  As of now, there is no service offered by them, Despite of multiple request. Now he is saying to make a complaint on Jio number. I tried yesterday multiple times, but no response from them. Also, despite connecting my call 2/3 @reliancejio @TRAI

  Its been 2 days our jio internet is not working at home. We have raised reuest and no one has yet shown up. This is the 2nd time in 8 days where we are without internet at home for 4 days, which blocks our set top box connection as well. @JioCare

  @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.

  @JioCare there is major issue in our lokhandwala, mhada telephone exchange andheri West area. No calls coming in or going out even internet is not working. It's coming and going. I have 10 numbers all facing same issue even restarted phones
