    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancejio I have started connection on 17th Mar and emailed you to disconnect on 14th Apr. As per policy I must get full refund but I got only 500/-. Your team said it was disconnected after 17th Apr How is that possible? This is unacceptable. Please help ASAP.

    @JioCare Jio4g claims to be the fastest 4G network in India but I am Facing the the opposite Mine internet connection is very much slow So kindly Upgrade to stable internet connection in my area It is so problematic,I already complained But didn't get the result

    @JioCare heading towards 5G but the fact is that I’m still getting Internet speed less than 1 mbps. Never seen such irresponsible worse operator. Despite informing the issue not getting proper treatment. Shame :( #JioisWorse
