    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio I have raised issue from 19-august-2026. Jio executives don’t have any idea how to solve issues and when i call again they are misbehaving..

    Took 2 days just to get a ticket logged, and still NO technician assigned. Just endless bot loops and generic automated emails. Unacceptable service @JioCare @reliancejio

    How low your service has gone over the years, i have submitted the old router, 1200₹ relocation charge and still not a single communication from the engineer or any tracking number to track the update.@JioCare @reliancejio
