    Even being having unlimited 5G plans, @reliancejio was working like a 3G network today. I don't know why this is happening. Can't watch anything on YouTube or any OTT platform. Keep buffering and buffering. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have recharged my number with 500 rs and this package facilitate 14 ott app but these apps are not working. Customer care advisor 3 time tell me that half an hour will work But till now not working

    Hi @JioCare, The wifi is not working since yesterday 1pm and the engineer visit is postponed for 2 times without any reason and the ticket is always on hold. No proper response from customer service. Ticket reference SR000039TO5H. ETA pls

    @JioCare Since 1 month still no any technician visited. At least take the scrap router and out door unit. And thanks for such third class service.
