    Hi @JioCare porting to @airtelindia as your store is NOT giving service in Kinwat 431804 as store is closed since 5 days and other shops nearby telling that store is permanently closed store code. : IHA1

    @reliancejio ,after one year with #jiofiber started facing serious speed issues and each time when call they r asking same trouble shooting, and disconnect call if they can't sort. Never expected this like a behaviour from jio

    @thisisdesert @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio Customer service at Reliance Jio is very very poor. Follow up has to be done by the customer. Company does not care except when it’s time to ask for money.

    @JioCare Very slow speed in my area jaipur, I complained how many times from 2years buy resolution, I also complaint on National consumer court but when it's technical come to get survey he was also face issue but told to his officer's great speed in my area only 280kbps

    @JioCare Dear Team Jio it’s been pathetic experience I have been facing I have complaint so many times to Jio Fiber team but my issue is not resolved . Jio connect app is not working on IOS 16.2 it’s an update from developer is pending can u fix it ?? My Jio number 4035643137

    @JioCare @JioCare I have done server-time follow-up with your customer care but the response is pathetic and every time asks to wait for another 24 working hours, never seen such kind of response from CS @TRAI Please help.
