    @JioCare @reliancejio From last 2 month requesting to relocate my existing connection in same city with in 3 kms but no response from Jio team. Please look into. Local executives forcing to cancel existing and get new connection. So they are not helping at all. Please look into

    @reliancejio pathetic service a recharge done on 10:20am still not activated and also no message received in phone and shows the plan active on your myjio app and your ivr menu on 198 and other number is very bad it literally does not give option to talk to a representative.😔😔

    @JioCare Sorry the coverage in our area is not good bcs call drop issue and internet slow is the main problem pls arrange a network team visit at my location for checking on ground report of network issue

    @JioCare frustrated with fiber internet slow speed. Call ended when you type 9 that how it is coded. Can you please have someone solve this ****. Customer service is sucks. Do not ask me any details here instead make someone call.
