    @JioCare From last 2 days no network and even no support from Jio. Worst service by Jio this time. I will be switching to some other provider for sure. Every day they are just creating new service request to show they are competing service within a day

    @reliancejio Visited your centre and the fingerprint scanner is not working. Every other time there is a problem in your centre. No service, No customer support. Your staff makes us visit their centre everyday just like government offices. Better to use Airtel and Vi

    @JioCare When I have network issue why your technician asked me to raise request for relocation can you give me satisfactory explanation. If I pay 1500 Rs then problem will be solved then and there. As I am existing customer why I will pay 1500 Rs. You are doing wrong practice.

    @JioCare Don't you feel ashamed of your conduct. You have been sending the same message over and over again to me for the last 15 days. NOT A SINGLE STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. THE DAMAGE DONE BY YOUR CONTRACTOR REMAINS AS IT IS.

    @JioCare That is ok.. just wanted to know the delay of your service , the area not a village, it is a developed area, very near to a large IT park in India, and even more people requesting for it. I was getting same reply for more than 3 years
