TEJASH NAYAK (@TEJASHNAYAK1) reported from Vevji, Gujarat@JioCare jio network is only good for calls, in my area it is useless for using internet, it takes 1 minute to send whatsapp msgs and 5 minute buffering for 144kbps videos on youtube, even if showing 3 out of 4 network Bars available.

May be due to less towers jio is nott able to handle Crorers customer they get as recharge packs are affordable.

Raulzz (@raulzzmos) reported@reliancejio Have been complaining multiple times to the service center to change router of jio wifi. Everytime the personnel comes and just restarts router and leaves with no solution to the real problem of intermittent disconnection. Kindly help.
