    @JioCare Jio fiber person called me , confirmed there is no optical fiber near my area, only half is covered, it's been almost 5 years since I asked @JioCare to cover the area with optical fiber solution, they are just trying to sell Airfiber which is not stable as I'm already using it.

    @JioCare Very disappointed. Your policy says a wrong recharge can be cancelled within 3 hours, but there's no cancellation option in the MyJio app. Customer care gives different answers on every call instead of a solution. Please resolve this. @TRAI @DoT_India #Jio #JioCare
