Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Geeky Rehan (@geekyrehan) reportedJio's tower was closed again in the middle of the night 🚨 At night, when people need it the most, Jio network was completely shut down in our area. It seems that the DG was also shut down as soon as the power went out, due to which the entire tower went down and the internet and calling services came to a halt. People are facing a lot of trouble due to the disappearance of the network in the middle of the night. Whether someone needs to make an urgent call, work online, get an OTP or contact an emergency — everything gets affected. When customers do the full recharge on time every month, then at least basic network facility should be provided in return. But repeatedly closing the tower and turning off the DG is a very irresponsible attitude. We demand that Jio Customer Care and the concerned authorities find a permanent solution to this problem and take immediate action if the network is closed in this way at night. Please understand the plight of the general public. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
