    @JioCare Please Jio fix network speed issue it is a big problem there's no meaning in giving cheap internent quality though your rates are affordable.

    @airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

    @JioCare, it's been over 4 months and my network issue is still unresolved despite repeated complaints. My exam is less than 10 days away and I still don't have a usable internet connection If this affects my studies who will take responsibility @DrMohanYadav51 @MPGovt

    Jio is a very bad and terrible company. I have paid for the fiber installation, but I haven't received any update yet. I have been calling to inquire about the installation, but I haven't received any response so far. @reliancejio I am also switching to Jio SIM.

    @JioCare you prove that you really don't care. Customer isn't abusive talking and asking politely so taken for granted. It's 4th July now and the complaint was raised by me on 16th June. Any resolution??? NO. Any call from support??? NO

    @JioCare It's been 4 days and my JioFiber is still not working. I raised a service request and emailed multiple times,but only automated replies. First it was a Jio-side issue, now I'm told it's a local issue with no resolution. I'm paying for a service I can't use.@reliancejio

    @JioCare pathetic service, worst service ever for fiber connection, I already have Fiber Connection in which internet is gone.and while calling the customer care they are giving appointment after 2 days, like whats the point of the service after 2 days?

    @JioCare My complaint is resolved??? Why I will ask suspend. Jio is mentioning its own wrong comment as no resolution they have. As per your local team connection can't be restored due to technical problem. Don't blame on us. Kindly resolve the problem ASAP @Akash_Ambani @AkashMAmbani

    @JioCare I work night shifts. When my internet goes down at 12:35 AM and the earliest repair is around 11 AM the next day, that’s nearly 12 hours without service. Every time this happens, I have to spend extra on mobile data just to do my job. Who'll reimburse that? @JioCare (2/3)

    @JioCare How long boss? Close to 18 days and you guys haven't even told me what the problem is that I'm facing and why is my WiFi internet airfiber isn't working the way it's supposed to. Mind you annual plan for 100 mbps. Please please please
