    @JioCare Now I realize you guys are more PATHETIC in service is the reason for people staying with Airtel. Atleast they reach out to customers after sometime. You guys even don't do that after promising a call multiple times.

    And this is not the only request I have. There is another request for cancelling a connection pending for more than 15 days. I am not sure they understand service resolution is? Do they even measure TAT for SR Closures? (2/2) @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare Same reply i am getting from last 5 days engineer assigned , and schedule , but no engineer has visited the site to resolve the issue , its like have paid for the service i am not able to use ...

    @JioCare how see 3,6,12 months plans in my jio as I have to top-up my account and it only shows 1 month plan and also have queries about current bill how have custom support number

    I told U right, you guys are fit for nothing as usual closed this service request SR00001D21M5 saying tried reaching on Jio Landline & it was not reachable hence closing the case. You idiots should know i don't have any Jio Landline to call me. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You can't understand our problems, Since the launch of JioFibre, Whenever we are trying to opt for the connection, A message Pops up, "Coming Soon". How long will this go? Seriously Jio make people fool!
