    Customers pay for stable internet service, not endless troubleshooting messages. Either replace the faulty AirFiber setup/router immediately with proper technician support or refund my last 3 months’ payment. @JioCare please stop delaying and take real action now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber dead for 24+ hrs and counting. Third outage this year, still no compensation. Is this the "best network" you advertise? Sort it out before I make a decision of moving away from your service. #JioFiber

    Dear @JioCare, @TRAI It's been more than 6 days since my service stopped working, and the issue is still unresolved. Despite multiple complaints, emails, and sharing all requested details via DM, I have not received any proper resolution.
