    @JioCare Request you to install a 5G/4G tower near Tarapith temple (731233) because it's a tourist place, lakhs of people come here everyday especially Saturday Sunday and holidays are much more crowded, internet speed usually is very slow here, calls cannot be heard everytime.

    Stuck in the middle of nowhere because @JioCare @reliancejio on-device eSIM conversion failed! Now my physical SIM is dead, eSIM won't download, and I have ZERO network signal. Can’t even call customer care. Extremely frustrating. Please DM and fix my number ASAP!

    @TRAI yes it is....@reliancejio @reliancejiocare My 100 Mbps Jio AirFiber plan is still giving me just 16–23 Mbps. My service request was reopened with a promised resolution but nothing has been fixed. Complaints keep getting closed/reopened without any actual resolution.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare There is a network in my village of Jio but unfortunately last 2-3 months we are getting very bad network speed even sometimes we are not able to talk. When we call jio office, they assure us to send a guy to check tower but always get nothing, please

    @TRAI @reliancejio Price hike too for poor service both Airtel and jio low internet speed higher price And they increasing every quarter yer and removing old plans too Grandparents using keypad phone they don't want internet but still paying 300 rupees
