Hey @JioCare I had applied for relocation of my JioFiber connection and got an appointment for the same. Just now got a message stating that the request is cancelled. Called customer care but they were not helpful. Will you help with relocation or should I switch to @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence Airtel's after sale service is trash..atleast in my area (Patna) frequent disruptions and take weeks to resolve ,on the contrary @JioCare Jio is tremendously excellent here..I m stuck with 6 month plan of airtel....otherwise I'd have shifted to Jio Fibre till now
