    @reliancejio I bought a free trial plan of Jio Fiber and paid Rs. 1500 as a security deposit against it. I was not satisfied with the services so, I requested to terminate the service. It's been a month and still there is no technician to pick the device up from my location.

    @JioCare facing a lot network problem at lat/long 25.452/78.456.even can't make call from couple of days. Improve the same otherwise we have more than 50 connections they all will port in another operator.

    @reliancejio Now the jio has become one of the worst network in india, he has not be able to provide 4g network but now they are going to launch 5g, what a **** he covering over **** really that disgusting. They expand their all recharge bur not expand their network quality.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The network and internet service in my area is very poor for last few days. Call drops, out of reach calls and data failure have become frequent. Please arrange to fix it quickly. My area is Khojwa, Varanasi. A positive and quick response is expected.

    @JioCare and my complain was your jio store are not giving duplicate sim in d store saying that there is problem in server and even their reason r same from 7 days ... so if jio care itself having server issue then what can we expect from the head of jio ...bull **** better shut down
