    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    Hi @JioCare! I have 2 questions. I raised a service req on Thursday 21 May. It remains unresolved. My ques are -how many days must I wait before I go to the Appellate Authority? -You are going to be billing me for this lost time as well. Can I claim for a refund/deduction for it?

    @JioCare Another ridiculous limitation β€” when JioFiber goes down, the Jio Set-Top Box cannot properly work with any other internet connection. So not only does your broadband stop working, even the TV services become useless

    @JioCare Well congratulations to me for guessing it right. No response from you guys. No one visited again and the service request was marked as resolved. I have reopened it. I really don't understand what's stopping you guys from sending someone to visit the site n get it checked.
