    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Nobody has come yet . You said you have reopened the request, nobody here in bangalore has turned up. To give the connections the sales executives, the connection engineers, etc call many times.. but to take back the device nobody cares???? Worst experience and bad customer care.

    @JioCare @RiteshPanja I'm already Jio 5G-network compatible devices used in delhi, and long time best 5g area use, but not receive any 5g network and not confirmation jio welcome offer.

    @sony_india @Sony I have xperia 1 lll and living in Mumbai using jio Sim but not able use 5G where as 5G network is available. Tried Sony Support multiple times but no one responds.@JioCare

    @drparitoshbhatt @Gopalee67 @JioCare They are the worst. Don't take their prepaid . A friend got cheated, the store that sold the SIM made ISD calls and Jio bills it to customer, it is in their blood to take customers for a ride

    @reliancejio Hi I am still not getting 1mb/s speed in my area. You are talking about the speed of 5G but I am sure I will get maximum 2mb/s of speed in your so called 5G. Please improve your service, You are charging for 4G but not giving the speed of even 3G.
