    And @JioCare the most frustrated thing is that i called on 198 & 1991 to speak to the customer care but there was no any option to talk to the customer care. Only nonsense is there.

    Hving trouble while using jio network in the area. Like hardly it goes to 50kbps for a normal usage Not even a whatsapp msgs are sent properly. Plz fix it or rather i will not be left of any choices then changing the sim card. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Sameer thanks for ur advise but it's ok let it in public and our problem is that we are not getting calls and internet in our area it's not only happening with me I asked more than 10 people in our area they also facing same issue since last 1 month

    @JioCare 4g connectivity a total fraud. Most of the times data connectivity doesn't work when needed urgent. Their promises are fake!

    I am facing @reliancejio network problem at my current location. I filed a complaint about this in jio helpline but since a month they are not taking any action. When called, they say that we are checking about this. But we are wondering when our problem will be fixed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is it a sin to make mistakes. Can a wrong recharge be not refunded if it is not used at all.And within 5 min of recharge? Rs.1208 is not a small amount , may be for you guys its a small amount not for me.Whats the problem in cancellation of a wrong recharge?

    @JioCare Day 8 without JioFiber internet. Even after escalation to Appellate Desk, still no resolution and no ETA. This is unacceptable customer harassment. If not resolved within 24 hours, escalating to TRAI and consumer forum. #JioFiber #CustomerRights @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Shoddiest service from Jio. Inspite of repeated complaints no resolution. Internet drop every 15 mins. Dear Customer, With reference to Service Request no SR000032WEMX, resolution has been delayed due to technical reasons and is expected to get resolved within 24 hours

    Dear Reliance Jio, Is this your “service”? ❌ 5 days delay ❌ ₹1200 paid ❌ Recharge wasted ❌ Daily extra expenses ❌ No installation, no response Customers deserve better than this negligence. I have already contacted NCH and complained accordingly. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Issue NOT resolved. ₹707 recharge (Mar 3) for confirmed 2-month plan lasted only 1 month. Now billed ₹661.05 (01-Apr) & services barred. Clear mis-leading. Resolve NOW or escalating to consumer forum.

    @JioCare I have ordered for new connection of jio air fiber and also done all KYC procedure and paid amount Rs. 1200. I need connection on priority but after receiving payment no one answering my concern. This kind of service not expected from jio. My order no. Is NO0001CQX28Y

    @JioCare Network speed is dead slow. It will take more time to watch a reel on instagram, facebook, twitter and it will take more time to open google pages also. Jio speed is snail speed.
