    @JioCare There is no internet connectivity in our building since yesterday morning. Jiocare gives automated reply. Jio email does not reply. Customer support returns recorded audio. Engineer doesn't pick up call. Whom to talk with?

    @reliancejio what a pathetic customer service reliance has😭😭I tried to reach them after troubleshooting of my remote but instead of resolving the issue, customer care tried to give troubleshoot again which did not prove anything right. Why r they in job??

    @reliancejio bad support from your Fiber technical team on disruption with engineers refusing to come and self cancelling putting the SR number on hold. Cant get connected to a phone agent as well. Bad service. Request SR00003AR1CD. Pls help. Will unfortunately disconnect
