@reliancejio @flameoftruth @TRAI @rsprasad @OfficeOfRSP Sir, I am a Jio mobile used with mob no- 7978661395 and staying at a prime location at state capital of Odisha i;e Bhubaneswar. Since last 1 year I am complaining about the poor internet connection of Jio,but all in vein.

@JioCare @tushar_naya You should be able to monitor peformance of connectivity from your control rooms instead of depending on customer feedback. You have finished other providers.

@deepakshenoy Amazon provides good service RIL is not even in ecommerce till now I would have loved to use it but something which doesn't exist how can I use it It's a pity that even after having close to 400 million @reliancejio users and having existed since 2016 RIL didn't capitalise

@JioCare Facing problem on to stay connected for more than 5 mins, using hotspot to tweet a complaint to you that we need consistent net speeds at Bhubaneswar area. It stays for around 5 min after resetting APN or putting up on Airplane mode and then goes completely low. Fix.

@JioCare atleast in this Lockdown please give us well service... Speed of internet is very disappointing and even I can't use my daily usage according to my time! (Because of Speed of data decreases)! This isn't fair by jio.

Really disappointing from @reliancejio . I was warned by my colleague but didn’t listen. I have activated WFH pack in my jio sum but after regular 1.5gb data when it comes to WFH pack, Internet is very slow. Even a Microsoft Teams meeting is not running properly.

Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio I have recharged my jio fi no bearing 8917252983 this. Still then net is not activated. Internet arrow sing is not coming. Even if I have removed and inserted sim and also reset olso my jio fi. Plz help me

@xprilion @reliancejio They had quite promisingly assured that the JIOFiber connection can easily be relocated without hassle. It has been more than a week of inquiry and sending all documents still they haven't processed. My days are going by just calling customer care everyday and wasting time.
