@JioCare Back with Our weekly complaint the red light is blinking in the router unable to connect to Internet.The engineer who was supposed to fix this problem took 6 months payment in advance and fled.Till now service is pending.

@reliancejio , We have a Jio tower next to my building and the whole village (Gadoli, Udaipur, rajasthan 313203) seeing the network drop which was last month from 60mbps to 3 Mbps now. Multiple complaints by multiple people, but no resolution by custcare.
