    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @JioCare it has been two days my Internet is not working. My service request number is SR0000170JX7 from 8th October not resolved. And you closed that ticket citing it is resolved @reliancegroup pls resolve it or uninstall the connection. I’ll go for @airtelindia then
