@JioCare @jatm95 Jio is Bad network and Very poor network and internet service. Gandha ghatiya internet service and poor network single indoor & outdoor ,bar bar network fail ho ja rha hai. Ekdam chor and fruad company #jio hai.

@JioCare Sim swapping done : Same problem , Speed with jiofi has already been shared with you ... it’s 1.8 and .6 mbps. Pin code and address has already been shared ... Don’t beat around the bush , send your technical team to analyse it and fix it ..

@JioCare There is no way you can directly call customer care executive and resolve your issue. 198 does not give you that option. Chatting with Bots is a waste of time and most disgusting experience . Is this the way of a professional telecom company treating the customers
