    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @JioCare Already service were discontinued and account has been suspended. But no call nothing from your end for device pickup and in the my jio application the service request status was closed without resolve

    Jio is a very bad and terrible company. I have paid for the fiber installation, but I haven't received any update yet. I have been calling to inquire about the installation, but I haven't received any response so far. @reliancejio I am also switching to Jio SIM.

    And with @JioCare @reliancejio they don’t even bother to call back or provide any details. Posted multiple interest requests but not received a single call or message till now. Such kind of poor service by both major players in metro city like Bangalore.

    Still fiber not working. What’s the issue da @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Will you accept if i am delaying the payment? You would have suspended the connection right. This is utter useless what you have been doing. Please do something ASAP. Otherwise provide me refund.

    @JioCare Last 3–4 months, there has been no proper 5G network at my location: Mahadev PG, Gali No. 4B, Opp. Maruti Gate No. 1, Palam Vihar Extension, Gurugram – 122015. Internet speed less than 1 Mbps, and WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) also does not work most of the time. Fix this issue

    @JioCare pathetic service, worst service ever for fiber connection, I already have Fiber Connection in which internet is gone.and while calling the customer care they are giving appointment after 2 days, like whats the point of the service after 2 days?
