    @JioCare what do you want??? Are you seriously providing 4G network?? Plz provide 3G but with ok speed I am trying to see a movie more than 2 hours it still buffering Movie on jio cinema see your speed and then you say stay at our network

    Hey @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio I have booked jio fiber installation and paid all the amounts required for booking on 1 July 2026 .my order number is NO0001EC4HD6 I have been told by technician that it will be installed in next 24-48 hours but no one has come yet to install when I call the concern technician he was just telling coming in 15 mins but never comes This is so frustrating that even after paying the booking amount there is no proper support and service being delivered. You are spoiling your reputation

    @JioCare @amznupdt After months of waiting, the internet speed at my location has now dropped to 0 Mbps. Enough is enough. Since 24 October 2024, the network has only gotten worse. I'm now porting my number to another operator. I will never return to Jio. @JioCare #Jio #NetworkIssue #PortOut

    @JioCare It now seems that even your team has given up. For the past three days, I have been receiving the same scripted responses from JioCare representatives: “Rest assured, our team is working hard,” “It will be resolved very soon,” “We understand your concern,” and nothing beyond that. Either you do not have a replacement set-top box, or you do not have an effective field team, or there is a lack of coordination between your managers and customer service. If none of these is true, then perhaps your employees are demotivated because they are underpaid, their salaries are delayed, or they are not being paid at all. Whatever the actual reason may be, please stop giving generic assurances and start addressing the issue. Tell me the facts. You have absolutely no explanation as to why your executive does not answer calls. He himself gave me his number and asked me to contact him, yet he does not pick up my calls. If you cannot even take action against your own executive, it reflects very poorly on your customer service. Please stop the excuses and tell me honestly what the actual problem is. This version is firm and assertive while remaining professional and suitable for sending to a customer support or grievance team.

    @JioCare With some new conxn in the earlier junction box, my existing conxn need to move to new jn box. Why should I raise relocation request, when destination of the cnxn remains t same n only source is changing? Moreover, for this mess I need to pay 1200 that too for your bad planning?

    Terrible service from Airtel. Inspite of being a Airtel Black member, no follow up. In fact the raised request does not even show up on their portal and their chatbot is of least help. @airtelindia @reliancejio @JM_Scindia
