@JioCare The service request no. is SR000016YFTO. Surprizing its still not rectified. Every month the same issues persist either with speed or disconnection. Very poor service.

@JioCare My jiofiber is not working. SR000016YWAG, please make sure problem should resolve till 6 Oct 9-10am as your scheduled date and time because last time after so many complaints your engineer took 4 days to fix.
