@reliancejio @JioCare service id 299857052980 suspended on 23 June 2021 which was taken in 30days trial offer. But 100% amount not refunded yet. However, suspension has been done before 30 days trial period. The process of un installation was unnecessary delayed from your end.

Jio network & internet speed is very bad for last 1 year,can't make phone, no network & internet seep 50 to. maximum 100KB and if luck is good then 500KB,as time goes on the network in my area is getting very bad After many complaints,it is still the same @jiocare

@reliancejio jio is planning for 5G network but ur current service 4G is not working properly in my home town..and also I visited Varanasi,Mubarakpur & Mughalsarai …internet is working very very poor.1st of all correct existing setup.feeling guilty to port myself Airtel to jio

The local service provider of Jio fiber gave us the wrong information about jio fiber referral plan. According to him, I should have got free internet this month. I request jio to give free month internet as told by the service provider @reliancejio @airtelindia @HathwayBrdband
