    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare SR was raised at 9.30AM today. Nobody contacted me yet. We are working from home and we are without network connectivity for a whole day now. When will the engineer visit to solve this??

    @JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber wasn’t working on 10th September. I complained and it was resolved on 11th September. Again today since 4pm onwards, the same isn’t working. Again Jio fiber not working.

    @JioCare I have raised the new JioFiber connection with Order No. NO0000IKFHY5, Now the connection request is on hold due to technical issue. As per the engineer and sales person its not possible to provide new connection, please cancle order and refund ASAP.
