@JioCare @reliancejio I was hoping a better service from you. There is continuous internet issue in my location. When I call the customer care they reiterate the same thing " we are working on it. There are large number of users." Why don't you set-up the network accordingly.

@reliancejio worst service. I've Got data of 2gb, network strength is at peak; full, CA or 4g+ is activated, but Jio still gives 0 kbps or even in bytes. I don't wanna be fooled twice by using 5G service of Jio. People have started ditching Jio & I will do it now. I regret it.

@JioCare 38 days gone, issue raised on 8th July still unresolved. How many mre mnths/yrs. @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare hpe u had sme attitude while selling jiofiber 2 us. Also in this reply def sme mre time #newagescam Y was 1st installation dne via window whn duct opt was avble.its illegal

@reliancejio I my area Jio network strength is very poor leads to voice dropping and poor internet speed, in this 5G era i am getting only 0.9MBS download & 0.3MBPS upload speed. This certainly not as per Jio standard. Complaint Ref MR00012NJ62X, SR00001CZVP4.
