@JioCare @reliancejio received a call from Jio Customer Care executive and was asking some information regarding the Jio connection. I was hesitate to share the same as it’s a unknown number. The person threatened to disconnect the number. What to do next?

@JioCare Almost 5 days passed since the issue was raised but till date no engineer visited for installation. Just getting messages for rescheduling of time & date for installation. On a personal front I would suggest not to opt for Jio Fibre service particularly for hopeless service.
