    @JioCare in the last 20 days my jio fiber has stopped working for 2 times whenever we call at the helpline no. They say that the engineer will come at a certain period of time But almost never comes. I'm very disappointed with the service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I ported my number from Airtel to Jio last month & it's the worst customer service. The postpaid plan was sold to me fraudulently with wrong info. I've been after jio for over a month to convert to prepaid. I need an immediate solution now.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Experiencing worst service with you. I have applied for MNP with you. One of your representatives(Vikas Singh 9599552260) come and provide me Jio sim. I am waiting since 15days for my sim activation. Your representative take money, not picking my phone.

    During lockdown I port my no. fro @Airtel_Presence to @reliancejio due 2 very bad Internet 0.2-0.23 Mbps - Ookla Nd now facing same problems with Jio Network. At my village there is no network tower in 3-4km radius. We provide land if you install tower for us
