    Huge problem with outgoing calls, either it is a call from or not getting connected with @JioCare . This is not uncommon but a regular phenomenon. Hope something is done to fix the problem permanently. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare : Our JioFiber set top box isn’t receiving remote commands. The Jio technician also couldn’t resolve the issue. Can you please change the faulty remote and box? Been only using JioFiber for 15-20 days and faults emerging. Pls help.

    @reliancejio Jio is a big company but his network so bad. Mere area me network problem h . Abhi tk mera village me network nhi lga h. So I can change my jio sim. Because you are provided service not good. I want tower in my village . here many people irritate to jio network.

    @JioCare Also it is very difficult to reach customer care, you need to wait for like 2.5 minutes before you can get someone to hear.

    @JioCare I had purchase sim last year but before that sim use by another person . And now I received all msg ,bank msg, transition detail's for this person . Example= HDFC Bank A/c 3681 is charged with Rs.60 for non-maintenance of Avg bal. in AUG 21. Please solved this problem

    @JioCare Transferring from jio esim to jio physical sim... Went to 2_3 jio gallery... After the otp process it shows error in all jio stores.... Plz help... My jio number 88888-91791. Otherwise I have to port to another number

    @JioCare Your call center doesn’t work and your local team will not work without ticket from call center. Plz help,it’s a desperate request. Merely having fast speed alone is not enough,u need to have customer obsession else u will start loosing customers soon
