    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio Fiber WiFi, but it is currently not working. After registering a complaint either it's getting auto closed or no engineer is getting assigned. This is happening for the past 3 days. Worst experience ever.

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare Why did you guys remove human from the customer care when all the chat bots are useless? I have been facing no internet issue in my air fibre , tried to contact customer care but no one actually understands the problem and chat bot kep sending draft

    What is wrong with the Jio Fiber wifi since ALMOST 3 DAYS NOW??? We are exhausting our mobile data for daily tasks!!!! All the toll free complaint numbers are diverted to automated responses with no resolution & lame apologies. @reliancejio FR? #Mahim

    @JioCare The irony is this was a complaint about delayed service which is attended with an even more delayed refund process!!! I have been asking for a transaction ID with no luck so far. I'm glad I did not choose your service at the end. Hoping for someone to actually look into this.

    Hi @Uppolice @lkopolice my service provider @JioCare is not able to provide services since 15 Feb & after several round of follow up still issue is not resolved. I have paid them advance payment, they are neither returning amount nor providing service since100 days. Please Help
