Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

Do u guys hav empathy @JioCare ? Why is nobody visiting me n appointments keep getting rescheduled? Other ISP take 3-5 hrs to resolve this issue wherein u guys weren't able to fix it past 6 days. Are u guys really incompetent and want me to change to other network?ID:SR00001AGWM6

@JioCare Why again you guys are putting me on hold. As I already mentioned that day before yesterday Service Engineer has already visited my place and it's clearly mentioned that no free port is available now and there is no provision for new box in Next few days.

@JioCare @HariOmP83945917 Problem is till date, jio is not providing static ip for retail consumers. Airtel is at least doing so. Even local ISP are better in this than JIO.
