    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Same issue, i paid 2222 for my connection, which didn't happened on ground, and still refund is not processed and its been over 2 months now

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio @tanyachawla31 Don't gobfor jio broadband internet even if given for free. Not even a week ago my airfiber connection was down for 4 days and there is no way on earth to reach customer care. All you will get is AI bot response on call chat and emails.

    @JioCare I am currently in Dubai. I have all the documents needed for verification. Can we please connect? Also, I don’t know why network coverage is not being shown in my JIO eSIM? I have the data roaming on. No network bar.
