    @JioCare this last 4 months been a worst joruney with jio in getting a wifi connection. My order has been cancelled twice after 10+ days of payment at both times .If the connection is not possible,why are you people even taking order,and the service is so bad.

    @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber the services have been so bad recently itvhas become a nightmare to do WFH. LOCATION - KARIMGANJ, ASSAM - 788710 Local eng. are of no help, the jio chat support does not provide any solution. Speed provided per plan is miles away with no connection

    @JioCare Hey, Vaishali Let's just end it here. There is no point of me trying to get the issue fixed since last Sunday. Have called you folks on the toll free number multiple times, raised service request on the app and followed up on the email as well and waited long enough
