    @JioCare I have iPad Pro 11-5G. This supports only data. (No calls/ SMS). Not getting a 5G data (Only LTE), Due to no SMS/Calls, I can’t reach JioCare, as only 2 options seems to call from the number or Jio number + OTP received on the number to chat. Help me reach / Get 5G.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Lot of problems in Jio network today at Bangalore. When we make or receive voice call, it rings, but, voice is not audible at either side.

    @JioCare I am using Jio company's sim since 1 year, currently living in Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh, recently jio has launched 5g. But the place where I live is not working, I talked to Jio customer but no solution was found for my problem, so it is a request to solve my problem
