    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @JioCare I really dnt wann DM now talk on wall. I have facing network issues in Mulund East from 5 months ever month I do complaints I changed my phone also I though it’s my phone issue. But no your network is bad not only bad it’s worst than anything. You all are useless company employee

    Learn from @reliancejio , my number got reinstated in 2 hours as promised. Upon threatening to port to #Jio the gentleman was more than happy to simply accept it. So much for customer retention.

    @JioCare Whole day network speed is low What is the capacity of your tower to handle consumet at time. And this is your excuse to that many user using internet at same time. What rly great.

    @JioCare It's just been a couple of weeks of this installation and there is already an outage. And no ETA by when this gonna be fixed inspite the customer care executive told that this wud by fixed within first half.
