    @JioCare Issue standa not resolved. I guess by this approach u guys are working days will become months. Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

    @reliancejio India's worst ever Network. No network coverage in our area. Complaining since 4 years but till now no improvement in network. Jio and its employees ignoring the issue since long time. Jio's internet speed is 10KBPS. Jio is one and only 2G Network in INDIA @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare I had paid my postpaid mobile bill today but the services have not resumed the Jio store guys are not able to help and i am not getting option to connect with an agent on the call after dailing 199 or 198. Kindly assist urgently

    @ViCustomerCare Constantly overpaying for terrible service and misleading support. Give me one reason not to port to @reliancejio or @airtelindia right now.

    @JioCare Even after repeatedly complaint, same copy paste answer given that we have limited coverage etc. instead of looking my issue. It's my primary number and after 5 years I decided to port out. Bye bye @reliancejio @JioCare .

    @JioCare My STB is not working. Have recharged with 10k worth freedom offer. Raised service request as well. No one visited my house. I need my money back. Will switch to @airtelindia. Your service used to be so good but these days local guys are giving better service than u.

    @JioCare The issue needs to be properly resolved, not just temporarily fixed. Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modemβ€”which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.
