    It amazes me to see how bad the @JioCare services can be. In the name of customer service, virtual bots provide zero to no assistance with limited options. There are no service agents when it comes to support. Despite mailing since 26.02.2026 there is no response.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio, I raised a complaint in the morning about my wifi not working. They gave me a schedule that the engineer would come between 1 PM and 2 PM. But until now, no engineer has arrived, and I haven't received any call or number either.

    @JioCare Shared the details in the msg box. Please check and let me know. I need my connection as it was previous. If i don't see any action taken by your team then i will compaint against jio and installation team and also i will never use jio in any sort of day today need.
