    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio, SR SR00003B263N was raised on 12 Jul 2026 (5:55 PM) for a JioFiber service disruption. It’s been over 72 hrs with no resolution, despite a home visit being scheduled. Please escalate this urgently and restore my service ASAP.

    @blazikenaravind That's nothing new. They always have service issues. I got fed up with it a long time ago when I was in UK so I switched to @JioCare Since then, the network has been flawless on IR

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2–3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently
