Niranjan P (@Nrnjn) reported@JioCare Jio Airfiber has been down since July 25 and hasn't been resolved yet. Service Request SR00002MVMRM logged on July 25, closed without resolving. Advance payment was made for 6 months and this is the ridiculous service you provide? Shame.

A telecom tower should have backup power. This is causing major inconvenience, especially during emergencies. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

Chhayank Mehta (@chhayank) reportedSo here is the nuisance of @JioCare They book service calls for internet issue, and then never send the engineer. Attaching screenshot as proof that Jio had assured of sending technician to resolve no internet service at home. Jiocare smartly removes the service request itself from app. Glad that I had taken screenshot. If @JioCare does not take corrective action then I shall be constrianed to file complaint with consumer forums and authorities.
