    Jio at its best again, hv contactd their customer care and talked with them still no resolution. Facing the netwrk issue from past 10 days barely geting any conection/netwrk 4 a simple UPI payment or for a chat reply. Forget about 5G let alone 4G is not working properly @JioCare

    @JioCare I’m getting very low Internet speed for a week. Been req for an engineer visit to resolve this. Your serv Cen is using all poss excuses to avoid scheduling an eng visit. Infact multiple times got confirmation on the call but did not get req #. What service is this ?

    @JioCare My Jio SIM was previously used in a smartphone. I've now inserted it into a JioBharat phone, but JioBharat recharge plans still don't appear. It only shows smartphone plans. Please update my SIM status and resolve this issue ASAP. #JioBharat #JioCare Number-7853936805

    @JioCare team advised me to get a new connection and explicitly promised a full refund for the previous one. That promise remains unfulfilled after more than a year, which reflects a complete lack of professionalism and competence within your customer care team.I have already shared (2/3)

    Dear @JioCare , my JioAirFiber has been down for the last 7 days. Despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution and no engineer visit. This level of service is unacceptable. Please arrange an immediate fix and restore my connection at the earliest. @reliancejio
