I've been a customer of jio almost since it's launch 9 years ago and never thought to port to another telecom service. You also need to match that quality with your banking experience.

Thomas Joy (@thomasjoyk) reported@JioCare Today i got a message saying the issue is fixed, but it's not. And existing ticket is moved to resolved and there is no option to open it again. This to totally unacceptable, i do not want to raise a ticket again and the original ticket is falsely moved to resolved.
