@JioCare Quit insulting customers by creating a troubleshoot interface which mocks customers by telling that everything is fine and what's stopping us from browsing. I'm struggling with basic browsing, high latency in gaming ON ALL DEVICES. Resolve the damn issue! #frustrated

@JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI don't u think 34 days is enough to solve network issues. Every time ur providing same and"working on it" .r ur engineer not competent enough to Handel this type of problem. I regrets for complaining but what 2 do I have to inform u about ur shortfall.

@reliancejio @Jaseholder98 @SunRisers Stop wasting time and focus on laying your fibre and towers infra in all parts of our city ASAP. Lots of customers waiting for Jio network and internet in Mangalore, and you're unable to supply. That isn't a good sign for any business. Shameful, in fact.

@JioCare @JioCare its 2 weeks your engineer visited and assessed it with acknowledgement that voice network needs booster or upgrade. No concrete action plan shared even after assurance..Is this what " care " from Jio? @DoT_India hope you are tracking it with my complaint no.?
