    @JioCare Just ported my number to Jio Rajasthan Circle. It was ported on 16th October. But still number not activated. Please fix the issue asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Very poor services for jio fiber. I ordered a jio set top box a week ago and it has not been installed yet. The service personnel keeps on rescheduling the installation. This is highly disappointing.

    @JioCare VoWifi (Wifi Calling) for my jio number automatically gets turned off on my samsung devices.Don't get mobile network signals at my home in delhi & have to rely of vowifi.But even that doesn't work smoothly.Pls enhance network coverage in my area & solve vowifi problem

    @JioCare only thing i hear is sorry for inconvenience. If i want new connection thn i can get jn 15 min bt if there is service issue then it will take 10 days. Hell service. Worst service care. No help from company at all.

    @JioCare my house has poor Jio reception and both my daily driver numbers are Jio. What is the process to raise a request or complaint to check network reception?

    @JioCare Hi, I took Jio Fiber connection in August this year. So far I have been very satisfied with the service. However, today I had a very disappointing experience with ur customer care. They are refusing to raise a ticket. Kindly Dm me ASAP so I can discuss my issue in detail
