    @JioCare you guys are getting from bas to.worst there is some issue with my router with no connectivity and you guys are giving me a slot of 25th may lmao are you serious . 2 days without internet and cable get some better planning and people I need this resolved today. #jio

    Hey @JioCare such poor service from you guys. Been two days since I raised a complaint. Still no internet. Still no resolution to the issue. Still no engineer visit. Are you guys going to give me two days discount in this billing cycle? Or refund me for this time???

    @JioCare I think there is no any timeline of "resolved soon" as no one has attended my complaint yet. No technician has visited yet. Very poor service from jio after taking 5 months rental in advance. Please take your this dustbin box.

    @TRAI xxx65911 jio internet connection not working since 21.5.26. At Chennai Chromepet, There is no option to register a complaint. Automated message IVRS is not accepting complaint. three days still no internet @reliancejio @JioCare regret for chosen this service

    @JioCare Even last complaint lodged executive said that we'll call you back in 24hrs now it's 6 days passed...no call no msg no refund Very good jio service experience.
