    Jio airfiber customer care is one of the worst care services because unable to speak with customer care they provide only limited valid points only the bots speaks we need suffer with thrash airfiber network from @reliancejio @JioCare even after giving multiple complaint.

    Jio Fiber issue: Relocated from Greater Noida to Ghaziabad. Was told to clear dues, so recharged ₹707. Assured activation by 3 PM, but service is still inactive. Now being asked to buy a new connection. Request immediate activation or refund of ₹707. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare worst experience from jio,I have paid for Jio AirFiber , but later your team informed me that there is no connectivity available in my area. Since the service cannot be provided, I requested a refund. Its been 2months , I still haven’t received my refund @reliancejio

    Extremely poor experience with @reliancejio Received official SMS confirming installation today between 4–5 PM. The slot has passed No engineer visit. No call. No accountability Repeated generic responses, missed commitments, and complete disregard for customer time 1/2 @JioCare
