    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    Jio fiber is worst. I can’t use it even in my room where distance is less-then 4-5m. It still not get connected. Customer care never responds. Same is story with Airtel.. what to do now.. suggest good WiFi for home. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare If the service cannot be activated, please process a refund at the earliest. Also, if reactivation wasn’t possible, why was the option to “pay now and activate” shown in the first place? This is misleading and creates a poor customer experience.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is beyond frustrating now. I reported severe network issues back in Oct 2025, shared all details via DM as asked, and it’s now April 2026 — still no resolution. I’ve raised complaints multiple times via calls and here on X. No action, no follow-up, no improvement.
