  And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

  Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

  @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

  @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

  "My internet has not been working for the past 15 days. Every time I raise a complaint, I receive a message saying that an engineer has been assigned, but no one has called me or visited my location. The issue is still not resolved.   @JioCare booked a jio fiber connection in my wife's name. Payment made on 8th June. Installation not yet done. Contacted the staff who handled sales. No response. Not lifting calls. Tried help through jio care, even after repeated requests..

  @reliancejio SIM requested on 14 Jun and still not delivered. I got a delivery message but the delivery person says he won’t come. Jio branch refuses to help because it was bought online.customer care gave wrong information. This is careless and unprofessional -resolve or refund.
