    @JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

    Same on #RelianceJio i facing calling issue from 19dec I tried to contact customer care persons waya jioapp and WSnetwork i explain issue to solve it but they can't .i told them to call me many times but they denied my request. I decid to port my no. Ab.saale call kiye ja rhe h

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointed with Jio customer service team as I am not being assisted with my issue I am facing. I was on a chat with Jio advisor and the chat was disconnected, I spoke to 3 advisors for the same issue issue 2 of them disconnected the call.

    @JioCare Please solved the issue. This could be a bussiness opportunity for you. Jio significant contribution for low net package is always memorable. You started mobile internet kranti in India. If you solved we will work free marketing or recommendation for your sim.

    @JioCare - Internet service is down for 3-4 days now, connect customer care is not reachable. Moreover, the Jio appellate service is not reachable too. When I delay my payment by an hour, you levy late fee. Now we have so much to loose with no internet, who will compensate that?

    @jiocare People dont go for jio connection as their customer service sucks and their engineers are arrogant and rude. They will put your complaint on hold and later show it aa resolved even when your complaint has been not attended. Despite complaing for 5 days, no action taken

    Dear @reliancejio & @JioCare, I urgently need assistance regarding my JioFiber connection. Due to a misunderstanding, I downgraded to the ₹399 plan without realizing that it excluded TV channel services. Consequently, I returned my Jio 4K Set-Top Box, and Jio has already acknowledged its successful collection. Despite multiple emails, I have only been redirected to chatbot support without any proper resolution. I kindly request the following: • Upgrade my connection to the ₹599 Entertainment Bonanza plan (30 Mbps + OTT apps + TV channels). • Since the Set-Top Box has already been returned and acknowledged by Jio, kindly ensure that no notional value or penalty charges of ₹6,000 are applied to my account. • As per Jio policy, customers upgrading to an OTT bundled plan after returning the STB are eligible for a new Set-Top Box without additional device cost. Kindly arrange a technician visit for installation of the new Set-Top Box at my registered address. Please resolve this matter at the earliest as it is causing considerable inconvenience. Thank you.
