Hey @JioCare @reliancejio , I asked one of your executive (Saurabh Gupta from Raipur) to convert my sim to E Sim and he is asking for rupee’s. 100. I’ve asked the customer care and they said I need to pay only rupees 25 then why he’s asking me 100 rupees? Help me!!!

@reliancejio Dear team , my eSim got deactivated for no reason , now I visited Jio store they gave me a new physical sim. When I tried to convert it into eSim through messages , physical sim got deactivated but no settings received for eSim. Please help

@DoT_India it's been 8days i have requested @reliancejio @JioCare for broadband connection issues but they are not providing proper resolution and keeps rescheduling the date. I have asked for termination of service but they are charging for the service i didn't even used.

@AnkittAgarwal @JioCare Hello Ankit, I am sorry for giving out suggestion in an open platform. But Jio Service seems to be not good. My Jio fiber uninstallation is not yet refunded to me sinve more than a month. Yet, there is no single mail or message from them. So ease think this once more.
