@JioCare @reliancejio -In my area 361005 speed is very low -even much time video can't be played -I complaint it from last 2 to 3 years but no positive work towards this problem by ur technical team -in my family we have total 5 jio sim -i think now i have to go with "leagal way"

@reliancejio last few month in jamnagar green city and gidc phase 2 area no proper coverage and data speed given by jio ...i was complaint against them but no solution..... Wrost service in dhirubhais old village..... Call drop issue regular... No proper call.

@JioCare I don't understand the policy If someone has been relocated to another state. He has to travel all the way back to the previous state to return the Jio device. even if Jio service center is available in their city. @JioCare #JioFiber

@reliancejio Hello. You have stopped services even after deducting monthly charges through ECS mandate. You don’t reply to mails. Your customer care is not giving an ear even after multiple complaints. Is this the way to treat your customer?
