    Engineer came for 4 minutes but solved the problem he said to call customer again and tell them about problem @JioCare @reliancejio . Completely poor service from the engineer

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your phone network has become slower and fiber quality is absolute **** (atleast in my area) and I have already paid for 6 months... Can you refund it because I don't expect any upgradation in quality?

    @reliancejio @JioCare You should to stop 11 Rs plan (1 hr unlimited 4/5G data). Because the speed of this plan is like 2G. Worst experience with @reliancejio .

    @JioCare i have booked jio broadband connection 7 days before paid the charges but no one called me for nstallation. I tried to cancel it but CC number disconnected. If connected, they say it should have installed in 48 hrs. There is no one address my issue.

    @JioCare Your network is facing serious issues since last 2 days in my area. The calls are dropping as well as mobile internet is hardly working. The network is sitting on 5G but you can hardly browse. The speedtest shows speed less than 2 mbps, it used to be around 100-150 mbps
