    Third class network & very poor data speed of @reliancejio at #kharsia I am going to port my all no’s at @airtelindia Whenever I turn on my mobile data, it give ridiculous speed also narrates you have used your 50% data at the same time which was never know by me @JioCare sucks

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare @FibersJio My JioAirFiber internet has stopped working and the device’s red indicator light keeps blinking. Jio Diagnostics shows “Inside home connectivity – Service fault detected” and says the restoration is taking longer than expected.

    @JioCare Take the STB (install) and return it. Then only I can downgrade my plan. What kind of resolution the escalations team is giving? This itself is the complaint. @TRAI : Need intervention. Failing to accept this is system design failure! I don’t want the STB or OTT; just downgrade? Kindly share GRO details.

    Jio Airfiber internet not available since morning. Not resolved till now. Second time issue in last 20 days. None from your technical team bother to resolve. Just entertaining through message. @reliancejio
