@reliancejio my plan with # 7710969290 has been upgraded from 199 to 399 plus but ott platforms had not been subscribed why? and your call centres has no clue of this and not responds properly i have given complaint on 4th june but not solved yet

@JioCare My Jio Fiber Id NO. 8079612921 is down since 12.30 Pm dt. 05/06/2021. Whenever i am calling customer care, i get a message that the issue will be resolved within 2 hours. Till now, the internet is down. I am not getting a complaint SR No. also. Pl resolve the issue.
