    @JioCare I had briefed my problem since 15 December 2021 but reliance jio isn’t able to solve my problem…They aren’t informing about my status of problem nor a deadline to solve problem. Thanks jio for you worst service and encouraging us not to join jio again in life…

    @JioCare @90_justin Don't go by their word ,they will keep on rescheduling the installation and at last you will have to cancel the installation.

    @reliancejio @JioCare When dialing your customer care for complaint you have kept options only single option that is for please press 1 for inviting jio fiber to your home, where are your other options this shows #RelianceIndustries only interested in money

    @JioCare I don't have Fiber connection. How i can enjoy the benefits. you guys have reversed the connection by yourself. This is pathetic, you guys will not resolve sooner. I need to look out for other service provider.

    @JioCare What happened you have not reply my area pin no. Is 212657 and in my village jio tower also installed but network works like 2G. Pls do need full on urgent basis.
