@JioCare Just got sms that engineer visit time is rescheduled to 19.30 hrs. So there is no control on the service man. They will decide at what time they want to come, weather the time is suitable for me or not.

@JioCare from last a month, there's a problem in your network in my area. Internet and calling stopped working. At that time, my phone showing coverage but your service won't work. I have to do airplane mode on-off 2 times to start your service. Pls check.

@JioCare Always same message. Is it recorded message? What is your position in Jio? Are you next to @_MukeshAmbani or @neetaambani3325 ? You can't solve this problem because Jio is a Big Fraud Company and this matter is long pending. Lots of messages in box. Please check there.

In a response to my mobile no. Port request frm Airtel to @JioCare, I just got a call from a girl impersonating as @JioCare executive. She asked me to send following message to 1900 to activate my new JIO sim. This is new low to retain customer. What you say @airtelindia ?

@JioCare @JioCare request again put on hold. I did not request to put it on hold. Very pathetic service you are providing. Don't you have any strong strategy to prevent your engineer to not enter false information which makes service request on hold.
