    The worst part is that the other service provider @reliancejio is no less than #airtel in providing poor network quality in the country. I really don't understand that how will India become digital superpower when the 2 main service providers cannot provide good network quality.

    @JioCare I am not gonna fall for any trap anymore I am discontinuing home wifi as well as porting my sim to airtel, bcz u guys never listens to customers qureis I have call tons of time to local eng, who installed router and about your speed it gets disconnected every 2nd day wifi call

    @JioCare Nobody is as per appointment time ... Just look sms ...Dear Customer, INSTALLATION Appointment for your JioHome connection ref Order number NO0001FDARX4 is scheduled on 23-Aug-2026 between 18:00:00 - 19:30:00. You will receive an Order completion code after INSTALLATION.

    @JioCare Is this really your customer service? I DM’d you yesterday at 10:30 AM, and there’s still no response. What’s the point of having customer support if customers have to wait this long for a reply? Please look into this and respond ASAP.

    @shubhmx @JioCare Had same issue but got it reactivated from the state I am currently staying only. I had airtel. Guess Jio has different procedure for it.
