    @reliancejio Repeated complaints, ZERO response. Is this how Jio treats customers? Completely unacceptable service. Fix the issue immediately instead of ignoring customers. Consider this as my closure request from useless provider #Jio

    Currently, only Airtel and Jio have a monopoly in the country, and recharge prices are increasing day by day. They have very skillfully eliminated all other telecom companies by offering them for free first. Now they have started such recovery for their three months of free service that it's unbelievable. Monopoly in any field can only lead to inflation and helplessness. If Vodafone, Idea, Tata Docomo, MTNL, Aircel, and other companies existed today, Jio and Airtel wouldn't be able to dictate terms. The government also seems to be standing in their favor. It appears the government has handed over everything to these selected companies. Who will treat these predatory companies that offer 28 days of recharge in a 30-day month? Other options for the country's citizens have been deliberately eliminated. This is absolutely not right, and I strongly oppose this monopoly. @PMOIndia @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am waiting for resolution after your reply no one fixed my problem which odu u mapped is far away 12 km at my home.... Remapped with my proper outdoor unit

    @JioCare 5th outage in 45 days .. connection is highly un reliable,with work from home and cctv connection I am seriously thinking of changing to a better service provider

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    @JioCare @reliancejio From one month i informed your team to rewire my jio fiber connection but you have just didnt do any thing. Last two service request raised for net disconnection. Temporarily solution and again my internet has been disconnected due to construction, No reply?
