    @JioCare @EpicCmntsTelugu Why DM? this is not a user specific issue it is a general query applicable for all subscribers and should be answered on the open forum rather than privately on DM. Don't just have bots auto reply to all queries have humans respond on a case to case basis.

    @JioCare @motorolaindia Facing backend IMEI sync issues on my 5G Moto phone—MyJio refuses to activate True 5G even though hardware is fully 5G capable. Can your technical teams sync the device TAC database and resolve this? Need this fixed ASAP! 🙏

    @JioCare This problem is encountered in the entire Charing/Jamuguri/Jhanji area of Sivasagar District. You don't need my residence details to verify.

    @JioCare I already shared last week.. 5G not working.. mobile network is always in LTE Even in open areas.. its not just in one area.. check your network in entire hyd Jio fiber also not working properly

    @JioCare Not true. You are shifting the blame for your own unprofessionalism to others. The PROBLEM IS INTERNAL. YOU HAVE REACHED A CONCLUSION WITHOUT CHECKING. In 4 days, your engineers heve cancelled 6 visits! YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING AGAINST THEM!! TERRIBLE SERVICE JIO!!!!

    @JioCare it’s been 2 days with no 5G while 4G works fine. I’ve raised multiple complaints, even called support, and got Complaint No. SR00003BU58F Every time I’m told “4–5 hours,” but nothing gets fixed. What’s the point of paying for Unlimited 5G if I can’t access 5G at all?

    @JioCare What happened no one has bothered attained? My Netflix is still not working. And charges are collected in advance in 21st june ,prior to exactly one month.
