    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    4 days of outage and all I’ve received are repeated requests for details and generic responses.stop treating customers like fools. As a JioFiber user, I know the green light will appear only when the service is restored.provide an actual update and a resolution timeline @JioCare

    @JioCare Recharged JioFiber only for football streaming on Zee5. After payment, I found the included Zee5 subscription is not Premium. This was not clearly disclosed. ₹999 and ₹399 plans are still unactivated. Cancel and refund.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no response from your side yet. refund the amount of Rs. 1200/- ASAP as you are unable to fulfill the requirement. Your customer care service is so so pathetic. Always disconnect the call on the name of checking details. no one to monitor them and you.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Airtel, thanks for teaching me the meaning of Unlimited Data. My 349 Postpaid plan shows Unlimited Data, but my internet doesn't work. Calls to 121, 198, and even the Appellate Authority have produced plenty of assurances but no internet.
