    @jio_fiber, @jagograhakjago, @JioCare Since the installation, my WIFI is not working. Almost more than 1 week. Even after complaint engineer is not visiting and and saying customer not available. Request ID is SR 00003ANPUK. Please send the engineer ASAP after 6PM.

    Very poor experience with @JioCare @reliancejio. My JioAirFiber has been down for 6 out of the last 9 days. Every complaint takes 2–3 days to resolve, making the service completely unreliable. Latest SR: SR00002MKGYA. Please provide a permanent solution. #PoorService @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Your customer service sucks..I called the 1800 number.. even after I selected English as language I was transferred to Hindi and Odiya speaking agents.. they futher transferred me to two other Hindi speaking agents 🤦

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare your organization suck, you take 4-5 days to resolve issues of clients and after paying you for the service customer still has to hold patience for 4-5 days without internet. Is this the way you treat your customers is this according to your work ethic
