    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS BECOMING ANOTHER MTNL WHICH HAD TO CLOSE DOWN BECAUSE A LINE MAN WILL DO YOUR WORK ONLY IF HE IS TIPPED. I AM PAYING RS 800 EVERY MONTH FOR JIO FIBRE WHILE HALF DE TIME IT DOESNT WORK AS THERE IS NO INTERNET OR THERE R ERRORS.CUST CARE DONT CARE?

    Facing extremely slow network and unable to connect to 5G at Embassy 247, Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai - 400083. Calls and internet services are badly affected. Almost 200+ Jio users in our office are facing the same issue. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @Airtel_Services I have a jiofibre connection installed in sagar M.P , yesterday afternoon I started facing some issues in router, the engineer assigned to me did some random **** it worked for 10 mins and stopped again now he is not responding back.

    @JioCare I already checked with my bank no refund has been received till date. Please share the refund transaction/reference number, refund date, bank details where the refund was processed so I can verify it with my bank properly. Kindly resolve this issue urgently.

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    22 hours and still mobile internet is not working. No proper response, no solution, nothing. Customers are suffering while Jio support is doing absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable service from such a big network company. Fix it immediately. #JioDown #Jio @JioCare

    @JioCare I have been a JioFiber subscriber for a long time. On 06-04-2026, I lodged a complaint (Service Request ID: SR0000357QR3) regarding the disconnection of my JioFiber (No. +91-3817960450).  The scheduled date for the engineer’s visit was 7-4-26, but no one has come.

    @JioCare disappointed with Jio service. Network has been down since 5th May, complain raised, yet no engineer visit till now. Engineer Mohd Ahmed he said his boss is forcing him to visit the area. Is this how customer issues are handled? Absolutely unprofessional. #PoorService
