Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Nobody has come yet . You said you have reopened the request, nobody here in bangalore has turned up. To give the connections the sales executives, the connection engineers, etc call many times.. but to take back the device nobody cares???? Worst experience and bad customer care.

@reliancejio Hi I am still not getting 1mb/s speed in my area. You are talking about the speed of 5G but I am sure I will get maximum 2mb/s of speed in your so called 5G. Please improve your service, You are charging for 4G but not giving the speed of even 3G.
