  @JioCare Tried relocating my Jio connection with order id LR00001D3UQR and wow… what a mess. Customer support is basically nonexistent, no updates, no timelines. Officially out of patience. Switching to @airtelindia or @ACTFibernet and closing this connection.

  @JioCare,@reliancejio Seriously frustrated! I’m not getting anywhere near the promised 5G speeds. What’s the point of advertising 5G if the performance is this poor? Fix this ASAP or at least be transparent about what users should actually expect.

  Multiple complaints raised through all channels: offline, customer care, email, & social media, yet no permanent resolution. Only delays so far. This is not level of service expected @JioCare If I wasn’t locked into a yearly plan, I’d have already switched to another provider.

  Another eye opener post: I cancelled my @jio_fiber connection request on 17th April. So far I had to call @jio_fiber customer care several times to take update on my refund. They keep telling a new date of my refund. Please be careful guys. @reliancejio

  @JioCare what is this ? Sim delivery one issue . After solving it . Now activating major issue. Dont you guys understand number is very important for one person. Reply will be like we are working on it. For simple activation in offline is much faster than your in app mode. Bad .

  @JioCare @reliancejio the network in our area is so bad that Even after getting full network coverage forget the internet speed the voice call quality is so pathetic that we can't hear the ring of the call and voice quality so bad that you can't hear a word properly. Please
