@JioCare @reliancejio Your rep visited my premises 5 minutes back without new router to replace the old one received by me several years back with the launch of Jio fibre service in Delhi.I was promised a replacement in September.Please replace ASAP.

Dear @reliancejio ,why it's not important to give anyone option to skip the reminder that his plan is going to expire in 3 days ?. imagine in case of an emergency if anyone is trying to contact anyone... And you're pushing a min long reminder in between...

@JioCare @reliancejio no improvements yet, and ur executive and support persons are saying we can't commit the date, why you guys are selling the sim on those area, moving on 5G but nothing will do for poor network.
