  @JioCare Shared all details as asked, yet the issue remains unresolved. Repeatedly collecting customer details without any real fix is pointless. “True 5G” seems more like marketing than service. Poor speeds continue and customer concerns are being ignored with no action. #5G #PoorService

  @JioCare Dear Harsh, opening a ticket every time does not do anything. My so many office colleagues are switching to @airtelindia . For me, 4-5 tickets are already opened. Still no satisfactory resolution. You don't the back story

  Dear @JioCare @reliancejio if we delay payment even by a single day you guys start charging interests and penalty. My jio setup box is not working for 3 days now and despite multiple complaints I have not received any proper assistance as of now. Will you Give interest of 3 days.
