@JioCare Jai, That was the whole purpose of raising a service request, Even though the plan is active, that particular app is still showing up without any subscription. Not sure how hard it is for you guys to understand, never faced this kind of iss with my @airtelindia subscription.

@JioCare Hi Priyanka, a technician visited around 5 and was clueless on what to do n said the same thing as yesterday "that another person would come to resolve" i had a visit scheduled at 7.15, it's almost 7.45 and nobody has showed up nor reached out. So Day2 ends without a resolution

So I recharged my #JioFibre on 13th Feb 2023 via my Jio app for the tune of ₹3.5k. Turns out, @reliancejio has recharged SOMEONE ELSE'S number and now refuses to accept their mistake and the customer care cuts the call on the face when asked about the same. @JioCare
