    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @JioCare @reliancejio You're service is **** and while I've accepted my faith of lagged tv and low bandwidth, but then you go on deduct ammount of the whole year by whatever error you want to call it, now when I'm looking for resolution all I'm getting is automated responses

    @JioCare like in morning they told " sir I am little busy so I will visit in 2nd half" where booking slot is 10 to 11 AM in 2nd half they give time in evening at evening they says sir please revise your slot for next day. This type of service you are giving.

    @JioCare Day 33 of waiting for #jioairfiber since payment. Still no confirmed last date or deadline. No courage to give final date in commitment. So irresponsible organisation. I am tired now @TRAI @jagograhakjago please help

    @TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare What kind of loot is this? Requested for Jio Fiber installation - basic internet plan without OTT. But Jio customer representative said - we do not offer basic internet plans. I don't have a TV at Home & won't need OTT. Why should I pay 200 extra?

    @JioCare @reliancejio what an pathetic service you offer. I had applied for relocation of jio fiber connection and it's been 15-20 days no body has come from jio team for relocation and wrongly charing me the bill for the service not utilised by me. Shame on you
