  @JioCare Jio may be a big brand on number 5. But your customer service sucks just like other bands. Actually, your fiber services are poorer than other brands. Period.

  @JioCare Your Customer Care keeps on raising tickets/service requests. The technician has already said he can't solve the problem. They did some problem during registration of box. Make me to talk to someone who can actually solve my issue rather than raising service requests
