    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    Hi @JioCare, I need help with my Jio prepaid number. Situation: - I'm currentlyin the UK. - My eSIM does not show network, so I have no working line. - I'm not receiving login OTPs, so I can't access MyJio. - When I try to recharge, the portal says it's a "non-Jio number."

    @JioCare I will switch to jio fiber today only if you gurantee that i will be able to play games in Kolkata server. I am from jammu and Kashmir and i can’t play games on Kolkata server on Airtel fiber. If you gurantee that it wont be a problem on jio i ll switch

    @JioCare The hacker actually bypassed your own internal systems to appropriate my Jio airfiber number to his own account. How is @reliancejio @reliancegroup not lodging a huge offensive cybercrime investigation into this? If they do this with me, they can hack into any network.
