    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare That's not the service I am for. Refund should have been credited when the device was picked up, it's been more than 2 days since then. The question of outstanding or unpaid amount doesn't arise as it was prepaid. Please check the details thoroughly and then get back to us

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been Ten days since the internet are not working I lodged a complaint,engineer arrived 3 day later but failed to restore the net.the Jio Fiber service remains inactive.I have effectively lost 10 days of my recharge plan without having any network acces

    @JioCare That means 52 hours of lost service is absolutely normal for Jio Fiber? None in our building had Jio Fiber working for around 52 hours and still you are saying no delay, which speaks about Jio approach

    @JioCare I have been seeing this pattern for a while now , keep rescheduling the appointment and the actual issue never getting addressed. I can see the now appointment on 7th that two days from now. So have to suffer for two more days because of this pathetic service
