  @JioCare @JioCare very nice. You won't even listen to a complaint unless the customer has an active plan. When the customer recharges, you don't resolve. This has been going on for 2 months now

  My daily 2GB data quota exhausted within an hour which never happened before and the most shocking thing was I didn't even use 20% of it then how could this happened @JioCare , what's is this behaviour @reliancejio ?I want an answer and want refund of my today's 2GB data quota!

  @Baba_Satwik @JioCare Airtel customer care is really good, if they miss the first deal line, you will get call from them or you can reach to their lead team and escalate, which is not an option in JioFiber, you just have to live with what they are providing

  @reliancejio hey what's up with your jio fibre? It's 100 mbps and for more than 2 hours it's down in dehradun. Is it ur usual thing? Giving high speed, charging for 6 months in advance and then no services at all, and it's been just 3 days of getting @reliancejio fibre @JioCare

  @reliancejio @JioCare I don't understand why am I getting non-payment calls even when my bill is yet to be generated. Tried to reach customer support but no help whatsoever. And the people who called me were so disrespectful, it's even harder to communicate with them. Help!!!
