@JioCare Having network problem from last 2 days. The network bar is at 0 and keeps on fluctuating. Today for 1 hour the network was full but now again it is down. The mobile tower is just 20 to 30 feet away from my location but then also i am facing this issue. Please help.

On Feb 1st week I took a new connection in jio although I’m a existent customer since my speed was not good I took a new one . I’m a poor customer who paid my advance of 2500 they assured me you will get the refund immediately when we take your device @JioFiberChennai @JioCare
