    Hi @JioCare porting to @airtelindia as your store is NOT giving service in Kinwat 431804 as store is closed since 5 days and other shops nearby telling that store is permanently closed store code. : IHA1

    Dear @JioCare My JioAirFiber connection number is 5513562970. This connection has not been in use for more than three months due to poor signal quality and despite raising multiple complaints, the issue was not resolved. As a result, I have switched to Airtel for my internet service. This is for your information. Thank you.

    Day 4 Update @JioCare Fiber is finally installed, but the issues remain. Promised 100 Mbps, got 30 Mbps. Promised 4 months, received 3 months. Actual speed sometimes drops to 1 Mbps, making it difficult to work.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Jio SIM was deactivated due to prolonged inactivity. This number is very important to me, and I would like to know if it can be reactivated. Could you please assist me with the process? I've tried everything but didn't find a solution yet.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , having you as my service provider is biggest mistakes. All resolution from your end standard replies of apologies and fake promises .frequent disruptioon ,,4-5 times this week . @JioCare can u provide better service in SWM area (pin 322021).

    @JioCare Another generic reply. Since 14 July, I’ve only received assurances but no action. How much longer should I wait? Please provide a specific completion date and time, not “our team is working on it.” If relocation cannot be completed today, cancel my request and initiate my refund
