@JioCare I ported to Jio from Airtel recently. Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Fix this please. @reliancejio

@JioCare Shared the details through direct mag. Let’s see what is the solution your are offering. Don’t come and say we don’t have the system to trace the payment and auto activation of service. Someone will do it manually and it may take 6 days.

@SumiKhajuria @reliancejio @JIOFIBER1 I am not facing any problem rather in comparison to BSNL WiFi, it's working much better. I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

@JioCare @reliancejio Worst service of Jio Fiber in Surya Nagr, BBSR. I regret the decision of opting for Jio Fiber very badly. Ignorant engineers and sales guys. Paid nearly 8k and they haven’t given me a bill yet.

@reliancejio jio fiber forget is most unstable. goes down multiple times every day since months. Jio care is not competent to even provide modem settings like dns. Jio care gives a fake complaint id which bo one follows up. unable to recieve and make calls on jio mobile.
