    @JioCare if i don't recharge fiber connection do you guys give me 36 hrs to use service? Similarly when I pay for service why do I have to wait for 36 hrs to fix the service? I want this to be fixed today kindly arrange for tech today n fix it

    @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing network issues alot . Frequent call drops and delay in connecting calls . Please look into the matter and fix it ASAP.

    @JioCare This an utter lie. For last 3 years smae problem as you are fooling people. No developement in infrastructire/ monitoring. As no action is taken against you, you take the liberty.

    More than a week in and #jiofiber still cannot get my packet loss issue fixed. All I have received are assurances and no resolution. If any other #fiber @airtelindia providers are coming to my area, do let me know. @JioCare are quite horrible support.
