    @JioCare I received a SMS saying the refund has failed due to mismatch in bank details. I am not able to understand what is the mismatch? Can you pls check and help sort it out as it's been pending for nearly 2months now. Such delay & follow-up is causing nuisance and mental harassment.

    @DoT_India I tried to contact customer care @reliancejio but they also provided me the same reply that my refund is in process and I'll get the refund when the instrument box will be handed over. When there was no installation, how can I hand over an instrument box! 2/3
