    So complaint is not resolved yet and still getting this kind of message this is, one engineer visited he said one who given connection will resolve whether being customer I should take care of this things ? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Your Customer Care is saying the same thing from 1st day onwards and today is 4th day and the issue is not resolved yet. From 1st onwards your customer care is assuring that backup team will contact but anyone has not contacted me yet. @JioCare please help them

    @JioCare Just now your service agent updated me that port is still not there. Just day before yesterday he updated that port is added and today installation will be completed. His name is Karthik
