    @JioCare Actually we never been faced such problem I think it is intentional act however we are free to decide as you have limited network because there is not any single issued with other service providers at

    @JioCare Already sent. Kindly check. I think I need to change the service provider. @jiocare u will loose atleast 5 connections/ numbers if I port. All of my family members are currently using Jio.

    @jiocare no internet. Pls provide the network. Don't take free money, provide the service. #jio you have blocked ivr code 9 to speak to customer care executive. Why? So that you can carry on harassment with poor data network?

    @JioCare Rather than resolving the issue, you're guiding the customer how to get disconnected. Is this what @JioCare is paying for? I clearly asked whether you can able to resolve the issue or not. If not, than only I'll go for disconnection. I think you should read that again.

    @JioCare Jio 5G internet is extremely unstable in my area from past few days. Even YouTube keeps buffering, and the hotspot is also unusable. I’ve already raised the issue multiple times on the app, also have tried changing the device but no use, please help!!!

    Again and again, in the last 4 months it happens thrice, unaccepted. At the time of taking money you guys don’t delay for 1 day, but in giving services it is been really terrible. For almost 1 month in last 4 months I have paid for no services. I will cut the connection @JioCare

    @JioCare The internet is down since morning and there is simply no way to connect with your executives on chat/call. The system has raised a ticket and visit is scheduled for 16th Aug. Are you guys serious? Or feel that the customers are at your whims and fancy

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare complaint, but your AI chatbot keeps giving useless suggestions instead of connecting me to a real executive. Last time, I was told it would be fixed within 3 HOURS. It’s now been almost 20 HOURS and the issue is still unresolved! Who will compensate me for this loss of service?
