    @JioCare As per customer care on 19th March, my bill was 0, my usage is 0. Please check with the team or recording, Disconnection request was submitted then how can you generate bill?

    @JioCare Hi Team, still is not corrected. I have also discuss with your support team but response is negative. It is came under fraud activity. Kindly collect your device, I will not continue your services.

    @JioCare This has become a trend from the last one month to open the ticket and close it after service resumes. One thing to note, everyday about 6 hrs the service is down and nobody cares find the root cause.
