Bad service, frequent internet disconnections, false commitments, no technicians turns up even after raising a complaint, no internet coverage in a 1bhk. I guess all these reasons are enough.

You have the audacity to unapologetically hike your recharge prices by 20-30% every 6 months, but what exactly are we paying for? A 20-30% downgrade in network quality? My family collectively spends a massive ₹9,000 to ₹10,000 on your recharges. Despite paying this premium amount, your failing network is forcing us to buy EXTRA data booster packs out of pocket just to get a functional connection. You are double-charging us for a service you are failing to provide. Is this the world-class 5G experience you endlessly advertise? Logon ko chumt!ya banana band karo
