    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I’m not living in a jungle with dense vegetation. 🤦 Just 500m away, Jio internet works perfectly, but at my hostel it drops to ~2 Mbps. The hostel has many more users now, so this clearly looks like network congestion. Please investigate traffic/load.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Team, you have already lost our patience. Your installation team initially said it was a backend issue & backend says there is no issue. Please check with i9 laptop but no one is still unable to identify the root cause so pls no more bouncing ball @Mukesh_ambani_ FYI

    Hey @reliancejio kindly give me all logout option in JioTV+ app for Android TV , after resetting I'm not able to login in my device as device limit reached. Please log out it from backend so that I can watch the TV @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio Business Day 16: STILL NO REFUND. After Jio failed to provide the service and the order was cancelled, you have now raised a 4th Service Request—SR00003EDPR5—instead of refunding my money. 16 working days is unacceptable. Stop the runaround. REFUND NOW.
