@JioCare Called customer care today some son of a ***** has updated that device is not recovered how can they update wrongly on this i have call recording of your executives saying this I have sent email on this device submission at jio care who update this wrongly has to be terminated

@JioCare At least once in a week my JIO fiber is getting disconnected due to neighbouring build owners cut the fiber cable. If JIO cannot provide sustainable service then why should you offer the service at first. What's the procedure to disconnect the service?
