    worst costomer service from @JioCare @reliancejio, I cancelled my Jio fiber trial plan on 25th August and only received refund of Security Deposit. every time they are giving standard reply that i will receive the refund of installation charges in 2-3 working days. (1/2)

    @reliancejio Never rely on reliance. I have surrendered my #JioFiber connection on 05.09.2021 due to bad service. They promised as per their process security deposit will be refunded with in 15 days but till date no refund. Totally disappointing service quality, #UnreliableJio

    @JioCare worst service from jio fiber... I'm unable to connect to internet at my office since more than 8 days now... called the jiocare more than 15 times but still no body came to solve the problem... and worst customer service I have seen in my life ..
