@JioCare Yes, esim is activated in my mobile but it was activated 15 days before to till today before that i used an physical sim and the problem still remains the same. Even my wife is using jio sim in another brand mobile and having same problem.

@JioCare This issue has been persisting for the past two months, yet you show absolutely no concern. There is another network tower right next to your Jio tower, and their 5G service is fully available—all the problems seem to lie with Jio! 😡
