    @JioCare I still I have not received the resolution. Escalated SR which I have raised on 24th August has not resolved yet. And my connection will be ended on 28th aug'26. Dont trust @reliancejio . They are scamming people!

    @JioCare Your latest assurance was that it will be resolved by 6.30pm IST today. Nobody has visited till now. It’s more than 72 hours since reporting issue. Stopping giving false assurances and wasting time.

    @JioCare SUCH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. Why is your stupid app bot not allowing me to speak with an actual HUMAN REPRESENTATIVE despite requesting multiple times? Useless chat bot doesn’t even have the option to enter my own query and your helpline numbers are also automated
