    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    Very disappointed with @JioCare service. It's been 6 days since I raised a service request, and no service engineer has visited or resolved the issue. Repeated follow-ups have not helped. This level of customer support is unacceptable #JioAirFiber

    I can understand the frustration because I have been experiencing the same issue and even after connecting and getting mentally harassed by @JioCare engineers and team I have no hope that my issue will be resolved anytime soon. Better we switch to @airtelindia.

    @JioCare @reliancejio regretting that I jst nw renewed my subscription to jio home. Connection is nt stable, frequent disconnection, no resolution, no compensation, recharge not visible, very poor service response. money gng dwn the drain. Super high recommendation 2 nt use jio

    @JioCare Does jio app user not know the validity . And second you star your cry before 3 days of plan expire then is it possible no one noticing .kya baat karte ho aap aap logo ko bas customer ko tang krna hota h . Or koi consumer court chala gaya naa nikl jaayege hekadi sare
