@reliancejio Jio customer support is like Chakravyuh, so many IVR option but nothing leads to talk a real humen. You try different option and keep getting frustrate. But it is all our fault, we customers made them so big that now we are just invisible microorganisms to them

@reliancejio @JioCare extremely pathetic service from Jio. No reply on emails, no answer by customer care executives, no help in Jio stores. No one to listen to my complaint. Today it is being realized that I made the worst mistake by taking Jio number.

@JioCare What do you mean by ‘at the earliest’ Sunita? My definition was yesterday, @JioCare’s might be after a week 😡Why aren’t you providing a specific time - like within the next 6 hours!! Is it expecting too much when you have remote management systems to monitor your network?

I recently ported to @reliancejio. Am using 2g, complained many times, still no use. Can I port back to @airtelindia ? I still have 1 month for the plan expiry, still I need to port. Not using internet is better than very slow @JioCare internet speed.
