I had earlier Airtel TV (setup box) connection. Jio fiber is doing both the function with much speed and very reasonable cost. Any complaints made, immediately attended. Thanks

Then Jio marked the issue as “resolved” even though it was NOT resolved. I escalated to the Appellate Authority, but they are asking for an SR number.
