    We know very well. when our recharge will expire.Even messages are sufficient, but last 3-4 days are terrible, you have to inform consecutively on initials calls of each days. Even there is no skip option. It might be urgent call. @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been assured of the same multiple times but nothing happens after that.. even sending mail to appellate delhi is of no use as i got only the standard response from them to ack my mail and then it dies down..

    @JioCare Today is Day 3 of no internet, amount of time you are taking to resolve this issue is making me doubt ur service. You mention 24 hrs resolution time when the service ticket is raised but you do not follow your commitment. In ur app, under track service status their is no update

    @JioCare my resent experience with jio not good I have some issues for that I have to talk with jio customer care I have call customer care no but there is not an option to talk with customer care
