    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @JioCare Lots off time I am inform to jio team team jio pos is not working properly if I do recharge or activate sim must switch vodafone or other network to do recharge or activation there is no compain no. For same issues Pls look into this matter

    @JioCare #jio i am from chhattisgarh korba, balco, jio internet connection is too bad am i facing last 3.5 year please fix it. Your my jio app is also say all settings are ok but actually not ok please fixed both and i am also consult this matter to customercares, please help

    What’s the point of being a data service provider if this is the ONLY option just to understand what the prob with the WiFi possibly be. During a pandemic that too! But they have ZERO problems taking your money online. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio I m from panjabari, trinayan path, guwahati, there is no network of reliance jio since today morning in our area!! This is really disgusting and irritating in such a SMART City of digital India!!!
