@JioCare pathetic service in sector 41 Noida!! Since 3 days we are just getting an SMS that services are down in your area and apologies for the same!!! But still no resolution!! Jio seems not to have proper engineers to resolve the problem!! Result we are suffering !!

@JioCare I just got off the call with JioCare customer care & I was told that the SR has been closed because it is mentioned that the device has been picked up from place already. I am appalled with what I had got myself into. My money is stuck & I don’t know how to ge the refund!
