    Hi @JioCare porting to @airtelindia as your store is NOT giving service in Kinwat 431804 as store is closed since 5 days and other shops nearby telling that store is permanently closed store code. : IHA1

    @GauravGupta3786 @reliancejio “with my IR plan” is the key. Jio sucks without an IR plan as you won’t even get any bars. Airtel at least gives you bars, and until last year, they gave free incoming SMS too without any plan. I trust Airtel to have network in areas in China where even my HK SIM doesn’t get.

    Just be honest, @JioCare. Say, “We won’t refund your money. Our customer support failed.” I’ll stop following up and close this chapter. But please stop giving me false hope with endless templates, reference numbers, and promises.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Even Aircel’s 3G service was better than yours. If you cannot provide proper service, then discontinue operations in the entire area immediately.

    @JioCare As per the conversation on call I have received a compensation voucher of INR 479/- for the delay in resolving my internet related problem for airfiber. I am paying the bill now.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare are. I’ve been a regular JioFiber customer, renewing my plan every month. This time, while making my usual payment, the 12-month plan was selected by default. I mistakenly paid ₹12,000+ thinking it was my regular monthly bill.
