    Worst worst worst Experience Jio Fiber Net. Agent came and booked connection on May 1st. Installation scheduled on same day evening. Till now no one came 🤨 If I call they, no proper response, @JioCare Cancel my connection immediately and refund money right now.

    @reliancejio u have got the most pathetic customer service be it jio fiber jio sim or jiomart.... you retain customers money make interest on it and provide absolutely o value to customer.. Its high time..

    @reliancejio @SunRisers But appears #JioFiber is only for a select few. I've been trying to get a connection for some time but #Jio has extremely poor service. It's been a week since I paid too, but no connection till date! And the customer care is also useless. Order No. : NO0000LF82VW
