    @reliancejio In this lockdown please boost your net speed. It's a huge request to you. Otherwise do place a Tower in our location (Keonjhar, Odisha) Cause Jio net is going so dumb day by day. Please solve this problem ASAP. 😓🙏🏻

    @JioCare @reliancejio please look at the speed in our is very slow even if it never exceed above 100 kbps.The 4G speed is very slow. Please kindly look into this matter as we facing difficulties.

    @JioCare @reliancejio hve raised 2(SR15OTK0, SR15QCHN)requests to correct my name on fiber & link it to my jio Mobile number, bt nothing has been done,even the details entered in those requests have been wrong, I have to reimburse my bills in office ,Can you look into the issue

    6days since 1st request. 34hrs since 2nd request & ID proof verification still pending to start Jio Fiber relocation. New customers should definitely consider @airtelindia over @reliancejio for better service. Remember you cant do work from home w/o internet. #PatheticJioService

    @JioCare Bhusan, You repeated your earlier message without any alternative. I need alternative till you work as the Rs 400 paid for getting uninteruppted service not for your messages. Hence Expecting from jio to come out with proposal or compensation for the losses we had in last 50 days

    @JioCare I don't know. Why we don't have option to decide whether service required or not. Why u forcing us to use missed call alert service. It's my privacy, when2 connect&when 2 avaid. You simply sending sending message to others,this persion is available to take calls
