    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    @Airtel_Presence this is the 10th time I am posting this. Service has dropped to Pathetic levels in Secretariat Colony Road, TNGO’s Colony. Earlier it was good, but there is absolutely no network, no service in the area. @JioCare resolved the issue within 10 days. Airtel sucks

    @JioCare Feeling fortune that jio responded. However your network works awesome in certain areas, customer can't sit at workplace and access internet (so called 5g) or make calls. Really annoyed now.

    Jio mobile has such a horrendous network that you can't even use it for voice calls or data—there is simply slow internet like 2G. And what can one say about Jio AirFiber? If you call customer care about an internet issue, you get just one answer: "issue raised." @JioCare

    Is it time to say Bye-Bye @JioCare ? 😡 My recharge expires on August 15, and after that, I probably won’t recharge Jio again. I complained about the network in June. The Jio team said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, and the situation is still the same! Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? JioCare, no more assurances now-you guys are just handing out a consolation prize.
