    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare , I will be travelling to J&K from Karnataka soon and I would like to change my current number from PREPAID to POSTPAID. The JIO APP service doesn't work for J&K + Ladakh region Please let me know what should I do in this case. Thanks.

    @JioCare since 3 days regularly we are complaining for jio fiber net issue person comes does something evening again it stop working why hell we pay bill regularly

    @JioCare Facing network issues every other day with in Gund Hassi Bhat, Srinagar 190017 Jammu and Kashmir. Calls keep dropping and internet speed is very poor. Tower ID: PATTAN0002 If this is not resolved soon, we will switch to Airtel . Please act urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare My JioFiber connection (No. 7513163258) was already disconnected and all devices/router were picked up around Feb–Mar, but billing of ₹547.53 is still showing. I was also facing low-speed issues earlier. Please close the account and waive the incorrect charges
