    @JioCare You give the same excuse every time and put the blame on the "many users" who you claim are using net in my area. You ignore the vital part . Every user has PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR YOUR CONNECTION. ITS NOT FREE SERVICE. THEN WHY SUCH EXCUSES EVERYTIME ?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India this is my service request number (SR000016CIWA) . Reliance jio is not refunding the security amount from last 30 months . & i have mailed my bank deatils & statements 5 to 6 times & more than 50 mails for the update .

    @JioCare @reliancejio sir I'm a resident of mawa brahmana in akhnoor region of Jammu district & just 3 Km from main town mawa brahmana, a village Dhalani malotion is located,where a issue of poor signal of @reliancejio is noticed and even resident of that village are unable 1/2

    Really disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber service. Been facing issues on connectivity every alternate day since 2 months. The ground staff is continuously delivering very bad service. Very ignorant behaviour and denying to get my issue fixed

    @JioCare i have raised request for my Airtel SIM MNP and i received a call from Jio representative. He asked me the Service request OTP number before sim delivery. Sim not delivered yet and he has closed the request.

    @reliancejio @JioCare ordered with advance payment if Jio Fiber connection on 18th Aug 21 with order no. NO0000IDY8A1. Ever since no updates except alerts for appointment for installation. No updates yet on resolution of technical issue or on planned installation date.. pl help
