    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @TRAI i am facing slow internet speed issue since March 03,2019 i am raised multiple complaint in jio appellate authority but no one care always saying good coverage in your area till now i am continuously facing slow internet speed in my area please take action on jio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio After raising complainant, still no one has updated me on the complainant status. Is asked about status they say they are working on it. I don't understand are they really working on issue or just faking with customers REMINDER -2

    @JioCare I was trying to recharge my Jio device on 14th of this month. The amount got deducted but recharge failed. I didn't receive any notification that my amount will get refunded and I am yet to receive the refund. Your live chat is the worst option to reach out to Jio care
