    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @reliancejio @JioCare the network is soo bad, it keeps trying to switch between 5g and 4g so when you want to use it, doesnt work. If i keep on 5g ON, it looses network completely. Device is iphone 13 pro, happens everywhere in andheri, oshiwara

    Hi, I mistakenly ordered sim through my jio app (home delivery) and I wanted it to cancel. I called on agent no. received on the msg and told him the delivery code. He said it'll get cancelled, but I just received the order delivered message activation. Please help. @JioCare

    @JioCare it feels like jio's network is the worst network in India here at my location 4g is like 2g internet, I did recharged my jio no. After 6 months now I feel I wasted my money.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare I have taken a trial version of jio internet at my home by paying the required deposit amount but I did not get full refund after cancelling the trial version. I am fed up with your customer service as no one is resolving this. @consumerforum_
