    @JioCare I am using jio fiber, technician installed connection with white wire its got damaged within 2 month now technician is asking money to replace the wire, why you have given bad quality wire with knowing the fact that it will get damaged shortly.

    @JioCare Why the request cancelled? Is that the solution to OTB required problem? The solution is to install the OTB and provide the connection. Kindly, initiate an additional 10k INR as a compensation towards the inconvenience & the harrassment I've been through since the date of request

    @JioCare ..Pathetic service . I just ordered my Jio fiber no . NO0000H7TWLR and since I am following up endlessly for installation but no one to hear me . Have I made the wrong decision ?

    @JioCare I have booked more than 48 hours for the JIO fiber. But not install the connection till now. Even your engineers are not responding properly. I think it's bad service from your side.
