@reliancejio very poor customer service, more than 24 hrs have passed since the complaint was lodged for slow speed of #jiofiber yet only new appointment messages have been received from your tech team, in last 18 hours 5 revised appointments.

@airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

@reliancejio @JioCare I applied to port my sim from VI TO jio and the jio officials were asking for the delivery code on the phone call while jio in a SMS warned me not to give the same. Bt the official was sying that he will cancel the order it not done. No. was 7018985081(HP)

@Mkbhart01 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare
