    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @DoT_India Fact that you classify Complaints as "service requests" itself shows utter ignorance of ITSM. This is Incident report,not a Service request. What your staff does is internal "problem resolution. You are confusing it with "incident resolution". Train your Service head. @DoT_Indi

    @JioCare Guys...your problem is that issue category is your internal technical..not customer oriented. So your system doesn't say..."complaint is internet not working"..which is what customer is reporting. It says "RDI Alarm" or some such thing.

    @JioCare I've been using jio number since sep'21 and till date network issue is not resolved. Have approached customer care multiple times regarding calling issue still all in vain. Internet works fine but #unabletomakereceivecalls

    @JioCare RELOCATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number CO0000MU0C4X is scheduled on 20-06-2022 : 13:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after RELOCATION. Please share the Order completion code with our service engineer to confirm completion of RELOCATION

    @JioCare Thanks for your response! On the other day I got registered in the website but however the website prompted that there was no service for @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber broadband in our area, wish I could get some reliable internet broadband within reasonable time.
