Third standard quality service by @JioCare my fiber line disconnect last 24 hour suddenly they said your case resolved without reaching my office again I call to them then they said pls wait for 24 hour more what is this

@TRAI A request to authorities to take strict action against @reliancejio as many registered for fiber connection but they keep on saying feasibility/Phased manner even when there's wire going through<Than 25meters.Customer service is disastrous & of no use.pls help.

@JioCare It's been more than 1.5 months still my set top box is not working.. Pathetic customer service.. i strongly recommend NOT to go for jio as it' has a pathetic customer service and backend.
