  Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

  I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

  @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

  @JioCare really fed up with the response from your team. Requested for a new wifi setup Order ID: NO0001F1XXYC. The person who took the payment told me will be done in 2 days. It has been 5 days since then no one is picking up the call. This is very bad. Pathetic service.

  4- day update: Still ZERO resolution from @JioCare. Three days ago, I was told that my JioAirFiber issue had been escalated “on priority.” Since then, all I have received are routine calls asking me to repeat the same details again and again. I was also asked to DM my location and screenshots. I sent everything requested, yet even those messages have not been properly attended to. Meanwhile: • Installation is still pending • No confirmed installation date • Local Kesli office continues to remain closed/unavailable • Local team is not responding • No meaningful action on the ground What is even more frustrating is seeing an SR marked as successfully processed/resolved when the actual problem remains unresolved. On what basis is a complaint considered processed when the customer has received neither the installation nor a solution? From the local team to customer support and escalation, this has been an extremely poor experience with Reliance Jio. I will continue documenting and posting updates until there is an actual resolution, not just calls, SR closures and “forwarded to the concerned team” responses.   @JioCare My jiofiber connection, +911813585647 is not working since 8 aug 9 am. I have made 20 calls. Raised 3 service requests. But none of technicians arrived. Do let me know what else to do for resuming the services .

  @JioCare @jio_fiber - Ur Staffs are so lazy and unresponsive. I had book the appointment for reinstallation on 9 August, But still after calling so many times, noone came to install Jio fiber connection to my ew home. It's so pathetic. Complaint number - SR003OSIT
