    @JioCare There is no team coming and providing services - again and again issue just in my connection requested earlier to check root cause but worthless request. Check log and provide disconnected statement. Not at all happy with service. You guys making fun. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio representative GIRI HARIVANSH has taken jio broadband order on 18th May 11:50 AM and committed to install between 12 noon to 6 PM on 18th May. Till time no install is done. He is not taking calls from yesterday. Very disappointed with this service

    @JioCare “Escalated to the higher team” is the only response I’ve been getting for the last 10 days. Still no installation, no technician visit, no actual resolution. How long does “soon” mean, @JioCare?

    @JioCare reschedules, and poor follow-through. If true, this kind of operational incentive imbalance will severely impact long-term customer trust in non-city locations like Udayagiri. Requesting regional leadership review of local service operations and accountability

    @reliancejio air fiber not working its been going on and off 12 times in a single day. Multiple complaints raised still no resolution provided. Installed it on 16 of may. This is the worst experience ever. Connection no - 1205261543
