@reliancejio worst customer service. Poor cheap executives who doesn’t know how to talk. You cant be leading industry with such poor and cheap telecallers who doesnt know how to talk. Probably to save few bucks you have hired unprofessional staffs

@JioCare Folks it's getting absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. Your technical team doesn't give a work around if there is a problem. And add to it they disappear and switch off their phones. @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai

@JioCare Very bad experience on calling customer service number 198 no call proper recording of details by customer service members & due to this no proper reply to the customers after waiting for 7 days for canceling the postpaid numbers no calls from retention team very bad
