@JioCare @reliancejio frustrated with jio. Very very bad experience in my are. Every saturday i have net problem.Humble request to People please avoid Jio.

@JioCare While raising tkt on 23rd, I specifically told that internet is working completely fine and issue is with Amazon prime only. Still they raised DG alarm. So I don't understand how to communicate issue with C-Care. Please check recording of the call when tkt was raised.

@Jagajjiban_m Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@JioCare, your Jio Fiber service in Patna(Bihar) is pathetic. Your Jio fiber installation team has visited thrice. Still they are not able to activate my Jio Fiber connection due to irresponsible behaviour of your new connection handling executive. Kindly look into it.

@JioCare @JioCare one of the worst service of jio... I have to relocate and they didnt pick up device isse accha to me fiber leta hi nhi.... Mistake of mine.. 18march complaint against cancelation 25 march is dead line no pick now dead line is 8th april kya majak h bhai..

@PrakashSdhami They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

@JioCare Nothing is being done by your service engineers. Still issue is not resolved. What should i do? Pls reimburse by installation fee . I’ll choose a different service provider

Hey @JioCare I am not able to make any call from my Jio number. Even my internet isn’t working. CURRENTLY doing this tweet from wifi. Please fix this asap.
