  And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

  @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

  Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

  I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

  @JioCare Your reply is very hazy. You are saying network will be optimized in coming days. But when? Entire India is running on internet and you are giving lte 0-100 kbps speed to me like a beggar and that speed changes every second. Is this ur service aftr charging Rs 299 for 28 days?

  @BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup This is the 4th time in a month my jiofibre is down.On an avg it is taking upto 4-5days to resolve but again there is another issue.Technicians not answering ph calls.They are rescheduling visits on their own.Need an escalation for this asap

  @JioCare Now I called the customer care, and they replaced my STB, asked me to clear data of yt, cache and what not. Even after that they're not able to accept that this might be a backend issue and are not creating a ticket for the backend.

  @reliancejio @JioCare has to be the worst service provider since it's inception. After complaining about internet issues and frequent network drops between calls through 198 they take me for ride every time. They always come up with "it's a temporary issue, we're working on it."+
