    @JioCare I have recharged my Jio Fiber account for my parents. But the router is still not able to connect to the internet. Now support says that due to restrictions they can't fix my issue. So does this means that the amount I paid for a month's services is a waste?

    @reliancejio, @MukeshAmbani06 In the area pincode 491107, internet speed always sucks mostly in the evening, also during bad whether but @airtelindia works fine in the same location.
