    What's this @reliancejio ??? From past 3 days I am facing such a bad network in jio. It's really frustrating, because in today's generation everything is totally dependent on internet connection. Due to this bad network I am unable to complete my office work. What should I do?

    @JioCare Your jiofibre does not fail to disappoint (no internet) and then your service engineer visit is a nightmare.. giving xyz reasons for cancellation at last moment.. leaving customers to favours of service engineers.. pls see my Service Request no SR00002KSQVK n expedite?

    @Airtel_Presence what’s going on My data is getting exhausted 3–4 days early every cycle. Now I’m forced to recharge again 500GB for ₹300 +18% GST Is this a new way to squeeze money from customers? Never faced this with @JioCare 1000GB used to last easily reconsidering switching

    @jio_fiber 3rd class service. Worst technicians who are liars. No professionals. 5 days no wifi and the technician couldn't fix it in one whole day. He had the audacity to tell us not to call before 10:30 am. Now no answer. #shame @reliancejio #pathetic @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio Internet down since 17 April. Multiple complaints and calls, but only false assurances and no action. This is unacceptable negligence—fix it immediately or I will escalate further and switch providers. #JioFiber #CustomerService

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Facing a serious issue with JioFiber in Kanpur for the past 15 days. Despite multiple complaints on the MyJio app, the assigned engineer keeps marking the issue as “resolved” without even visiting. Now the complaint is put on hold.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Delivery agent asked extra ₹100 as “activation charge” & said receipt would come on WhatsApp—never received. Also got delivery details of 2 agents with the SAME phone number, which was invalid. Seems like fraud.
