    @JioCare @reliancejio such a bad network here, my whole family is facing same problem . Not even 2g network , what a waste of money and such a shameful customer service it has been 3 years but no change in network it's even getting worse🙏🏻 if you can't give good network just stop

    @alifiyakhan @airtelindia These guys just give fake assurance, suggest port your number to Jio. That's what I did recently, see if @Jiocare can help

    @hireachbb @reliancejio This is for hi reach customers, I am hireach customer from so many years. These days hi reach services like broadband, care unit and technicians got worst. I saw jio service and standards in my community. Better change to jio. I'm changing next month.

    @JioCare Its already been 6 days , my office work is getting hampered due to this inconvenience. Using hotspots is not sufficient. Today I received message from jiocare to wait till 30-12-21. I cannot wait till that time. I need support ASAP
