After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.

Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.
