  @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number SR000018BRS7 for Home Care engineer visit has been addressed. not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 18008969999 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate. how is this possible the engineer never visited

  @JioCare 1 more working day is been passed and still issue is open. You and team at customer care is asking to have patience but there is no progress to fix the issue. How will you compansate number of days I'm unable to use service. And still receiving rescheduled engineer's visit sms.

  Their prices can go up by 20% to 50%, but their network speeds come down regularly! Frustrating to face it to daily! Forget about downloading or loading Youtube videos, can't even load my news feed properly! Writing it for the #Nth time, still no fix at all! @JioCare @reliancejio

  @reliancejio @JioCare Jiofiber not working for last 4-5 days and now even got to know that Service request was already resolved without even any action. This is pathetic service. Nobody attends to these SR.
