    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare ur customer care team's working at snail pace. Since I've received the bill this month I've raising issue of wrong billing 2which ur executive agreed and told me for resolution in couple of days but 15 days have gone no reply. My number is 9911150606

    @JioCare Worst service by Jio, as per you engineer were supposed to call me within 2 days still didn't get any call from anyone. If you don't want to give proper service to customers then stop providing ISP
