    At the time of booking agent says customer will receive full refund if service discontinued in 1 month . I raise a disconnected request in just 10 days then why i am getting refund 1500/- when i paid 2500/- as security deposit ? What kind of care is this @JioCare ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Got JioFiber postpaid connection and it’s been first 3 months over but I didn’t see any Option to pay my bill and there is no proper details of plan. Tried to reach customer care no luck. Pls advice on this. Also pls confirm process to convert prepaid!!

    @JioCare It's been 4 days since I logged a complaint regarding the internet issues. no action is being taken on it. The ticket just gets marked as resolved without any confirmation from end user.
