    @JioCare hi team, In my area the network is terrible. Unable to attain the online classes & even normal internet operation. Recharged for entire year& most importantly m staying in central location of Puri town,odisha.Terrible network coverage here. Take immediate action on this.

    @JioCare Not correct, pls get it verified from your team.I have not cancelled and why would I? I even still asked sales person to arrange option for me despite of this sheer response.He told, it is not doable as slots are full at location(8).Not even got call on issue. Poor way!!

    @JioCare What is the SLA for response to complaints. First service request that was raised on 8th was closed without even attending to it. Please don’t take customers granted.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer service ever. Got a new fibre connection. Paid for it. No one coming for installation since 3 days. Appointment getting rescheduled on it’s own. You give depression to people with Jio Fibre service. You owe me 30k and new mental peace.

    @JioCare Hi my jiofi number 9142962604, the validity is till 25th September 2021. But from last 3-4 days every day morning I find the data is zero without any usage. Please check the issue on priority. Unable to use it.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you jiofiber expansion is worst. my home is just 700m away from jiofiber box but still even after 1 year ,the connection has not moved to our area.your representative are also saying that I should go with Airtel as jio process of expansion is very slow.
