    @JioCare Jio no is not working as you took the money but never charged.Alternate no has been provided many times but u fail to call. Seems employees are fond of sleeping Or buying excuses. Have courage to call and solve the issue.Don't take money for people like us n run a empire.

    @JioCare I'm a long time jio user and i have never faced any problems but today i need to send some messages and i found out that there is limit of only 100sms/day with my 666rs plan. i need more sms for some day but tere is no add-on sms pack plan in jio.

    If any concerned employee watch this tweet rectify this kind of problem and try to serve every penny you charge for providing service as coustomer pays the amount you ask for the service but you people fails to provide the adequate service(4G)@reliancejio , @JioCare @TRAI

    I live in the capital of odisha Bhubaneswar (Smart City) in most secured place CRPF Camp despite of it from last 2yrs facing Slow internet speed earlier it was some hours in the night but now it grows as reliance for an entire day from last 3-4 days @reliancejio , @JioCare @TRAI
