    @JioCare Let's not get ahead so soon. This has been said 20 times on email already to no avail and issue closed without action and only lipservice was delivered. Even appellate authority is not replying to escalation.

    How to contact jio customer care if customer wants to complain. There is no direct number on IVR, listen all option and then none of them reaches, time waste. @DoTMumbaiLSA @reliancejio . Atleast provide direct number instead of IVR. Company can afford this also

    @JioCare @TRAI for last Friday the internet is disconnected in my area. Talked to your agents and the issue is still not resolved, and is escalated with another 48hrs TAT. How you're going to consider something 'Important' when you're extending the TAT?

    Dear @JioCare Please provide information regarding jio tower installation in rular areas. we have population of nearly 3k. it's been a dream for the villagers to talk to or use internet inside the home due to very very poor network.
