@JioCare But here thing is payment got successful but not recharged. I shared the successful transaction screen shot already. And banks will not entertain this issue. So Jio should refund my money back and escalate this issue with your next level if required.

@JioCare I repeatedly brought here issue with jio only, how I have to check with bank. While customers doing any payment to merchants the banks will share OTP, once entered the OTP by customers that’s it until unless if payment got unsuccessful that amount will be credited back.
