Akkhileshwari Singh (@asinghworld) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I would like to inform you that I have already contacted the Jio service team in Barhaj, District Deoria, Uttar Pradesh regarding the ongoing issue. The technician has visited my location twice for rectification; however, the problem still persists as before. I once again request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and arrange for a technician to visit my premises today to resolve the issue permanently. If the issue is not addressed promptly, I will be compelled to escalate my grievance to higher authorities within the Reliance Jio management.

Also, no one seems interested in picking up the device. Maybe invest in customer support instead of automated payment calls?
