    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare Very disappointing experience with JioAirFiber. I paid ₹824.82 on 14 Aug (UPI ref: PT0000C6MZX9) but my internet is STILL not working. MyJio continues to show “DATA EXHAUSTED – 0 KB”.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio’s network quality lately. I’m experiencing frequent zero-signal drops and extremely slow internet speeds. The service has become so unreliable that I’m constantly forced to use an Airtel hotspot just to stay connected.

    @JioCare Please have a human support look into this immediately, create the SR number, restore my service, and explain what happened to my ₹824.82 payment If this cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to discontinue JioAirFiber and move to another provider. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare Another outage less than a month out. Another blackhole wrt service requests..'assigning an engineer' since 24 hours. There are 20+ accounts affected here.. unfortunately paid up for the year. No way out of this mess!

    @JioCare Terrible experience! I upgraded to 100Mbps plan on Aug 15, stuck at 30Mbps. Both plans are currently active, old plan is overriding new plan. I'm unnecessarily being charged and notbgetting any service. Kindly fix thisASAP @reliancejio #Jio

    @JioCare Define patience... How many days??? Why they hell I should care about your technical issue... Why are you not refunding my money? Why are you not sharing your #jio management person email id or CEO email id. They should know what a shame kind of service they are rendering.

    JioFiber Voice no. 135xx71xxx. Recharge done on 12 Aug, but Wi-Fi still not working. I’ve already shared all transaction details as requested, but no action yet. Please resolve this urgently. @reliancejio @JioCare #Jio #JioFiber
