  @JioCare @reliancejio STOP repeating “wait for a few business days.” It has been 18 working days. No one has contacted me, no proper resolution has been provided, and no one is taking responsibility. How many more “few days” do you need? Refund ₹1,200 immediately.

  I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

  @JioCare Your customer care explicitly promised me this morning that an engineer would visit between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM today. It is already past that time, and nobody has turned up or contacted me. Stop giving false commitments and send someone right away!

  @JioCare @reliancejio absolutely trash service. Ur engineer left yesterday telling he would fix the wifi , fiber was cut and said would be done in 30 mins, hasnt come yet, issue is persisting since 4 days, ur customer care wont speak.

  @TRAI network failure on @reliancejio has become so frequent I don't know what am I paying for. Even 4g doesn't work. This I am posting using Airtel internet. 2gb of daily data wastage by Jio.
