    @JioCare @reliancejio I just recharged on a wrong number. I called you guys within 2 mins of doing that. People make mistakes we're only humans. Your customer care said it's not possible to revert it. I made this mistake before with other operators but they were helpful. Shame.

    I had some issue with my jiofibre today for which i registered a compliant but the engineer who visited today came without any tools, wire and stuffs. I am feeling like stuck with this box!!! Also had important stuffs pending on my list but jio has no **** to give @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio The number of connections in this location is the same condition of Jio network .... I have complained many times but no improvement has been done by Jio ... I know this time also nothing will happen.

    Here are the specifics. My postpaid jiofiber number is+91-2653584291, city: Vadodara,Gujarat. @reliancejio @JioCare must be able to verify the above information. This process has been really frustrating for me and tweeting is my last option. Never expected this from Jio #jiofiber

    @JioCare Jio No 033-79602867 - SR0000173DH8 With reference to above subjected prepaid no & Request ID which is created on 14.10.2021 , closed without resolving a matters and enginer who alloted for this ticket number is very bad behaviour

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup If you can't provide proper network then plz stop your service in our area.. We are recharging plans every time but we are unable to open a webpage or youtube.. Why should we pay you... We are going to port our mobile number to Airtel👍
