@reliancejio Tell me one thing that even after recharge your customer will not be able to use the 181 rupees 4G plan benefit. I want to activate the plan now. There is no option to activate at My jio app plans section, tried so many times. 19914 saying that no plans in queue.

@JioCare indiapost web site some functions are blocked in your network.If we use vpn it works. Can not calculate postage rate. It is a TCS web site.Ask them which database fetches rate from asp web page front end application and how it is connected.Your back end rogues are nuts/2

@JioCare I have not recieved any technician call for today's service. Same happened with me on Sunday and I had to call customer care to escalate it. They told it will resolved in 24 hrs then I got the msg for today appointment at 3.45pm. Customer service is pathetic. @MukeshAmbani06
