  hi @JioCare my jio number got deactivated after not using it for 3 months now to reactivate it your customer care rep is telling me to fly to delhi from mumbai to do biometrics and then only it can be reactivated does it make any sense? just because i got the number from delhi you want me to fly there why can’t i do it from anywhere in india? @reliancejio

  Jio Fiber failed again in providing service. No net since yesterday. Service is patheatic. Now saying wait 24 hrs. My whoke security is in wifi, business need continuous connectivity. Jio is not concerened. Dont go for jio fiber. There are better alternates @JioCare @reliancejio
