Supriyo Chatterjee (@Itzzz_supriyo) reported@JioCare Request you to install a 5G/4G tower near Tarapith temple (731233) because it's a tourist place, lakhs of people come here everyday especially Saturday Sunday and holidays are much more crowded, internet speed usually is very slow here, calls cannot be heard everytime.

Aditi (@DCrazyGal) reported@JioCare Order placed for JioFiber on Aug 2. No executive assigned yet. Tried contacting customer support but it’s an AI bot which does not really answer the query. Tweeted on Aug 12. Was asked for details but issue hasn’t been resolved. When exactly will it be installed.
