    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been experiencing very poor network service in my area for a long time. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. If it is not fixed within the next 2–3 days, I will have to port my number to Airtel. Thank you.

    @achaudhary_ @JioCare @reliancejio These people don't resolve any issues ! They have not refunded my money , my case is open with them from 27 April 2026. I still don't have a resolution

    @JioCare till when should I wait for my issue to be solved. Ur store in gangtok is in outskirt location but reply I hear is no use going to store in such long distance because that particular mobile shop looks after sim issue. All my financial transaction is stuck

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber is down for 2 days. Your engineer rescheduling visit after 6 days. Your customer care calls get auto disconnect saying there is service disruption in area. No way to get resolution #poorcustomerservice #jio

    @JioCare Why Every Month End It Happens And Last Till Second Week Of Next Month? And Restore Takes Always A Fix Time. You Advertise For Jio PC, OTT Pack For Upgrades, Etc. But Everything Without Internet Is Useless, Isn’t It! Kindly Prioritise Network Connectivity And Rest Will Surely
