    @JioCare Worst service, technician brought wrong set top box, internet is not working, set top box is not working. I'm unable to link my existing number to jio fiber, etc etc etc

    @JioCare I am back again with the same complaint - internet not working. Green light on, but STB and all my devices detect no internet. Called your call centre, someone sent me to a back end team and that person checked at her end and REFUSED to take a complaint implying that I am lying!

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, It looks like my struggle with Jio isn't over yet. Although my recent issue was eventually resolved, it took 7 days after I raised it on the 20th. Due to this prolonged service disruption caused by poor support, I requested an extension of my validity period. I was assured that the validity would be extended once the service request was marked Closed. However, I am now being asked to contact 7000570005, which is switched off. Could you please raise a new service request or ensure that my validity is extended for the entire period of service disruption, as promised? I look forward to a prompt resolution.

    @JioCare Tanya thanks for the update. My assumptions is backend team is your support team, with so many SR in my case from 2+ months it isn't rocket science for them to take a time plus it's straight forward situation of 1 connection. Just the way I am asking u pls ask then tell me reply

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your engineer called regarding ticket SR00003CFICX & THREATENED to falsely close it because I refused personal WhatsApp location sharing! He claims network drops during power cuts. Is this your 5G service & customer treatment? Action needed! @TRAI

    @JioCare @myjio @reliancejio It has been two days since I raised service ticket. Status still shows assigning technician. How many days do I have to wait? If you guys can't provide service, please let me know. I will move to other service providers
