    I need concert solution to my issues and not just answers. Or do me a favor bring the other cellular port sim for me once and for all. I am no fool if i am complaining about the issue since i am here. Sick of your same answers. Do something good at least for once @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare I just had a talk with your customer care and he did nothing but apologize. He has promised me resolution on my issue if I call you next time that call will be on Twitter too.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a pathetic customer support. It's been 2 days and my issue is not resolved. Agents are so arrogant. They tell me service engineer will around 11pm. Please resolve my issue at earliest. Awful service.

    @reliancejio as the network in India is expanding across the corner and being a valuable customer to jio i have experienced a lot of difficulties in my area. 834004 pin code. The jio service is not upto the mark. No jio fiber service in this area. The network is so poor.

    Hi Jio it's to much I am having two connection of JIO fiber in which one is not working and my second connection always creating problem due to long distance wire. I want my connection to be rapid repair bc I am working from home.@JioCare @MukeshAmbaniOf @MukeshAmbanima

    @JioCare Onto the 3rd day now. No call or visit from any engineer. It is sad to see how Jio neglects customer grievance when it should be their top priority. If you have a response other than the canned one, do let me know.
