    @JioCare poor service in my area. Not just the right service in my area. 402110 poor range. Beggar range. Area Name-Shriwardhan, Raigad, Maharashtra (402110) Near by Shriwardhan ST Stand.

    @JioCare Hi - since last 4 days, there is a reduction in my JioFibre speed and now there is a substantial time lag in ping check. It used to 3/4 ms max and now atleast 27-30 ms. I work on remote server and this is causing a lot of issues. Plz help.

    @JioCare @arnabdofficial Your network team has done NOTHING to improve coverage in my area.....and I am facing the same problem which I never faced anytime before...you 'll only give FALSE / BOGUS ASSURANCES....WITHOUT SOLVING CUSTOMERS PROBLEM

    @JioCare Please check attached image which prove connectivity issue. I suggest to focus on the solution of the issue rather then advisor name and call history with the department person.
