    @JioCare @jiodth -is useless.. mijio says call jio care.. . I have an issue with a certain channel which was working till yesterday, today it says "pl subscribe to watch the content" who will help me.using Jio is such a useless thing

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Not even 1 point net runs in my house. Even the net is not running to see WhatsApp's DP. It has been over 1 year. So far, the internet problem has not been solved here. It was supposed to be solved in 90 days but still runs worse than net 2G.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Anyways I see your priorities. Irate customer request for a call back, don't call But the same customer gets more irritated because of it and decides to port then call to retain. Please do not call untill you have solution for my problem #jiochor

    @JioCare @reliancejio another charger. If JioFi device is not getting charged with a different charger, please visit your nearest Jio center with the JioFi. If JioFi device is getting charged, check if the power light is on and try using the services. If JioFi device is getting charged & the issue

    @JioCare again today I am neither receiving calls/sms nor able to call using my jio Sim. Pathetic service. I've given my alternate number, address (to the detail of floor number) but neither your team calls nor resolve @TRAI I'm now planning to port my number to VI.

    What the hell, again call drop issue after 35 secs cannot hear other side. I just lost my important meeting, why don't lock the company if u cannot provide the services. I just ported the number from @airtelindia and i really miss their good service @JioCare hate ur service guys.

    @JioCare The DM was the same generic message I always get—link to service status + reschedule. No one even checked the chat history. Nothing works, which is why I posted on X. After all that delay, this DM showed how pathetic the service is.

    @JioCare @reliancejio how to reachout this jio customer care. If we are calling then simply there bot answering we are facing some network congestion in your area. Then disconnect the call. I tried to connect multiple times to these people but there bot is answering always.
