@JioCare Recd msg fm Jiofibre net will restored @ 11.42am 13th Oct 2022, but so-far net down, 4th day & still no action on ground, call center not helpful goes 2automated mode. Only assurances no action on ground.Opp bldg has jiofibre WiFi, Y our bldg has issues? No 1 in cust support know

@JioMart @JioMart_Support @reliancejio Doing follow up from last 15 days for ticket - 6654659342 and no one from jiomart is taking care of same as wrong product was delivered to me but no one is taking my issue. Request you to look into it or escalate it to higher authority.

@JioCare @reliancejio Your rep visited my premises 5 minutes back without new router to replace the old one received by me several years back with the launch of Jio fibre service in Delhi.I was promised a replacement in September.Please replace ASAP.

Dear @reliancejio ,why it's not important to give anyone option to skip the reminder that his plan is going to expire in 3 days ?. imagine in case of an emergency if anyone is trying to contact anyone... And you're pushing a min long reminder in between...
