    @JioCare since last 48 hrs Jio Fiber is not working in our area Indirapuram Ghaziabad 201014. We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

    @JioCare Please refer to service request no SR0000334IV9. New Sim delivery was supposed to happen by 12th April...it didn't happen yet. I am just fed up now. Can we please cancel this and make a refund.

    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare Hi I'm using jio wifi for a while but it's not working properly for more than 3 days, when I tried to reach the jio care rep, no one is understanding the language Tamil or English, here the internet is disconnecting frequently, and I'm doing work from home, coz of this.1

    @JioCare Same copy past reply getting from last 2 days I don't see any workers working and trying to restore the services I want a fixed timeline within which service will be restored or else I wanna know what's the process to cut of the connection I will just switch to airtel it'sbetter
