@JioCare This is the reason I mentioned Jio customer care is very worst service. Still you are insisting me to come to Jio chat.. in that jio chat I’m not getting any proper response. So what is the use of coming there? I need to get the Network in my phone. That’s it.

@reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice During installation co. person said it is 6+1 scheme,6 month paid and 1 month free. Paid whole amt. But got the bill after 6 months, customer care saying no such voucher is entered with your connection . Have to pay. False commitment/Promise

To @reliancejio @JioCare (1/3 )On 5th feb 2022 i recharged for jio fiber 999+gst plan From same day i m unable to use my internet as well as setup box. I made multiple complaints but you did not solve any. I request you to cancel my jio fiber connection and refund my deposit
