to prob with #Vodafone I chose ur network. Its worst than Vodafone. Internet is keep on breaking.

VoLTE signal often disappears. Need to put phone on Airplane mode every now and then. @JioCare @reliancejio this is not the kind of service we expect. #jio @TRAI

Same issue as i have entered in my house net problem started not get resolved yet if i don't get any solution on this i will port my all 10 number to other provider very worst service just reply not doing anything about service @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Hi Jiocare, I am using Jiofiber. I have a referral voucher of Jiofiber but I am not able to redeem it. I have called so many times and kept mail but no response.. Please solve the issue
