    The persistent network issues of @JioCare in thuroo continue to inconvenience residents. Despite repeated requests & years of suffering due to poor connectivity,the problem remains unresolved. If immediate steps are not taken, many users are prepared to port out of the network.

    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio , I am facing severe network issues in my specific area. Calls are not connecting, data is barely working, and the signal keeps dropping frequently. This problem seems to be happening ONLY in my locality. Please look into this and fix it ASAP!

    @JioCare And again after 3 days the internet services are disrupted. Again the engineer visit is just scheduled without the engineer visiting. Such a stupid customer service and I am fed up.

    48+ hours without internet and poor mobile network , yet the only response from Jio is a repeated template message. No ETA no compensation. This level of service failure is unacceptable Restore services immediately and issue compensation for the entire outage period. @JioCare
