    Extremely frustrated with @jio_fiber @JioCare. My #JioFiber wifi is frequently disconnecting nowadays, making it impossible to work. To make it worse, there is zero response from the customer service team and I can't seem to reach them at all. Please fix this! 😡❌

    Dear Jio Team and Management, @reliancejio @JioCare It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that for the past two months, our internet service has not been working properly. The connection is so poor that we are sometimes unable to even browse basic web pages.

    Similar experience.I paid 1.2k for JioAirFiber two wks ago,but no engineer visit has been confirmed yet.Installation has been rescheduled 5 times and escalated 3 times,but theres still no progress.Customer care has no option to speak to a human or address the issue. @JioCare scam

    AI chatbots have utterly destroyed customer support. Trying to raise a single ticket with @reliancejio is an infuriating recursive nightmare. Bot tells you to run diagnostics in the app. App blocks diagnostics because of an "outage". Then it dumps you right back to square one.
