    @JioCare it's more than a week my prblm is not sought out..in all ott app vedio is fine but no audio is coming..poor service.. customer care not pic phn....do the need full.

    @JioCare Jio Air Fiber Tv is not working while wifi is working not your Jio care toll free no. is also responding with congestion in network and Jio tv showing on screen Jio OS hence it is my request to kindly check and do the needful for the convenience of hope you will Thanks

    It's such a shame the even after paying yearly for Jio Fibre, their custome support doesn't feel like resolving problems! I have been facing internet issue since last 3 days and everyday they keep on rescheduling my technician appointment. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER @JioCare
