    @JioCare Hi Neha, As discussed with you on call, Till 12:00 pm no service person has come. As discussed, jio is not able to provide service. So please cancel my service on my due request due to no able to provide service. I have given time till 12 pm

    Hi, I was expecting a refund from jio in terms of voucher. The refund is due to excess amount paid for my old connection. I was assured that the amount will be paid within 90days. But no resolution. The SR was also closed two times. It has been 120days. SR000039SF9V. @JioCare

    @JioCare Pawan, this response is not acceptable. A generic statement that the team is working on it doesn't address the prolonged delay. Please provide a clear explanation for the delay, the actions taken so far and a firm resolution timeline. I expect an immediate update and resolution.

    Mu request on highest priority and after assurance i kept the phone , when i opened jio app and check my service request status, they changed schedule visit from 28 to 31 without my consent.. What kind of priority is this ? @JioCare @JIOFIBER8 @reliancejio
