@reliancejio @TRAI you does not provide me service properly also my orgazation 100+ staff face network and internet issue at my location please provide us proper service otherwise we port on other network operator.please solve my issue..

Hi @airtelindia one of your sales representative has done fraud with me, he sold me a connection of fiber and postpaid bundling with Airtel black at 590/month but 121 customer care they are saying plan is of 1060/month . Regretting the decision to port from @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare my phone is usually out of network coverage!? I'm using another phone which is also working with jio sim but not facing that problem in another phone. Both are phones are at the same place. Kindly fix it ASAP. I've tried all the solutions given by your team.

@JioCare please stop sending in your salesman to my home to push your new plans and ask them to stop calling me as well. I am already your customer, sending people unannounced is clear breach of privacy. I will disconnect your services if it keeps happening.

@JioCare Sorry, dis is nt a good resolution. Dis is very annoying. We don't want dese reminders. U should provide a option 2 set it on/off in ur app. Customer wll decide to set it on/off. All of d customer cares about their recharge xpiry. I am very new to jio &this is bad experience 2me.
