    AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your dumb my jio app and customer support the bot is pathetic it can't understand any query. There is no option to connect the customer care. Should I port my number. Despite having active plan unable to call and use data. It says you have no active plan.
