    @JioCare Now @JioCare network goes down(emergency service) after power cut and will not comeback until power is restored( takes about 5min).

    Extremely frustrated with @JioCare @reliancejio ! Since installation on May 15, it’s been constant issues. Now OTT & Set-Top Box are down for 3-4 days. Unacceptable. Please take back your faulty device and process my refund immediately!

    @JioCare Raised a relocation request after recharge, but now being told service is unavailable. Also faced rude behaviour from support and my call was disconnected. Requesting cancellation and refund/adjustment of recharge amount. Kindly assist urgently #JioFiber #CustomerSupport

    @JioCare hello jio what kind support you are providing i have paid for jio fiber LR0001DJ3K1 still no installation or refund yet. And your customer care are worst than empty wall even wall can hear but this support keep playing recordings only

    @JioCare Worst service, i have sent mail request but no response so far. I am in abroad. Unable to transfer esim from one mobile to another. During this process I have accidentally deleted my esim from iPhone. Unable to existing QR code.

    The issue is with my 25 days old connection where the internet switch off daily for 3-4 hours after multiple hours of call with @JioCare I have never received a solution. They promised we will send a technician but no person came ever. Just false hopes and lies

    @JioCare Order number NO0001DRC1BS the guy who came for receiving the money was Sujoy Das not picking up calls now, was told that installation will be done today between 13:00 to 15:00 pm but it's 15:18 pm and no installation engineer nothing has been booked customer care service worst
