@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

It was not just lack of data but no network signal also meant not being able to make or receive calls. @airtelindia definitely scores one over @reliancejio whose wifi dongle also was not working due to the same network lapse. Any inputs @reliancejio ?

@JioCare My service request SR00001D3APX is open and pending from Aug 21. Please resolve it atleast today so that i won't miss #INDvsPAK match. My bill is due by Aug 30. If you aren't resolving issue by 7 pm today, don't ever come to me asking to clear dues.
