Hi @JioCare porting to @airtelindia as your store is NOT giving service in Kinwat 431804 as store is closed since 5 days and other shops nearby telling that store is permanently closed store code. : IHA1

I have been using JIO 5g in Bhubaneswar I just get 5G signal for 2-3 hours a day , i don't know why , This is not the first time from past 1-2 months same issue persists @JioCare @reliancejio @JioNews I have asked customer care but there was no proper response from their side too
