@reliancejio @JioCare @hareshoefc After 24hrs of service request, not even any engineer visits. Worst services of jio fiber, BSNL is way better then jio fiber. Pathetic CC service. They just want to sell connections. After that they never visit to resolve issues. #ihatejiofiber

@reliancejio is the worst service provider. Since the past two months, they’ve been constantly interrupting services for Jio Fibre and they are so shameless and unapologetic about this. No amount of complaints raised or calls made have any effect on them. #Reliancejiofibrefraud

@JioCare Thanks Akshay . As per the conversation with customer care they told that I will get only Rs500 refund instead of Rs1500 because I continued with plan which I didn’t . So request you initiate complete refund of Rs.1500 as the recharge was done by jio fraud employee and not me .

@JioCare Mr Akshay we have two connection in one Id. One is at ground floor and one is at first floor. Mr. Dhaval Jariwala from your surat jio is know the problem and in first floor it is working but in ground floor it is not working. But you guys feel it is working. Am I mad ??
