@JioCare Your team is pushing me towards taking legal action because of the kind of customer service you provide for my corporate connection. I requested the discontinuation of Jio services in mid-January after getting tired of bad internet and no resolution.

@JioCare There is no network in Bhishampur chakia 232103 Chandauli UP and the mobile tower is off due to no electricity connection. Any action against the contractor???

@JioCare The truth is since February i am dealing with this issue and none of you is giving me any type of update. I have asked for call back several times but none of you have ever called me with proper information.

Information. And when it comes to customer service resolution time, @reliancejio takes hours and hours to resolve the issue. I need a call back from someone senior from the escalation department to get an assured date and time to get this mess resolve. #FedUpWithJioService
