    @JioCare @reliancejio MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET FIXED!!!! WHATS HAPPENING??? YOUR SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND TECHNICIANS ARE USELESS. THEY JUST WRITE RESOLVED WHEN PROBLEM IS NOT FIXED.

    @JioCare I have ported my number to Airtel but my security deposit refund is pending . There is no way to reach your customer care .

    @arvind_sin72635 @reliancejio I paid ₹2222 on 1st April 2026 for the service. My request was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. This is highly unprofessional. The person who collected the payment is not answering my calls and there has been no response

    @JioCare @reliancejio SR00002KQUX2 we have scheduled an appointment with a Jio service engineer at your premises on 30-Apr-2026 between 10:30:00-11:30:00. Where is the Engineer? Unable to track the SR and no technician called.? When will u resolve the issue? #stophindiimpostion

    @reliancejio @JioCare hello, it's been more than 23 days since i paid and I haven't got any kind of refund yet. Can you please look into this issue? It's been really frustrating now. you guys have kept my money for no reason
