@JioCare @reliancejio I ported my sim from Airtel to jio for experience of true 5g and it was activated on 09.02.2023 but till time, no 5g network working. Now I m feeling regret to my decision,I was using Airtel 5g without any issue. Waiting next port.

Dear @JioCare about 10 kb/s speed we get in village called singpur,P.o-Beltukri(Odisha) and you are launching true 5G but in reality we get only 2G speed please take measures to solve the problem please.

@reliancejio @JioCare @ I have request for JioFiber connection Order Number NO0000OELALE. I have received the email and SMS for the cancellation. after waiting for 10 days they intentionally cancelled my request and are not providing me the service. I am very much disappointed.
