    Jio network is too poor in Tezpur University campus. Airtel have decent internet speed as well as network but in jio it hardly open YouTube or even whatsapp. Please try to provide good quality network @reliancejio

    @JioCare as usual the service of isps is pathetic in india..same is for jio.. No one to listen complaints..agents not picking up calls, support not replying to mails.. That's why local internet providers are so much better than these so called 'powerhouses', atleast there's POC
