Since then for last 3 weeks I’m waiting for engineer to come and install the connection. Customer care is useless (18008969999).

I am paying my monthly payments without any delay. There are no pending dues in my account. Since yesterday I am not getting Amazon Prime services at all. I have spoken three times to your Customer care team yesterday & again three times today. They told me that your technical / network team will sort this out. But till now no action has been taken.
