Tech issue was Jio fibers nearest Junction box in my locality was exposed and my port connector was broken. Please ensure periodic monitoring of Junctn Boxes to avoid internet disconnection. (1/2)

Without having used much of internet how is it that everyday data gets exhausted by mid of day. Inspite of 2GB top up, it shows 90% data exhausted. While half the day, I haven’t used the phone today. Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.
