    @JioCare bt how seen jio net is very slow. I have been crying about the slow network for the last 2 years, but Jio has not been able to solve it yet.

    I booked a jio fibre connection, initially at the time of payment the team is replying very sincerely, but at the time of installation, the service and way of talking of the agents are very poor and harsh. Even the office representative is not responding.@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio i am facing issue in jio fiber from past two days in kota rajasthan and i talked to your customer care executive she told that there are some power down problem and it get solved in 2-3 hours but still facing issue but not in my particular case but many people

    @JioCare Thanks, but calling this a "priority" for 5 days with no resolution is unacceptable. My port-in is still pending. Please provide a clear timeline if you can’t resolve it within that timeline, cancel from your side. No one seems to be coming to deliver or cancel the order.
