RAJESH (@w_rajesh) reported@JioCare @TRAI SR00003EH3DH is again marked “Resolved” while my issue is still unresolved. Home Care visit keeps getting rescheduled with no confirmed date. I’ll wait 3 more days. If unresolved, I’ll demand a refund and discontinue my Jio service.
