I work around 250,000-volt equipment, and such unwanted calls are distracting and unsafe. Please stop these calls and take this issue seriously.

After waiting the entire day and making multiple calls, I was informed it wouldn't be installed today. I am an existing customer and want to continue with my current plan.

I know from last 2+ months refund is in process but that process has never ended to give chance to the next step of transfer refund. Sadly everytime it bounce out from the refund processing. It's sad & depressing never ending fail cycle
