@reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with Jio customer service team as I am not being assisted with my issue I am facing. I was on a chat with Jio advisor and the chat was disconnected, I spoke to 3 advisors for the same issue issue 2 of them disconnected the call.

@jiocare yo all that money but you can't afford to install a tower in a densely populated area of a second tier city? Been complaining about the consistently crappy network since 2017 and it's always "in near future". How about a new excuse if not a real solution? Be creative.
