    @JioCare Yesterday your support team said appointment scheduled at 11:30 AM today. Now when I called they said 8:30 PM. Yesterday when I enquired they pushed yesterday schedule as it cannot be fixed night time. Is 8:30 PM day time? #jiofibresucks

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I am facing network issues from 20 days .Such a bad network i had never faced this type of problem. If we check the internet speed getting below 3 MBPS Download and 0.5 MBPS Upload .What a network .Please resolve the issue

    @JioCare Still awaiting the transaction details. As you mentioned, necessary action has been taken. What was that action... Where are the refund details or refund is not the corrective action as per your resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Team I booked slot for STB from 10 to 12 and been waiting for hours no response from any agent. Now asking to reschedule the slot. U guys ruined my entire weekend n in return giving lectures to me. Rude behaviour from call centre guy.

    @reliancejio every time their is no network of jio when electricity is cut down,why don’t your company instal genretors in towers. What is this happening in india, No electricity no network, **** man.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioChat Please resolve the issue of call drops and slow internet ASAP, whenever i contact customer care they always have same line which they copy and paste which is “users are more, network will be expanded soon”. Give me ETA or else I’ll port out.
