    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice The dealership head never ever picks my phone. The other guy at dealership switches off his phone. Even after raising complaints three times @JioCare , absolutely zero response. Either refund my money or get the job done ASAP

    @JioCare Hello Team, spoke to your customer care. I paid 1200 before relocating. At current loc there is no fiber but airfiber is there which i cant use but your team says that cannot be refunded.Why should i pay if I cant use your services. @jagograhakjago @nch1915

    @JioCare @JioCare Prakash, your 30-minute claim was completely false. It is now past 6:00 PM in India—my 4:00-5:30 PM slot has officially lapsed and absolutely NO ONE showed up or even contacted me. This is pathetic service and a total breach of your own MyJio terms!

    @JioCare Paid ₹1,200 for a JioFiber relocation in the same building Request raised Thursday appointment for Saturday 1 PM. Today is Monday—no technician, no update Cancellation requested, refund promised in 21 working days. Taking money is instant, service isn’t. @jagograhakjago
