    @JioCare my order no was NO0000FQ1VRT. moreover d person on jio support refused to msg/email me email id of refund team and also refused to transfer d call to any senior officer. Pathetic experience.

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare Please fix your network issues at University of Hyderabad campus, having a 4G connection means nothing as we all are stuck with 2G internet speed and call drop (please note: when call connects). Posting this may be for the hundredth time.

    @JioCare download speed 60 kbps great job, call center out of network coverage..... Post Paid service are useless. No support and worst service provider......

    @JioCare I have taken jio fiber service in trial plan. Jio promised to refund full amount. I have requested for disconnection on 25 days. Before end of trial plan. I have confirm for any charges from jio representative & jio customer support. And they confirm for full refund.

    @jiocare Network issue since this new sim taken. Fed up of recharging this no. Worst customer care service. When I contacted to customer service, there was a negative reply. Is this the way to talk to customers? #network_issue

    I did and said again I can't operate it just the home screen is visible, she says sir u can see home screen then problem solved if u can't navigate from there not my concern. Wtf? Seriously @reliancejio that's you customer support? Stupid, dumb person operating in support.
