@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I did recharge of my jio fiber with 999 plan. The bundled OTT subscriptions are not working. Even wifi has stopped working now. Raised SR00001C9KSK but no one is bothered to resolve the issue. CC is useless and keep call on hold.

Hello Team, My network often seems unavailable even with full 100% network coverage. I must go to flight mode every day to receive the calls. I have changed sims and mobile too, but this problem still exists. Could you guys help with this? @JioCare @reliancejio
