I recharged today but couldn't use the service. I want to disconnect my JioFiber and receive a full refund. Please resolve this immediately.

Akash Agrawal (@_akashbhau) reported@JioCare I have been visiting the Jio store for the last 3 days to get my SIM opened and your employee asks for Rs 600, otherwise the SIM is not opened. I have called Jio several times and asked for help but there is no hearing and neither is the complaint being registered.

It’s your team fault. It was informed that i will get my refund in 21 days. Without any connection how the voucher is redeemed. Refund my money.

Had I bought it from other e-commerce I could have downloaded my bill immediately. Ur @reliancejio service 2 is super crap which I will port soon.
