    @JioCare Your process is totally broken. Now last minute delivery person asked for 99 rs. Delivery charge. This was not communicated. He hasn't delivered & told me to collect from malleswaram. How is this an "online" process? 4 days later & multiple follow ups & it still FAILED. @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Stop hiring uneducated and giving non trained people opportunities to sit on a customer support position. When the only thing they can do is make the customer do payments without knowing for what plan it is being done. Really Shame!!

    @JioCare I am seeing this statement of inability & temp. issue for the last 24 hrs, since your techs visited the first time and then in your automated message. However on the ground, no one seems to be fixing it. Unless it is attempted to be fixed, how can you expect it to be resolved.
