    @KaurSimran23710 @JioCare Appreciate the suggestion. I've been with Airtel for 22+ years and would still prefer to stay with them. My goal isn't to switch—it's to get the billing and network issues resolved. Hoping Airtel values long-term customer loyalty and fixes the concerns.@Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio Hey @JioCare, why does my network instantly drop to 4G/normal the second I try to download or stream in high quality? 😡 I am paying for a 5G plan but not getting the benefits when I actually need the bandwidth. This wasn't happening before. Fix this throttling! #Jio5G #Jio

    @JioCare I already wasted my 54 mnts in order to elaborate my issue to incompetent jio care representatives. Go through that call recording, (I also have) and provide a solution Nobody has so much free time to spend on such junk. U make call Adani ji and ask for CTO number for chat

    @JioCare @JioFiber 2/3 After failing to restore the service, I requested disconnection and a full refund. Instead of taking responsibility for the outage, your team is citing policy terms to deny the refund. Why should customers pay for a service Jio failed to provide? @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been 3 DAYS and BOTH my JioSIM internet AND JioAirFiber are completely dead. 3 days of zero connectivity. 3 days of calling customer care with ZERO response. This is pathetic after sales service! Will you refund for every day my services have been down?
