    @JioCare @JioCare I'm really struggling a lot to get support. Your first line support team gave up on this. Yesterday they completed denied to raise a ticket as well. Everyday I'm facing internet issue for 8-12 hours. If this continues I'll switch to airtel

    @JioCare if my refund issue has been escalated to the highest management team with high priority from 29th May so how come there is not an single update is received yet? When payment was taken as deposit, so upon equipment return issuing refund isn't a Rocket science right?

    @JioCare First thing is I didn't ask for disconnection. You have refused the service from may 23. So don't mislead with the words. Because you refused the connection i have asked to cancel if you can't rectify the service issue. It's purely because of jio the service was stopped

    @JioCare One of the worst services I have experienced. I booked a relocation request on 27 May for 28 May, but no one responded. After contacting Customer Care, the request was rescheduled to 29 May, yet there was still no response. This has wasted my time @reliancejio
