    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. ๐Ÿ˜“๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

    Jio fiber is not working in my area since yesterday morning,No option to register a complain becoz its is due to an outage. Jio engineer is asking to register a complain. No clear info when the services will be restotred. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio applied for new a wifi connection and made payment of rs900on 27 Aug 26 and still not able to get it install when tried to connect with customer care they just say wait for next 24 hrs each time. Still waiting to get it install or cancelled.

    @JioCare complaint: I received the same refund-related message from Jio on 11/08/2026. However,despite the assurance provided by Jio,no refund has been credited and no satisfactory resolution has been provided to me even after several days. Kindly clarify what is meant by โ€œnext few daysโ€

    @reliancejio I feel I was misguided into taking a connection I did not originally want. I now want to cancel my Jio AirFiber connection and receive a full refund of โ‚น1,100.

    @JioCare Hi mam this is 15th time I am saying I am facing issue in 6pm to 10pm everyday. As I am working on US north america shift this timing is very important to me. Kindly help me. Tell me how many months I need to wait to fix this issue. It's already 20days issue not resolved. @TRAI

    @JioCare 1. Called party numbers-8210492002 & 9334636341 2. Latest date when issue faced: 02 Sep 2026 3. Latest time of issue - 1600 Hrs 4. Handset - OnePlus Nord CE 3 I am facing major issue with internet connectivity.
