    @JioCare DAY 84! It has been almost 3 MONTHS since my March 4th move to Bengaluru, and Order CO0001R21KK7 is STILL pending! Fake SMS schedules, false promises in DM, and I'm STILL stuck storing ur uncollected router. Your service is an absolute scam! 😡 @RelianceJio #WorstService

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the service. Broadband has been down for 2 days, and despite repeated complaints and follow-ups, no technician has visited. Customers shouldn't have to chase support endlessly for a basic service restoration. Pls resolve this issue ASAP. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 4 months since I posted this...Till now no one reached me out.All the service request raised my me is either resolved without a solution or just without my consent. @TRAI FYI...For one year no response for each and every complaint I raise.

    @JioCare No one has called from Jio repair team about this The problem is still going on What is happening in Jio? Is anyone even bothered about customer's complaints ? Totally useless.. Worse than BSNL

    @JioCare @reliancejio ordered a SIM yesterday - order ref. NO00015F4WD3. It's still showing "order in progress" and SIM not yet delivered. Called 18008949999 and some idiot picked the call who had no clue and gave me another no., which is for activation of SIM.

    Requesting @JioCare @reliancegroup to urgently resolve this issue and improve customer support experience. Internet outage for 2 continuous days with Jio AirFiber is truly frustrating. In today’s digital world, stable internet is essential for work, studies, and communication.
