    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    It has been a pathetic experience with JioFiber despite paying for the highest plan. The connection is not working since 3rd August, multiple service requests have been raised which are closed without any technical visit. The connection was taken for a WFH @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio My JioFiber internet is not working. The LOS light is blinking red, and there is no internet on both Wi-Fi and the Jio Set-Top Box. I have already restarted the router and run diagnostics, but the issue is still not resolved Please check the fiber connection @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't have patience can't you simply understand one basic request? Kindly install my connection it's been 2 days already there is no response neither from cc nor from executive. The problem I'm facing bfr installation dk what I have to face after this @JioCare. Just gt it done.

    @JioCare @JioCare Durgesh, stop assuring and start acting. It’s been 7 days of 1–2 Mbps on a 30 Mbps plan. No complaint number, no ETA, no resolution. This is my final notice: restore the service today or disconnect it and collect your router. Enough is enough.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @reliancejio Airtel also facing connectivity issues. In my area Airtel network is horrible. Only left with Jio as no other option.

    @airtelindia worst 5G network service in India. They take money for 5G unlimited but could not provide it and @airtelindia customer care saying they are working to rollout 5G services in delhi. What a joke! @reliancejio is much better in 5G unlimited service
