    @ViCustomerCare you guys have shitty service man. I have been a very old customer and pay a premium for ur services but I am seriously looking at switching to either @Airtel_Presence or @reliancejio for sheer better connectivity. I have been struggling with ur call drops.

    @JioCare , can you please help, due to some reason i had disconnected the jio fiber brand band , but till date , i did not get the refund, if you can not refund the amount please restore the device. i helpless not able to speak to customer care person

    @JioCare is it possible to use @SonyLIV subscription which part of Jiofiber plan in the web app? When i login to sonyliv with same mobile number as Jiofiber it says no active subscription, on Jio app it shows subscription is active.
