    @reliancejio Your customer care executive has put my call on hold. It's been more than 20 minutes. I guess he's busy with some personal work. Amazon prime subscription was cancelled abruptly for some reason. This is unacceptable. Try to improve user experience.

    @reliancejio you guys are so bad on network it can't even open Myjio App. Don't let us waste our money on Jio by providing no speed and no network coverage. And stop telling people that you guys will fix the issue in 120 days/6 months. It's been 3 years and No progress. #SHAMEJIO

    @JioCare How much more do i have to wait for a simple solution. @JioCare @reliancejio. your jio engineer is looting people by advertising false Jio scheme and you guys are doing nothing . It's been 3 weeks and still i haven't heard anything from you guys .This is really disappointing.

    @JioCare Well what would you do? Your customer care I have called is still keeping me on hold and it's more than half an hour. I guess he just went to sleep after putting my call on hold. I still haven't disconnected.

    @reliancejio One of your sales person installed jio fiber in my home saying that its charge is 2400 and 3+1 month is voucher for free net, but he didn't tolded me that it needed to be redeemed , also poor speed , your salesman had lied a lot to me , sharam ani chaiye tum logo ko,i"ll not pay!
