    @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @yrmantri3 @JioCare @reliancejio I recently did that too; they've made the process complicated. Three people from customer care tried to convince me not to cancel the connection. Jiofiber used to be really good, they've changed recently.

    @JioCare I was promised doorstep home delivery of physical SIM, so I paid ₹299 + ₹50. It's been almost a week, and I haven't received any update. I only want physical SIM and cannot wait any longer. If unable to deliver it immediately, please cancel my order and issue a full refund.
