    The service is absolutely terrible. I booked a @JioCare Airfiber connection & the agent promised it would be installed within 24 hours specifically by the afternoon of the next day. However, I haven't received a single call regarding the installation since booking it @reliancejio

    Shame on @JioCare. Every Sunday our JioFiber mysteriously stops working. 25+ families in our colony for over 30 days, yet you do nothing except register complaints that go nowhere. Your customer care openly says it won't be fixed on Sundays. 3rd consecutive Sunday. @reliancejio

    @JioCare your service and employees are worst i ever experienced, after paying money for home fibre connection,since last week me and my family members keep trying your executive but he is not picking up our call or not responding on messages, even it's very complicated to reach

    @JioCare @JioCare What criteria you require there was no internet connection for 9days straight in the month of April. Why can’t you adjust the bill? Is that the customer need to take care of repairing the connection issues? The request which I have raised closed without any resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service is absolutely unacceptable. It has been several days since I raised the complaint, yet neither has anyone bothered to call me nor has the issue been resolved. This level of negligence and complete lack of customer support is disgraceful.

    One of the shittiest fibre service I ever experienced. My Wi-Fi has been down for more than four days and still there is no one to care about. I have done multiple complaints. They managed to keep reschedule it at their own. I am very frustrated and disappointed JIO. @JioCare
