Parul (@Pranu7787) reported@JioCare i have booked jio broadband connection 7 days before paid the charges but no one called me for nstallation. I tried to cancel it but CC number disconnected. If connected, they say it should have installed in 48 hrs. There is no one address my issue.

The network is sitting on 5G but you can hardly browse. The speedtest shows speed less than 2 mbps, it used to be around 100-150 mbps
