    @JioCare To respond same template msg thrice, Human intervention is not required. AI chat bot can do so. Respond relatively to the customer msg.

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of loot is this? Requested for Jio Fiber installation - basic internet plan without OTT. But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

    @JioCare I am paying for services but not getting them. Who will compensate for this loss? My time is wasted, and my days are ruined. Will you refund my recharge amount, or extend my validity for the days I didn't get proper service.
